Not the best auto body shop in town. I had a repair performed there this past winter and when I picked up my vehicle, I found a bag of nuts and bolts along with a few tools on the floor. I took these parts and tools into the office and went on my way. The next morning I was checking under the hood of my "repaired" truck and found where the parts came from, they came from my fenders and from some of my plastic fender liners. I took my truck back and they found some other hardware and stuck it where my original parts came from and sent me on my way. Since that occurred I have found significant primer over spray behind a door and some other missing hardware. To be fair, they did Bondo and paint a spot that was not a part of the accident damage but I seriously doubt I would ever take any of my vehicles back to them for body work. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when Nick, service representative immediately came out, Recognised me as a previous client from another calibre location, assessed my car took the part painted it and had it back within several days without hassle! Where do I start? Rudy calls me up telling me everything is done and they just washed my car. I picked up the vehicle to find new scratches all over my car and it was dirty. Rudy said it no big deal on the scratches and that the manager would call me the next day so they can wax off all the tree sap and buff marks on the vehicle. Selected this shop based on possible nearby options provided by my insurance company. The reviews looked decent. Big mistake. Overall negative experiences. Poor customer service and the end result was an excessive wait time. Rudy was my point of contact. Polite, but the communication was very inconsistent and often times over promised and way under delivered. Lots of issues to point out but simply put, my suspicions are they have an overall operations issue. Whether it's staffing or workload, I imagine I am not the only person to have gone through this sort of experience. Hopefully they get their act together. I got into my first car accident in January, and had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! The two ladies at the front desk, were very kind and helpful. Josh, my service advisor kept me informed everyday with updates on my car. Josh was excellent at answering all my questions, and would always respond to my phone calls. It was gonna take 3 weeks for my car to be finished, but it only took 2 weeks, thank god! When I picked up my car it was fully washed, and cleaned. Really shocked to see all the positive reviews when my experience at Chino Valley Caliber Collision was everything short of enjoyable. My service advisor, Josh, was less than helpful and made the whole repair process completely miserable, to the point that I had to have my insurance call and complain. Getting updates was like pulling teeth and to make matters worse, every time I would call the receptionist would act like I was such a burden. When the car was finally picked up the vehicle had NO gas, to the point where the car was saying it would ruin the hybrid battery if it were operated. On top of that, the radio and back up camera didn't work. You'd think such a reputable company would check these things beforehand; turns out the "no gas" part will turn the car into reserve mode and start shutting features down. Glad I had to leave my car for an additional 3 days to figure that one out...When all was said and done Josh ended up delivering the car to my house which is the only reason for 2 stars. BUT he also said he would call 2 days later to check in and that's yet to happen and it's been almost 3 weeks...Truthfully I would recommend finding a smaller repair shop to anyone looking. Caliber is just another big box company that really only cares about the money not the satisfaction of their customers. read more
