BEWARE- Worst place to take your vehicle, I took my truck in to get Berliner installled and a few scratches fixed and they had my truck for 3 weeks, painted both sides and back of truck, paint drippings everywhere, driver door dented, and all my lights were shorted out and transmission messed up. They took my truck joy riding putting 14 miles on truck. They are shiesters, they lie through their teeth. I worked with Cynthia Dominguez and Antonio. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional.. They charged my insurance company $3900. For a $5.00 job, now I am having to take my truck elsewhere to fix their screw ups. Do not take your vehicle to Caliber Collision.. Very upsetting.. My truck was damage back in July and as of today its still not fixed correctly. Thanks to Caliber Collision. I can't even rate that shop. If I could I wouldn't give them anything. Not even 1 star. read more

Amazing service, quick and beautiful work, and knowledgeable staff! I recently had a car collision and Caliber was closest to my house so I figured, why not? I came in first thing Monday morning with no appointment and even though it was already busy, they helped me right away! They even have an Enterprise inside to get you back on the road with a rental, although they only rent out if you have a an existing reservation made by your insurance. Fabian was my contact here and he really was calling every time something major was happening with my reconstruction. The texts were helpful, but he was way more informative and was willing to switch his schedule around my work schedule so I could pick up my car. I did pick up my car on my lunch break and Destiny and the front desk was very helpful, I had to sign a lot of papers and pay my deductible, but she was really great at giving me all the info I needed really quickly and succinctly! Even though enterprise people were on their lunch she even helped me with ending my rental! I definitely recommend this place because when you're already feeling down, these guys know how to get you back on your feet. read more

Caliber seemed to do a good job... At first... It looked good on the outside (though the paint wasn't quite a perfect match) it still looked decent... However, I got rear ended again a month later and another collision center showed me where Caliber cut some corners... There were several parts they just neglected to replace all together. They were underneath the car where I would never know without crawling under the car and inspecting it. Their price is too high to be not replacing everything that needs replacing. I am a VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I got here. I took my car to Caliber after a car hit me. I chose this place because it was close to work and my insurance company worked with them, so their work is supposed to be guaranteed. Shortly after I picked up my car, my front bumper started to come off from one of the sides. I took it back to show them and was told it must have been something I hit. Um, no I'm sure I would have remembered hitting something that hard that all the pins on that side of the bumper would have popped off. It was fine, they told me they would do what they could to hold the bumper in place. They guy helping me was sure it was nothing they did even though they had just removed and put back my bumper. I had people look at it and was assured it must have been something done during repairs. I took my car back there for additional work to be done because I unfortunately got hit again and I wanted them to fix my bumper. When I dropped it off they wrote " attach bumper as courtesy". It wasn't out of courtesy it was fixing your shops mistake. I picked up my car and on my way home discovered that I couldn't roll my window down on my passenger side from my drivers side ( they replaced my passenger side door) and on top of that they did nothing to fix my bumper! I was so irritated and annoyed. I didn't want to take my car back. That would have been a huge inconvenience. My boyfriend knew that they wouldn't take responsibility for the window...since they didn't for the bumper. So my boyfriend fixed the issues himself, just so I wouldn't have to deal with the shop and not having a car again. This may not seem like a big deal but when I spend time and money on something I just want the services I was promised and paid for. The girls in front are nice, the place is clean, and the last gentleman that worked with me was really nice. read more

After being hit from the back by an inattentive driver while we were stopped at a traffic light, my husband and I were certainly distressed and upset. Naturally our anxiety level at that point was high. Our insurance company recommended a few auto body shops, or we could select our own. We read numerous Yelp Reviews from all the body shops offered, including Caliber Collision, on Ramona Avenue in Chino. Our motivation in bringing our car to Caliber was only after we'd read time and again from other reviewers about the great overall customer service provided by their Service Advisor, Rudy Navarrete. Our car is a 2018 luxury SUV, hence our main focus was selecting a reputable auto body shop who'd have the customer's best interest. We were delighted when Rudy mentioned that he would be the Advisor who'd work with ours and the other side's insurance companies. Our car's bumper was damaged which included the rear camera sensor, the exhaust pipe, etc. with other related damage. Rudy went above and beyond to take care of us and our car. Not only did he make the process completely painless, he helped us get a rental car from the Enterprise desk located inside Caliber Collision. Throughout Rudy kept us updated on our car's progress while dealing with the insurance adjuster. To our pleasant surprise, our car was ready even before the scheduled completion date! If I could leave more than five stars, Rudy certainly would be the recipient! If God forbid, anyone is looking for quality auto repairs, do go and talk to Rudy at Caliber, and of course see Jacob at the Enterprise Rental desk. It's not always easy to put your trust in an auto body shop, but from our experience we would recommend Rudy, Jacob and Caliber Collision without hesitation. I recently was backed into on the side of my car from a person backing out of their parking spot as I had the right away. My side panel, door, and bumper were effected. Since the other person was at fault, I went thru their insurance and did not have to pay a thing. The insurance referred Caliber Collision and I could not have been happier. It had everything, the appraiser, repairs, and enterprise all in the shop. I could of course taken my car anywhere, but I liked the fact everything was all in one local place and didn't have to be driven around (awkward!! LOL). I arrived on Monday, the woman helping me at the front was very helpful and nice. The appraiser was also great and quick. It was a busy day, but everything went pretty smoothly when I dropped my car off. The only snag was I had to wait for a car from the other enterprise location because all they had their was a Dodge Ram (hell no i'm driving that thing lol). I chose to get updates via text message, which was very nice, I was update about 3-4 times during the process. SO originally they estimated my car would be done a week and a half from drop off. However, it only took a week. I got a call Friday night at 5pm saying my car was ready to be picked up. When I came to pick up the car on Saturday morning it literally took no more than 10 minutes! I was very happy with the service and repairs done to my car!! The best part was when I left, I paid NOTHING lol. Going thru the other person's insurance worked very smoothly here. Overall, I would come back here, friendly service members and great job done in a timely manner!! read more

Stay Away! Unless you like to be lied to and treated as if you need them more than they need you. I recently brought in my Cadillac ATS for a small repair on the body since i was lightly backed into by another motorist (the dent was on the passenger side quarter panel, nothing too noticeable. So i decided to bring my vehicle in to Caliber since they deal with my insurance company. I had previously brought in another vehicle (a few years ago) and i liked their service. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday and ADAM, their rep, had told me that it would take no more than 3-4 days to complete the job since they where slow. I thought that made sense and made my personal plans accordingly. Friday came, and i had to call them to see what was going on with my vehicle. They told me that it wouldn't be ready until the following thursday! That is 10 working days later!! wow! so not only did i have to change my very important plans, but once i picked up my Cadillac the rear turn blinker was not working properly. They had me come in on a Saturday, only to tell me that the technician that works on that part doesn't come in on weekends! I was fuming! then they had me come back in the middle of the work week (i work and absolutely had no time to spare, but somehow i made it work) only to tell me (after they looked at the vehicle for around a minute or less) that they couldn't repair it or it will void out my warranty! THEY caused it, i don't know how, but when i originally took my vehicle in for repairs, that rear blinker was not an issue (it was working properly). They can reply to this comment however they want, but i can honestly tell any potential customer that having my vehicle "repaired" (then damaged) here might have been one of the biggest mistakes I have done in a long time. Luckily, i took it to the dealer and they were able to repair it (just needed to wait a week for a parts). STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You have been warned! read more

This was not one of my car insurance certified body shops but I brought my car here anyways because I've had really good service here in the past. They do really good work. My car had a lot of little damage all over the car from debris from a car accident next to my car. So there was a lot of pieces of the car that needed replacements. I knew the car would take awhile to get fixed. I was hoping this dealer would stand up to my expectations but they didn't. The body shop and the insurance did not work cohesively together and all gave me the ring around. No one worked with the sense of urgency. My car was there for over 3 weeks. My car was there for an extra week as the body shop found something else the car needed and brought it to a dealer that didn't have the piece. Then had to bring to another dealer that had the piece. That's something they could figure out before they sent it to the dealer. Time waster. After talking to my appointed person (which I won't name) at the body shop over and over again. Letting me down in each and every conversation. Which isn't the way it should be. I finally ask to talk to the manager and he gave me a good tip to speed up this process. But that took about 10 phone calls and so much time wasted. What really made me write this review was that finally when my car was finished after much confusion and being so upset. I ask for them to deliver my car to home. They said yes. They would be there an a hour. No one showed up. I had to take an uber to the body shop. You'd think my car would be pulled up ready for me because they were suppose to driver it and I ad been through so much. Nope. I go in to get my car and my point person said he had a meeting or something.Wait what? really? A meeting? All you had to do is call me and I would have come in quicker to get my car. Or you could get someone else to drive it over. Don't just not call. Then he has the nerve to ask me for a yelp review! Wait what? Am I missing something?! The work on the car looks pretty good. There's still one scratch on the car that shouldn't be there after the car being there for 3 weeks. They guarantee all there work and I could bring it back for them to fix. But after reading all of this review I would be just crazy to bring my car back there. I'm happy my car is finished and I'm driving it again. But I didn't appreciate what I had to go through and the lack of customer service. The front desk ladies are amazing. Thank you ladies!! read more

Wow! Great service. Fast repair. Had a light fender-bender on Dec. 26. Insurance paid for everything. They sent me to Caliber. I have had my cars repaired in the past at different places and the results were less than perfect, so I was prepared to have to send the vehicle back to have them "do it right". But i didn't have to! The repairs were MORE than I expected. The car looks BETTER than before it was damaged. The entire time they had my car I received daily updates on the progress of the repairs so I was "in the loop" the entire time. I was involved in an accident and took my car here. Was pleasantly surprised how fast my car was fixed up. I did find a problem (my battery was dead after taking it home and trying to start it the next day) I took it back and they offered me a free replacement battery! That was such good news! They even offered to take my rental car back to hertz for me (they partner with enterprise not hertz) so I'd say this is a great experience.
