My vehicle has been at Caliber since 11/18. Was contacted by Blake on 12/10 for some additional information and was told my vehicle would be ready the following week. The following week passed still no car and no follow up call. Call Blake on 12/22 and was told he would call me back, Blake didn't call back as I was told. I called again and finally got ahold of Blake, he told me my car would be ready somewhere in between 12/23 and 12/28. The 28th has come still no car or call. I understand that there may be delays. Customer service of at least calling to be informed of delays when the vehicle has gone past the promised finish dates. Very disappointed in the level of customer service displayed by Blake and Caliber. After this current experience I won't ever return or recommend Caliber to anyone I know. read more

I came here for a couple reasons, the brand name Caliber and I prefer giving my money to local businesses in the area. I'm giving FIVE STARS mainly because of our Advisor Lawrence Fu who was so pleasant to work from the initial greeting and keeping us up to date throughout the entire process. I got involved due to our Daughter never having an experience with a Collision Center. She was dinged from behind in her fairly new '16 Car and I wanted the work done correctly at a fair price even though we were going through AAA Insurance. We dropped off on Monday 7/24 and picked up early this morning after getting a call from Lawrence yesterday afternoon. It was nothing major to begin with but I wanted the paint to match the remainder on the car since a new bumper was being installed. Our Daughter's car was PERFECT! They even gave her a complimentary wash and tire dressing, what a GREAT job. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends who need quality work done in a timely manner. The entire staff here was so nice and and accommodating, no attitudes. Don't forget, when you decide to come here be certain to ask for Lawrence, you will not be disappointed. Our car was completed in just over two days. A special Thank you to our Auto Club Adjuster Sean Kusick who took great care of us during the process and made us whole once again. On a side note....I was not at all happy with the Enterprise Rent A Car which they have on site. They only had two cars to choose from, a Minivan and a Jeep Grand Cherokee which were very dirty. Really, only two cars to choose from? We ended up not getting a rental due to past negative experiences with Enterprise. But this unfortunate experience has nothing to do with Caliber. read more

Sucked having to come here. Because it meant my car was involved in a collision. Things went from bad to worse when my 2008 Smart Fortwo convertible was totaled by the insurance! Going through an accident is tough and inconvenient but the team that was assigned to me was simply amazing and took really good care of me. Israel assessed my car and was very thorough and knowledgeable! He walked me through the whole process and always gave me a call to keep me updated on the repairs. With the inconveniences of having to wait for repairs to be done, Israel along with the rest of the staff there at Caliber Collision was so efficient and made my experience so much easier to deal with. I went to a few body shops in the area for quotes on a misaligned door, each telling me it would be at least a few hundred dollars and a whole day's work. I came to Caliber for the first time earlier today, and was kindly greeted by Cynthia. She took the time to assess the door, answer my questions, and take the car back to have the techs take a look at it within minutes. A few minutes later, the door was all fixed just like that.
