I would not recommend this Caliber Collision location to anyone. I was told I would receive a call once my estimate was finalized and again when a repair timeframe was determined, but I never heard back. There was zero communication throughout the entire process. When I finally picked up my car, I noticed a paint scuff on a completely different part of the vehicle, which they insisted was already there. To make matters worse, when I got in to drive home, all but one of my tires were flat. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. read more

Originally came in for fixing up my door after an accident, which they did a great job with, but after I drove off I noticed a flat tire on the car. They immediately came to check it out and got it fixed same day. They have been great with keeping me updated throughout the entire process and have been very professional and friendly. Would 100% recommend for anyone needing repairs. On top of it all, they also honored the warranty on our bumper that another caliber location fixed a few months ago. I needed a quote on a repair for my insurance. Three previous repair quotes stated the extent of the damage was too great for pulling dent and filling . (USAA made me go to them for a 4th quote as they are a USAA star auto body shop). When I spoke with the appraiser he stated that they would be pulling the dent and using filler. I told them that I would not be using them and to please not send in quote as it would not be the same type of repair. I went to another USAA star certified repair shop around the corner who also stated that side panel of my truck should not be repaired but replaced. While in the 2nd shop I called to confirm that repair quote will not be sent and was told that it would not. It was sent in. Now I am stuck fighting with my insurance company to get my truck repaired. I don't recommend even though my insurance company may force me to use them. read more

TLDR: Do not under any circumstance take your car here if you can avoid it! Not sure if it's a fact that my car was hybrid or that the maintenance process disrupted said system but I certainly did not get back the same car I had driven down with, regardless of body damage. I can't recommend more to anyone to NOT bring your car here! What began as a fix to some body damage to my car resulted in an eight month saga of return visits, sitting at a dealer shop, and ultimately getting my car bought back due to the car becoming nonfunctional after leaving this shop. In October 2024, I brought in my 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited for some body damage, seen below in the pictures, as they were approved by my insurance and the dealership near me had said they couldn't handle that level of damage. The car had never given me any prior "dead" battery issues or needed jump starting. After two weeks at their shop, I was able to pick the car back up and originally, all seemed well considering I drove it two hours back up to LA. The next morning, having not driven the car for ~12 hr, the car acts as if the battery is dead, leading me to need a AAA jumpstart. I later came to learn that this was a preventive and reductive feature Hyundai put in their hybrid cars when phantom drown is detected to disconnect the 12V battery from the main car battery to both keep the car battery itself from dying, while leaving enough juice for a 12V Reset Button on the driver side undercarriage to restart the car. Regardless, this then resulted in me having to take another trip down to Caliber, holding them to their original warranty. Fast forward another two weeks, the manager had promised my car was "fixed" but low and behold, the same "dead" car battery issue rears itself ugly head after I parked the car overnight at my parents. The car finally is turned over to the dealership who gives the same poor lip service, after holding my car for two months waiting in a replacement part, this shop gave me which ultimately resulted in me having to file a buyback claim with Hyundai under California Lemon Law. Overall disappointed by the poor handling of this case and the prolonged dragged out experience I had with my returned nonfunctional car. Should've taken the warning form the other customer I was in a car with to pick up rentals that the shop was paying for who told me her horror stories of having to return here multiple times for the same issue! read more

Let's be honest people. Recently brought my car in after being rear ending in a minor fender bender. We were quoted 4 weeks for the repair due to "supply chain issues". Okay whatever, I'll roll with it. Drop the car off and pick up the rental. Caliber sends text messages on status but they seem automated responses and not very creditable. It's the thought that counts? The timeline was pulled in to 3 weeks over the course of time. Car was "completed" only 2 days after predicted. BUT saying the car was restored to its original condition is beyond stretching the truth. Mismatching paint, over paints, misaligned body parts, and unrepaired body parts. See pictures and there will be a follow up with Caliber in which I'm sure I'll be out a car for a couple of weeks. If you want a professional job, go somewhere else. read more

By far, the best service I have ever received from auto body professionals. My car was rear-ended years ago and just the other day I noticed that my back door was not closing properly and was slightly misaligned. Wasn't sure how it happened (no new accident) but I called up and asked the pros... I was given an appointment for the next day! Drive in and Kevin came out and took a look, and said it was not from the accident but he would have his team take care of it as a "courtesy adjustment". He told me to bring the car back after the lunch break which I did and within two minutes of arriving he had the car in the shop. 20 minutes later it was done no charge.
