It's nice to drive without the constant beeping of an unclosed door and the $3,700 price tag hanging over my head to get it fixed. Instead go to Cummings location and Kevin and Glenda will treat you honestly and do what you ask them to do. No playing games, professional, and let me keep the car while the parts were ordered. Extremely Disappointing Sales Experience - Poor Communication and Follow-Up…read moreI contacted RBM of Alpharetta through Cars.com because I was seriously interested in purchasing a Mercedes they had for sale. I am located in Houston, Texas, and was prepared to drive to Georgia immediately to purchase the vehicle if we could agree on the numbers. Unfortunately, my experience with Lori Mohr was extremely disappointing from the beginning. I submitted my lead the evening before and received only an automated response. By around noon the following day, after the dealership had already been open for approximately five to six hours, I still had not received a personal phone call or meaningful response from Lori. I finally called the dealership myself and spoke with Travis in new-car sales. I specifically told Travis that I preferred to work with him because Lori had not followed up with me. A manager later called and encouraged me to give Lori another opportunity, telling me that she was a great salesperson and would take care of me throughout the transaction. I agreed. I then provided Lori with all of my trade-in information and even sent her copies of two purchase orders from Mercedes-Benz dealers in Houston. I made my position extremely simple: if RBM could match the deal I already had available in Houston, I was prepared to drive from Houston to Georgia and purchase their vehicle immediately. After providing everything requested, I heard nothing from Lori for the remainder of the day. The following day, I waited approximately another five hours after the dealership opened before finally texting her myself asking where we stood. She responded that she was working on it. Another day passed with no meaningful update. The next morning, around 9:00 a.m., I again had to remind her that I was a serious customer waiting on an answer and was prepared to drive from Houston to Georgia to purchase this vehicle. Approximately four hours later, I finally received a response simply telling me they could not match the deal. I have absolutely no issue with a dealership being unable to match another dealer's price. That's business. My issue is the complete lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service throughout the process. There was no phone call explaining the numbers, no attempt to see whether there was another way to make the deal work, and not even a simple "Thank you for the opportunity" after I had spent several days trying to purchase a vehicle from them. What makes the situation more disappointing is that I had already expressed my concerns about Lori's lack of responsiveness to management at the beginning of the process. I was specifically assured that communication would not be a problem. Unfortunately, the exact same problem continued. When someone is willing to drive from Houston, Texas, to Alpharetta, Georgia, to purchase a vehicle, provides complete trade information, and supplies competing purchase orders showing exactly what it would take to earn their business, I would expect considerably better communication from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lori Mohr or RBM of Alpharetta. The issue wasn't that they couldn't match the price--it was how poorly the potential customer was handled from beginning to end. There are too many Mercedes-Benz dealerships willing to communicate promptly and professionally for a customer to have to repeatedly chase a salesperson just to get an answer.

This body repair shop is located on exit 14 right off GA 400 behind the Holiday Inn Express. It's a…read morelittle confusing to get to, because you do not see the building from either of the main roads; Market Place Blvd or Buford Hwy. You have drive through Lowe's parking lot to get to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and then drive through their parking lot to get to this body shop. Nonetheless, I kind of like how it's tucked back behind other buildings away from the main roads. I had to have the front my car repaired because a deer ran out in front of my car while I was driving... messed up the entire front bumper, the grill, head lights and slightly bent part of the front right side of the car above the front right side tire (as seen in the pictures attached). I immediately filed a claim with my insurance and then looked up covered collision shops in the area. Caliber Collision came up as the number one recommended body repair shop, so I went ahead and booked an appointment for an estimate. When I showed up for my appointment, I checked in and waited for about 15 minutes. Mike Dressel, the Service Advisor, inspected our car and was very sharp, honest, friendly and understanding! He pointed out as much as he could to me while he inspected the car, so that I could visually see what damages had actually occurred and needed to be repaired/ inspected further. This process took about 5 to 10 minutes. Once he finished up inspecting we went back inside where he drew up the estimate. He went ahead and forwarded the estimate over to my insurance, so that they could see what the amount would be to get our car repaired. Because of Mike's friendly and professional attitude, my wife and I decided to go with Caliber Collision for our repairs. It also helped that they were ranked #1 in the area by USAA! The repairs took less then a week. The thing we loved most about the whole repair process was how much this shop kept us up to date through text message. They let us know when repairs were coming to an end and then the estimated date of completion. The next text we got was that our car's repairs were complete and ready to be picked up! Very smooth and easy process with this repair shop to say the least. If you are looking for a repair shop to take your car in for repairs, THIS IS THE SHIOP! I hope to not have another repair, BUT if I do, I will gladly take my car here, because they did an excellent job as seen in the pictures attached. Originally, the vehicle was brought to another repair shop that was State Farm's preferred place. That shop not only didn't repair the damage, they made shotty repairs that made the vehicle look like an amateur did the work. They oversprayed the bumper sensors, painted over the gas cap seal, didn't replace fender pieces, damaged window panels, got overspray all over the rear of the vehicle. Then tried to convince us that the repairs were up to, "industry standards".... This is where Forsyth Collision became our hero. We went in and explained the situation to Steve. He did a quick look over and besides the issues we saw, he started pointing out things that we didn't even notice. Then the owner Salih came out and they both were noticing issues with the paint. They worked with State Farm to authorize the repairs of the "repair" from the first shop. Since the model was so new there were issues getting parts quickly, but Steve and Joseph made sure they kept us in the loop the entire time. When they notified us that the vehicle was ready, my wife and I were anxious to see the results. Well, we were blown away! It looked like a brand new SUV again! The difference in appearance was amazing. Every detail they said they were going to go over was handled and it was done to perfection.
