Lisa, at the front desk, was a delight to be with, she was efficient, and got her job done. Ryan managed the repair. He finished the job ahead of schedule, did an excellent job, and did even more than his job required. For example, there was a bit of a paperwork mix up at my insurance company. He straightened it out. Here is another example that is typical of him. When I was picking up the car Ryan noticed several blemishes on my paint that had nothing to do with the repair work. He got a buffer and fixed those blemishes at no charge. How about that? If I need a body shop again, this Caliber shop is the only alternative I will consider. read more

Was told by USAA to bring my car here it's a conversion van so it has a couple aftermarket parts, April was kind enough to let me know upfront that they might not be able to do it and saved me a big headache. I was referred to Caliber Collision as a preferred vendor by State Farm Insurance company to repair some minor work on my car from a parking lot accident (my car and another car backed into each other at speeds that didn't even register on the odometer). Nevertheless, some paint repair on my vehicle will be needed. I first went to the Roswell location only to be told by the front desk that there was only one person working who couldn't possibly break away to take a look at my car. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I went to a second Caliber Collision location listed as Dunwoody. I essentially got the same tepid reception and was told for the second time in one afternoon that there wasn't anyone available to look at my vehicle. I was incredulous! I went to my car and called State Farm to report my experience. I was told despite their recommendation, they had no clue why Caliber wasn't more responsive. My takeaway from the afternoon is avoid Caliber Collision and perhaps State Farm as well. read more

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!! My 2015 Toyota Camry was hit from behind and dented the left side and bent the trunk. They have had it for 6 weeks!! They've been telling me for weeks and told me to pick it up today. When I got there the person I had been dealing with is no longer there. They told me the car had been totaled!! On August 2, 2022, I had my wrecked Tesla towed to this collision center after Lily promised they would begin work within 2 weeks. I was impressed with their reviews and their marketing, which leads folks with high end cars to believe they are Tesla Certified and capable of handling all Tesla repair needs. Each week I would call to politely check on the status. After a few weeks, Lily and Michelle started screening my calls, placing me on hold sometimes as long as 10 minutes, and then returning to the phone and pretending that neither were available to take my call. Now, 5 weeks later, I called to check the status (they did not call me) and I was told by Michelle that they did not have the equipment they needed to repair my Tesla, and were going to move it to another Tesla Certified collision center. No work has been done on my vehicle, and I have to start the clock over again. The lack of professionalism and proactive communication is shocking. I am not sure why I am being treated like I am doing something wrong when I have only been patient and kind. It amazes me that this collision center has the reviews they do when I am seeing behavior that leads me to believe they are dishonest and discriminatory in practice. The repair person was wonderful and a delight to talk with. My windshield crack was questionable as to whether to repair or not. He did an excellent job on the worst part but there were some running cracks that were questionable. He did a great job on what he could but the running cracks are visible if you know they are there. I'm satisfied at this point. Later in may require getting a new windshield. Again your technician was friendly and very professional. read more

I took my van in for a repair and met with Justin Elkins. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He arranged for a rental car to be dropped off at his shop for me. He explained how the process worked with an insurance claim and kept me updated with the status of the repair of my vehicle through email and phone calls. When the work was complete and I arrived at the shop, he even offered to help transfer items from the rental to the van when I picked it up. Such a nice young man. Caliber Collision of Alpharetta took advantage of their relationship with GEICO, so much to the point that they lost an opportunity in October 2019. They overstated their damages supplement, causing the vehicle to be deemed "a total loss" before GEICO arrived, reviewed the damages, and agreed that the estimates for repairs were excessively evaluated. From there, the Alpharetta shop proceeded by further dismantling the vehicle, seemingly to salvage the best parts before releasing the vehicle. By the time GEICO received the vehicle, it has been devaluate by at least $5,550 due to the additional damages. My seats were ruined, the headliner and interior trim, ruined (with greasy hand prints and bends), the trunk was scratched, and the top of the SUV was scratched deeply. After the vehicle was deemed "repairable", GEICO had the vehicle towed to another shop for repairs. How did the Alpharetta shop reply? They shoved all of the dirty greasy parts into the inside of the car and piled the bumpers onto the top of the vehicle just to add salt to the wound of injury to insult. Before this time, I had a great appreciation for Caliber Collision. Now, more than 9 months have passed since the vehicle was damaged in the accident, but my SUV still has not been fixed. GEICO states that Caliber Collision agreed to reimburse them for vehicle repair expenses, but I never saw one red cent as of June 22nd, 2020. Now, I am being forced to wait until the matter is resolved because during the process of resolving the issue, no one from Caliber Collision bothered to contact me about resolution. This is a big mess and I would really like to have someone to contact me (as a courtesy) to talk about what has been agreed up on in repairing "my vehicle" while promises have been made "to pay people other than me to have the vehicle fixed." I don't like the way this was handled. It was messy and I was more than patient and cooperative for several months. At this point, I am beyond my threshold for being willing to wait another second. Every time I look at the car, it feels like I'm reliving the situation all over again because IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED YET. IT'S BEEN 9 MONTHS! read more

This is the absolute best shop I have ever been to. Justin, Alex and Mike are the absolute best at what they do and I say that with my experience in 6 times in the shop so far. The staff is great, attentive and make sure I am taken care of at every step. Justin & Mike informed me about the process along the way, made sure my rentals were set up prior to my arrival, and made sure any additional formalities were taken care of. Justin and Alex helped me tweak the car to perfection at the end of the repair and went above and beyond what was required to make my car the best possible (way better than when I brought it in!).
