PROS: The employees are so sweet, and this salon was very accommodating when I came to see if they had any walk-in availability. CONS: They definitely didn't properly remove my Gel-X set. I made sure to ask at the front desk first if they could do it at all, and the receptionist confirmed that they could. But long after I left the salon, I noticed I still had a lot of Gel-X residue on, and several have peeled off and damaged my nails in the process. I personally couldn't tell while I was still at the salon, or else I would have informed my tech at the time.

Walked in and was greeted by a guy playing on his phone. I was told to wait as he went to find someone to service me. After a few minutes a mail technician comes out from the back and starts preparing my chair and water. The mail technician was friendly and asked my name and if it was my first time here. She then started asking about my job and if I was single. I did noticed she didn't add anything to my water. She went through the entire pedicure process pretty quickly. My manicure was even faster. She barely did a trim on my nails. They looked uneven and dull when she was done. As I was looking at my nails when she was done, she grabbed her cart and went to the back. She never came back out. The woman who worked on my feet was very kind and did an amazing massage and pedicure. However she was not very skilled at the French tip design I requested and some toes came out a bit crooked . The woman who was doing the other clients nails paused fixed my toes and added my Rhinestones . I came in for a dip mani, pedicure and leg and eyebrow wax. We started off with the pedicure, which was fine. No paint so the leg wax could be next. After waxing one leg., the technician took a razor blade to my leg!!! WTF!?! I didn't realize what she was doing at first because in 10 years of waxing my legs, I've never had this happen. Before I could stop her, she cut my leg. I point out to her that there is still a ton of hair and tell her to wax and no more razor. So she starts waxing my other leg and does a crap job. I let her polish my toes and cancelled all all of my other service and got the heck outta there before she could hurt me anymore. Stay away from this place!! I still paid $55 to be hurt and tortured, spare yourself!!!
