I wanted to share a recommendation for an auto repair shop in case you ever need one. While I was in West Hollywood on business recently, I experienced some car problems. A friend recommended Cali Auto Pros, and they were able to take my car in immediately and resolve the issue. Since then, I have brought the car back on two other occasions and received the exact same high level of service. The owner, Sako, provides great customer service and is truly a mechanics' mechanic. I highly recommend Cali Auto Pros for any of your car repair needs. read more

Sam at Cali Auto is the best! He's worked on two of our cars and definitely is our go to mechanic going forward. Two weeks ago we bought a used car for my daughter's high school graduation. He put everything aside to make sure that he checked it from end to end and fixed everything needed so we could give it to her on graduation day. You're not going to find a better auto repair mechanic. Highly recommend. read more

Searched all over town for a smog check station open on a Sunday. This one is it! Service was fast (15 minutes) and very friendly! Waiting area inside the store is very clean and organized with a nice collection of Hot Wheels on display only with some for sale on a rack by the window! They obviously love their job and take pride in the work they do here. I'll be coming back next week to service my other car. Tip: They charge a small fee if paying by credit card so make sure to bring cash to save money. I also used the $15 off Yelp check-in coupon to save even more! read more

It's hard to find a honest mechanic in LA. The owner Sako at Cali Auto Pros is def one of those honest mechanics that's hard to come by. I had some work done at another shop. Felt their prices were high. Needed more work done on a leak on my car. My friend had all his cars worked on by Sako and suggested that I give him a call to see what he says. So I called and got a quote which I thought was fair and honest so I brought my car in and he was able to fix the leak fast and at the price he quoted me. The previous place I took my car to wanted to charge me $1200 to swap out the entire oil pan for a drain plug leak. They did offer an option to fix the drain plug with a larger drain plug to fix the leak and said that would save me some money but quoted me $600 to do that which I knew was too much . I brought my car to Sako and told him the situation and he fixed it up quick and only charged me 1/3 of what the other place quoted me to fix the drain plug leak. Now for the first time ever I have no leak and I'm super happy about that. All the reviews about Sako being an honest and fair mechanic is true. I def recommend bringing your vehicle here. read more

Cali auto pros is the place to go for all your car needs. My boyfriend recently took his father's car for an oil change and they were very warm and welcoming. Very professional and courteous service. I don't look forward for our cars to have issues but if they do we for sure know where to take it. read more

First time at Cali Auto Pros & Smog check. Needed a smog test and on first attempt my car didn't pass. I was amazed as I never had an issue. Fortunately, Sarkis, the owner asked if I recently had a new battery installed, which I had. He said that it was a possibility that I had not driven my car enough miles since the new battery was installed so the calibration could be off. He said to bring it back after about 65 miles, which I did. Apparently that was the issue. Smog passed. I appreciate Sarkis's knowledge and expertise. I will definitely be coming back and will be sure to tell all my friends. read more
