Megan handled the HOA permissions, and the installation was completed ahead of schedule when Sky NRG found an opening that suited me. Juan and his team managed the installation with careful attention to the aesthetics of the panel placement. Robert, Sky NRG's CEO, was present during the installation, underscoring their commitment to customer satisfaction. We discovered issues with my existing electrical panel during the process, and Robert recommended replacing it. When we read it, they had some dubious terms in there, like forcing us to use them to replace our roofing if we needed to. When speaking to the operations manager, Barklie Eestes, his attitude was one of arrogance and jest. We reached out to him for over a week to get the agreement signed and move the project forward. They then went ahead and sent a contract for the same exact system for nearly $50k. Something their office manager confirmed, "should not have happened." Maybe they didn't like our name or that we actually read through their contract, but all around shady business practice.

Didnt pay attention to detail. Broke the siding in several places and left it like that. Very sloppy job nit to mention they never said they were subcontracting the job and another company came to do the siding. I used NOVA Rooftek on a small roofing project to try them out. Their installer was fantastic -…read morevery careful and professional. So I hired them to replace our siding, windows and trim late last year. I continue to find problems today. It looks like they subcontract the work. They seemed to install the Hardie Plank well, but didn't do a great job with the joints of the PVC trim. Worse, they did not set the Cortex screws deep enough in most cases, so the plus stand out too high. I have to find a way to fix that before I can paint the trim. When I went to replace the outside lights, I discovered they had reinstalled some of the old lights before they caulked between the siding and trim, so there open gaps in there. More concerning, there were no electrical boxes in the new sheathing - they just pulled the wire through and screwed the light to the PVC block. It was extremely difficult to install electrical boxes after the fact. There were other issues, but you get the picture.
