Megan handled the HOA permissions, and the installation was completed ahead of schedule when Sky NRG found an opening that suited me. Juan and his team managed the installation with careful attention to the aesthetics of the panel placement. Robert, Sky NRG's CEO, was present during the installation, underscoring their commitment to customer satisfaction. We discovered issues with my existing electrical panel during the process, and Robert recommended replacing it. When speaking to the operations manager, Barklie Eestes, his attitude was one of arrogance and jest. We reached out to him for over a week to get the agreement signed and move the project forward. They then went ahead and sent a contract for the same exact system for nearly $50k. Something their office manager confirmed, "should not have happened." Maybe they didn't like our name or that we actually read through their contract, but all around shady business practice.

Called to see if they were running late/something came up and the person that answered at first couldn't find the appointment. Once they found it, they stated they would call me back after speaking with the person and reschedule. Never received a call back. I called back at the end of the day but no one picked up. The next week I called several times on different days but no one picked up. I eventually put in a request on their website to see if they would respond via email, but got no response. Called twice today; same result. I put in a request on Yelp and it was immediately responded to stating unable to service. I'm not sure what is going on but I will move on to a different company. Since they did not show up for the appointment, no estimate or work was provided/done.
