I was a little overwhelmed! I ended up getting a GF blueberry muffin and chai latte for there, and a chocolate chip cookie to go. My husband got a regular blueberry scone and coffee. The baked goods were delicious. The cookie was huge, soft and delicious! They have a small area to sit and eat inside. The tables are decorated with teacups, saucers, and fresh flowers. All of the employees were extremely nice and helpful. They also take orders for cakes. I would definitely go back to try other items!

My favorite was the lemon and blueberry pastry, because layered pastry and fruit is a winning combination. I wish I could have visited Offbeet Bakery in person. I did see the outside of the bakery, which is located close to the Brown County library. Apparently, Offbeet also sells coffee and espresso, and they also do custom cakes, too. They are active on social media, so go seek them out there if you want to know the new things they are baking up.

Very soft and even though it's super dark, it's not bitter and the salt flakes make it the perfectly balanced sweet and salty combo. Bread was insanely good. I got a half loaf of semolina and the spices on the outside are adjacent to Side Door Bagel's everything bagel seasoning. Now the staff were not unkind...they certainly seemed friendly but that lack of greeting didn't feel great. Additionally, they were very quiet or mumbled when calling out orders and so it seemed like many people listening never heard their order including me. I also had to ask again for the pie after having paid. I bought a bandana as well and didn't see the price tag. When I asked how much it was the staff member said it was either 12 or 15 dollars. She rang it up as 15 when later I saw the price tag and it clearly said $12. I showed the staff member and she said it was $15 and it was a handwriting issue for the price tag. I rarely write reviews less than five stars but I do think if there could be a bit more initiative from the staff and orders called out more clearly and louder for drinks so they don't spoil that would really help.
