They also provide a monthly treat box that you can pay for monthly or all at one time like a subscription. They are located at the farmers market at Northview church off of Binford Blvd every Saturday during the summer months. Reach out to them directly for special orders though. The owners are two awesome people who know what they are doing. The special thing about them is they put the time and effort into creating unique flavors. They are coming up with different kinds of croissants all the time. Some of which you wouldn't expect such as cranberry or pumpkin for Thanksgiving time. They did a peppermint one for Christmas time and even croissant arrangements for Mother's Day. The monthly box includes one unique flavor, one maple pecan, one chocolate croissant, and one butter croissant. You wouldn't believe how good all of the flavors are even if it sounds a little different. Everything they make is SO GOOD!

They each have a different flavor and are so soft! I'm glad they found a place to call home to their business. The owner is very nice and passionate about his delicious baked goods! The creme brûlée macarons he made were DELICIOUS!!! He has so many great flavors, pistachio, they have a new UBE flavor, strawberry, orange, cherry and many more. He even I saw on his Instagram that he's made a croncha it's a croissant and concha bread - the famous Mexican sweet bread that's a coral color combined! Madeleines, chiffons, baguettes are also available. Check them out! They just opened at Plaza Urbana 3827 N Mitthoefer Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46235

This place touts itself as having the "best macaron this side of the Atlantic" as well as having…read morethe macaron flavors listed on the website in French, so needless to say, expectations were extremely high for Union Baking Co. to have an excellent authentic French macaron. It's worth noting that this isn't a place you just walk in -- you have to place an order online, via Facebook message or by phone first, then set up a time to pick them up. I placed my order via email, which was a fast and easy process. I placed an order for four flavors -- vanille, chocolat, citron and pistache. The pistache was by far my favorite! I couldn't believe that it tasted almost exactly like the pistache macaron I had in France at Laduree! My only complaint would be that, although the texture of the cookie part of this macaron was excellent, the filling was a little runny. It appeared that these may have been freshly made, so giving them an hour or two for the filling to firm up probably would have fixed that very minor issue. Although I didn't think the vanille, chocolat and citron macarons were as close to those same flavors of macarons I sampled in France, they were all good and after sampling them, I wished I had placed an order for all of the flavors they had. It appeared that Union Baking Co. is more of a catering/custom order company, but they were happy to fill my tiny 4-pack order. I am usually more interested in spontaneously stopping in a place and getting macarons immediately than in waiting for an order, but if you're fine with waiting a few days or you need a customized/large order of a variety of macarons, this is the place to order from!

The Macrons went over extremely well and my wife (and our kids) enjoyed them immensely. They were very high quality, fresh, and flavorful. I'll be looking forward to ordering more in the future.

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. This bakery made my special family party a huge success, everyone enjoyed the food and remarked on how delicious it looked and tasted. Thank you SO much for making the event extra special

I don't even know where to begin... I came in for a pastry and left emotionally attached…read more Let's talk about the croissants. I had not one, but TWO -- and I regret absolutely nothing. The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.
