Came here for my daughter's 13th birthday dinner and it was fantastic! We ordered a ton of food and all of it was amazing, we had calamari, softshell crab, crawfish, shrimp, dungeoness crab, snow crab, mussels, corn and potatoes and nothing was less than excellent. Service was polite and attentive. Seafood boils are inherently expensive but good place seemed reasonable for the amount of food we received, we will definitely return.

I have driven by this place countless times and written it off but finally decided to try it, and I was beyond surprised by how delicious everything was! You can honestly not beat this place as it comes to flavor and cost, it's incredibly affordable. The service was super quick and we had all of our food within like 15 minutes. The place had some quirky decorations and vibe to it but it kinda works. Not super upscale but who needs that when you're tearing into a huge seafood boil and making a big mess. We left stuffed after not even finishing the weekly special and a small app. Would come back and recommend. Rating 4 stars as service could've been a little more friendly and accommodating.

Went here to celebrate a birthday. I'd never been to a seafood boil restaurant. I will definitely come back. It was a Friday night do service was a tad slow. But the food was amazing. We split the calamari and the sauce was delicious. We opted for the seafood deluxe boil and added eggs and mussels. We ordered it house style medium spice level. I appreciated the fact they provided gloves and bib. If not I would have been a huge mess. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend not wearing white clothing.

Its my first time here and i was reading the reviews, its got some good reviews so i decided to try it out since I'm in this part of town. I ordered a pound of shrimps, with extra corns and extra sauce, and the calamari baskets. I got the combined flavors with medium spice and it lacks of flavors. It taste like oils only, i was only able to eat 2 shrimps. I go to every seafood boils i can find every time i travel, and this isn't one i will return. Every seafood boils i go to would include some lemons but this one doesn't, and they charge if you ask for some. The calamari baskets basket isn't as crunchy as i was expecting it to be, its soft. I ate it right away but it was soggy, so my baby ended up finishing the fries and we threw away the calamari. I've never had seafood boils with green veggies before too. This is new

We stopped in Saturday afternoon, it was busy but the building is spacious and the service is fast. I got the make your hands dirty with crab, shrimp, and mussels. The portions were good but I did order extra spicy and it wasn't super spicy. May was a good server and I really enjoyed using the cotton candy machine after.

It's hard to get a good boil this far up north but Cajun kitchen does it right. We ordered online for some takeout but upon arrival were surprised at how big the resteraunt was. Lots of parking and what seems like plenty of seating inside. Counter service was quick and our food was immediately ready for us to go. We ordered two boils, one with crawfish and sausage and one with sausage and shrimp. The boils themselves were huge! One is probably easily enough food for two. We got one in Cajun kitchen special sauce and one in Cajun medium. If you love your boils with a ton of butter the Cajun kitchen special is for you. It was way too much for my personal preference and would just go with a Cajun in the future. I'm so glad we found Cajun kitchen as it will be our go to now for when we get a craving for a food Cajun boil.

Well, you know it's usually a good sign when you get excited to visit a restaurant for the second or third time. This restaurant is currently second on my list of favorites that offer a seafood boil, but is nonetheless, worth the drive. We were seated almost immediately after entering. The waitress (although slightly difficult to understand), was patient with us and kept an eye out in refilling our drinks throughout the meal. As far as the food goes, there's not much I can say except that I wish I had gotten more snow crab. I felt like it wasn't enough, but it was definitely tasty and cooked to perfection along with the other items included in the dish. Overall, I still look forward to coming back the next time I'm in town.

For a daddy daughter date night, we decided to give Cajun Kitchen a try. My daughter loves shrimps and seafood in general so this was a good option for us. It was recommended by some family friends. We were seated right away. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Fast service too. We got our waters and I ordered a beer. We decided to order the Seafood Deluxe for the two of us and were able to order it with beef sausages which was a pleasant surprise as you don't see that as often. They came over with plates, crab cracker, bibs, gloves and a bucket for the shells. The food came out pretty quickly in a plastic bag that looked like a balloon because of the steam. All that was left to do was open the bag, dump it all on the tray and dig in. We had ordered mild spice which was perfect for us since my daughter doesn't like it too spicy. The shrimp and sausages were great and tasty so was the lobster. The crab legs were hard to get the meat out of but we did ok. The vegetables were the least flavorful especially the corn and the potatoes. The flavor hadn't penetrated them as well. The broccoli was pretty good though. We also goa side order of white rice to soak all that gravy even though it was a little oily. This was an enjoyable seafood boil but not great. I would not mind going back there but would also like to try some others to see if they are better. We do make a pretty good seafood boil at home but the convenience cannot be beat.

My hubby & I just can't say enough good things about this place! We love to go here and have never had a bad experience. We will continue coming back for our Cajun fix! Our Favorite Order: "Get Your Hands Dirty" with Squid, add Shrimp (no head), Beef Sausage, Pork Sausage, Extra Corn on the Cob, Extra Potatoes & Add Hard Boiled Eggs. Get this all together in a metal tray with the "Cajun Kitchen Special" seasoning & pick your own spice level. You can get most meats by the 1/2 lb and they will accommodate if you want to add more. My Husband also loves getting the hush puppies (basically corn meal balls).

Love this place!! I split the seafood deluxe with my brother it comes in a huge steamy bag but before we got ahead of ourselves had to don gloves and a bib to protect the clothes. The seafood deluxe comes with Half pound shrimp (no head), one cluster snow crab leg, one lobster tail, half pound pork sausages, 4 corns, 4 potatoes and broccoli. Then you get to choose choice of sauce and spice level. We went medium and had the Cajun kitchen sauce! It was really flavorful and had a nice light kick to it. The food came quick and service was good!

What a good lunch... Sea food deluxe -sausage, lobster, shrimp, crab legs with potatoes, broccoli and corn. cajun style so very good...

I am a huge seafood fan; obviously in Minnesota it is difficult to find seafood that tastes fresh. For a seafood boil, the options were slim. Although this place offers different spice levels, the flavor tastes the same: super buttery and peppery. I prefer other seafood boils like Crafty Crab in Fridley over this place. The corn cobs were cut into quarters or thirds... totaling to a half corn cob in the entire dish. The service was pretty quick and the pricing cheaper than other locations but I likely won't be going back. Serving portions do not appear to be the 1lb sizing but I'm sure they are weighing it out. This used to be a Wendy's - they have turned the space into a nicer place with a "southern oceanic" feel. It's a good spot to go to when on a Keto diet as the carb-load is low.

First time trying this restaurant. Nice and clean on the inside. Waiting staff were very friendly. We decided to get 1 lb crawfish + 1 lb shrimp (head on) both very good. Seafood was hot. The seasoning was not too spicy. Very flavorful. Wish there were more potatoes and corn in the boil. The red potatoes are nice and soft (tip: cut them in half so the seasoning can soak into the potatoes). Would definitely try this location again they have more options other than boils.

Great BBQ - 4 stars…read more Amos & Amos is a quirky place. And I have to admit, I love the weirdness. According to the owner, they've been around for 9 years. But the building itself is an old A&W drive-in fast food joint, built in 1953. Very cool! Most people seem to drive around the back of the building and pull into one of the parking spots that were "order from your car" spaces back in the day. Or you can just park on the street. Then you walk up to the window and place your order. Easy, right? This is where it starts to get weird. The sliding order window has 2 basement window well covers bolted over the sliding doors, like a big clam shell. The owners cut a flap in the bottom that only opens from the inside. Apparently, this is some sort of home-made do-it-yourself security thing. It seems to do the job...but you can't talk to them and they can't hear you until they slide open the door and then shout through the clam shell. And they don't seem to be in a hurry to do anything. I stood around like an idiot for a while, watching the lady, until she FINALLY slid the door open and talked to me. Kinda hard to hear through the big plastic clam shell. Speaking of shouting...you wait in your car or stand outside for 15 or 20 minutes and they yell when your food is ready. You can't hear what they're saying when they shout...but it all seems to workout okay. Like I said - quirky. LOW CARB: Okay, on to the most important thing: the food. I got the rib tip combo meal with a big hot link. Both were excellent. The rib tips were amazingly tender and lathered in generous amounts of a sweet sauce. Great taste. My hot link was huge and flavorful. For some reason, it reminded me of a big blood sausage. Good stuff. Unfortunately, you can't get any meat without sides. And all of the sides are plants. So in addition to my meats, I received and payed for unwanted carbohydrates of coleslaw, white bread toast, and a huge mountain starchy of fries. Those all came home with me to feed the Blue Jays and the Squirrels. That was kind of a waste of food but I had no choice about the high starch carbohydrate sides. I like this place. The meats are great. But it's a little frustrating if you eat low carb. It would be awesome if these guys sold meat by the pound, like many of the other BBQ joints. Oh, well. It was worth the stop. -Maxx
