Craw fish Boil
Gabriella V.

My favorite thing here is the crawfish. Everything else is overpriced and the quality doesn't match. I've never ate in restaurant and ordered takeout twice, so maybe I need to give it a chance in restaurant. Either way, I'm not a big fan and I'm not inclined to come by again.

Seafood Boiled Shrimp/ Half Pound Snow Crab/ 1 pound Craw fish Boil

No sauce just spicy paste on the seafood, shrimp and crawfish were both extremely soggy The man was kind, quick, and gave me extra butter for free thats the only reason i gave 2 stars

Crab boil was full of oil and very skimpy , I have tried it twice & did not like it . New recipe or cook is needed . So disappointed especially for the price I paid.

My order how it came

I was feeling for some seafood order from here it wasn't bad but I think they could put more crab the sauce was coming out the bag they could have put it in two bags to not have so much of the fervor come out more good and cooked with a fervor I would give them a 6/10.

Crawfish and shrimp fried rice
Naveen R.

Don't have too many spots doing seafood boils around my place except this one. On this occasion though, I ordered the following - 1) Cajun Seafood Platter with fries - Comes with fried pieces of fish (3), shrimp (5), oysters and a couple pieces of hush puppies. The fish was cooked well, flaky and tasty. I did think the shrimp was a little bit overcooked on this occasion and the oysters didn't feel too fresh. The hush puppies were great! 2) Crawfish and shrimp fried rice - Excellent! The shrimp on this dish were cooked well and there was plenty of crawfish done in a bed of rice with onions, green peppers and cajun seasoning. Wonderful fusion dish. Overall a decent place to get your Cajun grub on.

Catoufee
Khiana C.

Absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in we smelled cleanliness and the aromatics of the Cajun food. The restaurant was super quiet and we were immediately seated. We ordered Cajun wings, cajun fries, and crab cakes to start. We later orders gator bites and the famous Catoufee. The catfish on the catoufee was so reliably breaded and flavorful. Though I do feel like it was a little on the salty side, mixing it with the rice helped to balance out the flavor. Our server Raul was an absolute delight! He was very attentive , and made sure we were taken care of out entire dinner. We will be back!

My 2lbs of crawfish, seasoning was great but you definitely don't get what you pay for at all....

I got 2lbs of crawfish, with the Cajun original seasoning and the flavor was great. But the amount they charge for crawfish here is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!! 10.99 per lb is absolutely insane. From someone who's eaten crawfish their entire life I'm used to paying 3 to 6 $ per pound for amazingly cooked and seasoned crawfish and that comes with usually 4 potatoes and 4 corn for 2lbs. But I just got ONLY crawfish for 10.99 a pound. The service is good but the ambiance of the building is bland not really any life in this place, for the 2 hours I was here no one else walked into the door. Overall flavor was there but the prices they charge is absolutely insane. I could get a 20lb sack of live crawfish for the price of what they charged. If you don't care about pricing, come enjoy some good food. But as someone who grew up on eating this, the "Market price" they decide is insane and do not recommend anyone paying this price for regular crawfish.

Shrimp Po' Boy & Fries

I had been anticipating a visit here lately. I went for lunch yesterday and it was great. I had the Shrimp Po' Boy and Fries. I was so impressed that I went back today. It wasn't crowded as I went really early around 11:00. I'll be a frequent patron here for sure. Oh, the remoulade sauce is awesome!

Great place!! I loved the waiter as he was really nice and quick with every request. The food was the best. Prices were inline with other places. We will be back... oh did I mention the full bar??? The gumbo was perfect. I had the red beans and rice and it was good. The gator bites and hush puppies were also relishes. My coworker got the chocolate cake and let me try that.... umm yummy. I will be revisiting this one again and again!!!!! A hidden gem of a place :)

This little spot is a hidden gem. We ordered a lb of crab, a lb of headless shrimp, and a fried fish basket with fries. Yes, it was a lot of food, but we wanted to try as much as we could. The fish was well cooked, flaky inside crispy outside. The sauce the crab and shrimp were in was delicious. We did hot with all the flavors mixed. The crab was the star of the show OUTSTANDING the sauce did not take away from the sweet crab flavor, it was just so good. Service was prompt and friendly, our waiter answered our questions with confidence and checked on us often. Will definitely go back to this one.

What restaurants don't seem to understand is that if you are going to charge more then the bar has to be raised in every sense. Now the food I will say it was seasoned really well. The shrimp was not overcooked which is a plus and something that is a tell anywhere there is seafood. However, this place needs a major hosedown, its really dirty. I know sometimes tables are sticky- they were sticky, seats are sticky- they were menus on the table were greasy. That is the secont thing I noticed. The second thing I noticed is we were not greeted at the host counter for a while. No one was standing there or quickly came to us. I get it sometimes places are severely understaffed but a courteous apology or even a simple explanation would've been decent. Then we were seated behind a couple that were on a business call full blast even though there were many other empty booths and tables. Then our sever took forever to come take our drink orders and then forgot to bring out one of the drinks. Then the food comes out. It looks good. I got to grab my silverware and it was filthy. I didn't want to complain so my husband was about to hand me his when a bug may a "c" came out of his silverware and ran under the table. This really ruined how I felt about the place and it was unfortunate because the food tasted good. Unfortunately, three out of four us fell ill that night. Not great will not return.

The catfish was not even close to blackened and lightly seasoned, the "bed" of rice was a thin layer under the fish (less then a 1/3 cup of rice), the piece of bread was decent and maybe the best part of the meal, the rice was bland and had NO meat which makes dirty rice dirty, the worst part of the meal was that we walked in to order to go, then when our food was ready, the 2 little girls in the front were playing around for about 10-15 minutes while our food was just sitting there ready. It wasn't until we said something that they checked if it was our food. The ambiance was cool, too bad everything else wasn't. They get 2 stars because their fries were good.

It's always packed, so I figured it had to be worth trying, and it definitely was! The restaurant is located in a great shopping plaza with an Asian market, boba shops, bakeries, and other stores, making it a fun area to explore before or after your meal. We were seated immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had a fun, energetic atmosphere with great music playing, making it the perfect spot for a girls' night. We started with a few appetizers: garlic noodles, Kickin Wings, and raw oysters. I didn't personally try the oysters, but my friend really enjoyed them. The Kickin Wings were my favorite appetizer! They were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. The garlic noodles were just okay in my opinion, but the shrimp added to them was delicious. For our seafood boils, we ordered the Special Combo, which included 1/2 lb head-off shrimp, 1/2 lb snow crab, one potato, and sausage for $34.99, with the option to add more items for an additional charge. The seafood was fresh, well-seasoned, and flavorful. My only minor complaint was that the boil bag felt a little small, making it a bit difficult to really dig in and mix everything together the way I like. Overall, we had a great experience! The food was delicious, the service was friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and it was the perfect place to catch up with friends over seafood. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving a seafood boil. Would definitely recommend!

I got the cajun crawfish fondue was so creamy and yummy. The flavor was great, not greasy or broken, no heat, and generous crawfish tails in it. This was my favorite! Then I had the crawfish etouffee. Again lots of crawfish tails in a well-seasoned sauce on dirty rice. Cooked well, no heat and not overly salty. Not the best I've ever had but it was good. I wish the sauce was just a bit thicker. Dessert was a zydeco dancer. This was not what I expected. The "cheesecake" part was thin and creamy not very cakey. Strawberries were a bit watery but the topping was good. This could be easily tweaked to provide a bit of texture variety to make it great as the flavors were great. Service was excellent. Chris (female) was super sweet and friendly. She checked on me often and made sure my drink was full. It was nice to have a smiling and attentive server for my meal. Slow, poor service for mediocre food. How dreadful? Don't recommend…read more A group of friends and I (five of us total) came to Razzoo's for lunch at 1:30pm on Sunday (3/2). While our waitress was nice, our service was extremely slow and she never apologize for the blatant delay in getting anything. I asked for a straw for my water and it took 20 minutes to get that (not joking!). I asked for a cocktail and it took 30 minutes to get it! She even came to the table to ask us if we wanted anything, while we were waiting on our appetizers to come and I was waiting for my cocktail! All I could say was "yes, my drink." Her response to that was "it shouldn't take much longer." Ten minutes later, it arrived. I was annoyed! Another friend asked for a beer and he never got his drink. Never. Like it didn't come. And this was never acknowledged by anyone. No apology. No follow up. Nothing. Another friend has a glutten allergy, and nothing on the special "glutten free menu" was actually glutten free! My friend seriously looked up the ingredients on everything from the list and all of it had glutten in it. She asked for a manager to discuss this, and came over. She ended up getting a salad and they spend over an hour to identify a glutten free dressing they had, which she ended up just having ranch. It was not good service. The food took over an hour to arrive. Again, I'm not exaggerating. It arrived lukewarm and nothing really to write home about. The chicken wings were weird to me but not bad. They tasted like they were cooked in old kitchen grease and then some Cajun seasoning was thrown on them. THE OYSTERS WERE TERRIBLE!!!! They were tiny, and didn't taste like anything to write home about. Disappointing to say the least. After the meal ended, the manager came to our table to thank us for coming in, but all of us were so outdone but didn't feel it was worth saying anything because what difference did it make at that point. We were all finished eating, and she didn't ask us about our experience so we didn't kick her while she was down, but this experience was awful. Nothing was comped and nothing was taken off the bill. There was only like 3 people waiting tables in the whole restaurant, which had about 25-35 people present. It wasn't enough to provide good quality service. I can understand if you're short-staffed, but an apology or acknowledgement about that goes a long way, and that wasn't done. Waiting 15-20 minutes to receive a straw is unacceptable. Waiting 25-30 minutes for a signature cocktail on YOUR menu is unacceptable. Waiting over 40 minutes for appetizers and over an hour for food is unacceptable. And above all, all of this going with no acknowledgement from staff is dreadful. I won't be back.
