During the discussion about what we wanted the cake to look like, I told her I wanted her to have as much create freedom as she wants and showed her our instagrams so she could get a glimpse into who we are. When we arrived to pick up the cake she immediately knew who we were and was so excited to show us the beauty she created. She is a creative genius! The cranberry pear crumble was phenomenal- truly one of the best things I've ever eaten- and left at room temp the masterful layers in the crust were still crisp even the next day! My husband got a pumpkin muffin, which was very lightly spiced and had a moist crumb. Back in the summer we tried a very good zucchini pecan muffin, but there were not many options left at 1:00 on a weekend. In terms of coffee, they use Broadsheet beans. The cold brew is very strong. They don't use Oatly, but the oat milk cappuccino I got was still good (strong, but perfect once I added a little more oat milk) & at $4.75 it's totally reasonable!
