Service was great, the drinks were delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for getting work done. It's comfortable, quiet enough to focus, and overall a great spot to study or unwind. Next time, I will try the bingsu!

I ordered a taro latte, which I found a tad sweet, but the misugaru latte my friend got was nice. I'm not sure about ordering bubble tea here... My friend got their taro bubble tea, and it was really sweet. There didn't seem to be a choice for sweetness or ice level. The desserts looked yummy though! We didn't originally plan to come here, so I might have to find another time to stop by and try them. A warm atmosphere to hang out with friends plus pretty fast service with getting out drink orders, I'll have to remember to stop by when I'm around.

-interior was cute -service was just okay -big menu -bingsoo size was smaller than expected; snow was good but the gelato on top wasn't -croffle was really grainy in texture -a lot of people studying here but the chair don't seem comfortable enough for me -was told the dessert toast was the item that they're known for but I didn't order :( -maybe would come back for the toast and to try their drinks but def would not get the croffle again

Small but cute. The taro bingsu was sweet but we enjoyed! Probably won't return but it was good to experience. Nothing out of the ordinary and a bit pricey.

The cafe is very cute and spacious. The lady taking orders was nice and friendly. The white mocha latte was good. The waffles were good.. but nothing special for $11. Another bougie over priced coffee shop. It's a nice place to meet a friend on occasion for a drink but would not visit often due to prices. We did not try the sandwiches. The sandwiches looked pretty good on the pictures in the front of the store.

Quiet spacious cafe great for study/work.The menu/prices are similar to other Korean cafes but nothing was particularly good. Most outlets are at the back of the cafe so seating can get limited if you need to charge your laptop.

    New Mini Snowflake flavors 7/4/2020

We were super excited to check out Caffe Bene in Suwanee, which I raved as the chain I tried in NYC a few years ago. We stopped by after dinner instead of our usual post dinner boba. The menu wasn't like the Caffe Bene I've seen... which is fine but not sure why they use the brand. Based on past reviews, it looks like they used to be a part of the franchise but it's possible that they're aren't any longer. We noticed the new Mini Snowflake on the menu. We weren't super hungry but wanted something small and sweet to share, so we settled on the mango mini snowflake. The mini snowflake was basically shaved ice, ice cream... and yogurt maybe? It was interesting... but satisfied my sweet tooth. I noticed they serve Stumptown coffee - it was too late for coffee this time - but next time I need to get some work down in a quiet space, I definitely recommend Caffe Bene because it was nice and quiet when we were there. Perfect for focus! I sometimes take my dog to the groomer next door, so next time I may stop in to grab some coffee and get some remote work done while I wait.

currently one of my favorite study spots. the music isn't too loud here, and the drinks are pretty good. I tried the bulgogi sandwich and i loved that it was sweet and savory.

The vibes of this place are so cute! It's the perfect place to come study or just hangout with your friends. If you're trying to peacefully study with a cup of coffee, go in the morning as the afternoons tend to get super busy. I ordered the matcha latte and it was SO tasty. It was the perfect amount of sugar, ice and drink! I'll definitely be ordering this again and trying something new like the bingsu! The options tend to lean more on the expensive side, but there so many things to choose from! Would definitely recommend to a coffee or dessert lover!

I have been here twice and both times have left very satisfied. The food here is incredible, very fresh and delicious with friendly and relatively quick service. Also a great place to study since it is pretty quiet and very comfortable. The mango bingsu isn't just shaved milk like I've had in a couple other places; somehow they make it super soft and pillowy instead of being sharp and crunchy. The yogurt is a great addition to the mango ice cream and mangoes (cuts the sweetness super well.) The strawberry toast was alright, nothing special, especially given the price. Tastes exactly like it sounds like. The Bulgogi and portabella sandwiches are incredible, some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. They are pricey but 100% worth it. Nutritious and flavorful, although just a bit sweeter than my preference. Do not skip out on these!

Plenty of parking by the cafe. Staff wore masks but no social distancing between tables. And this place was pretty packed for how late it was (we went around 7pm). Good selection on the menu, drinks, desserts and even more savory food items. Hazelnut latte: super excited they had latte art even though it was in a to go cup. Tasted delicious, not too sweet or bitter. Triple Choco honey bread: a bit too sweet for me but others enjoyed it. Just the honey bread by itself is tasty too! Carmel banana waffle: this was a little less sweet. The waffle had a nice texture to it. Strawberry snowflake parfait: more light and not sweet. Would've been even more enjoyable on a hot day! Peach green mojito: helps reset the palette from all the sweetness. Very refreshing. Overall really enjoyed it and looking forward to trying some of the savory items!

Caffe Bene has to be one of the best places to come for some pastries, sweets, coffee, and specially Bingsu with this hot weather. Today we came in specifically to have some bingsu (Korean style shaved Iced) and as always very satisfying. We usually order the Misugaru red bean, but we wanted something more fruity so we went for the mango version and we were definitely glad we tried it. It's not too sweet and very refreshing. The service was super smooth and the cashier was so nice and helpful in helping us with our order. I will try some of their other menu items in the near future since I'm becoming fond of this place. Also the wife approved it so that's a big plus!

Not bad but not great. Seats are all cracked and unattractive to sit on. Drinks are okay but not the best especially for a cafe.

-1 hour and 20 minutes wait on wait list (and we think the hostess forgot about us)…read more-30 minutes to wait for food after seated -some elements forgotten on food This was my first time at the suwanee location. Showed up at 11am on Sunday for a birthday brunch. The hostess said there was a wait but could not give us an estimate. We got on their wait list which was on the toast app and texted to us. We sat in the car and waited as people shuffled in and out of the door. There were 7 tables ahead of us according to the app. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. We noticed so many people were doing take out orders. We went inside to inquire about the remaining wait time to consider take out instead. When we asked the same hostess who put us down on the wait list, she seemed alarmed when I gave her my name and was like "oh you're (my name)". We asked if we missed something for the wait list and she said no. A table was leaving and she said we could have that one and this was when the wait list said there were 2 tables ahead of us left. My group felt that she may have skipped us or forgotten about us based on her reaction. Our server was very nice. We waited another 30 minutes for food after being seated. My sis wanted to go here for her birthday because of the brunch vibes and mimosas. This was a part of the reason why we just waited the long wait. Turns out this suwanee location does not serve alcohol. :( Food: The shrimp and grits and fish ($25) and grits were pretty good, but I was surprised by how many onions were inside. I have never seen so many onions in grits before. It was in every bite. There were a lot of half cut bulbs of small onions in my grits (as pictured). I also felt that the presentation for the fish and grits was really messy and rushed. The fish and grits ($26) did not have that many onions in comparison. They also asked if we wanted cheese on our grits. We both said yes and it turned out there was a dollar charge added to our receipt for each one. I noticed mine didn't have cheese once I looked back at my photos, but my sister's did based on the color and taste. Hers was yellow on top and more savory. Mine was plainer and white, so I think they forgot my cheese. The shrimp was blackened and seasoned well though. The salmon was also a little dry and didn't pair as well with shrimp since it wasn't crunchy according to my sis. The chicken and biscuit ($18) had a lightly fried and crispy chicken that was very good. However, there was very little gravy just on the bottom of the plate, which was different from the photos where it was covered with gravy sauce on top. It made the dish a bit dry without more gravy. The side of potatoes for $5 was incredibly bland and plain. We barely touched them. The server automatically gave us 10% off our check because our food "took a while to come out" when we did not say anything to them. I wondered if its because they really did forget to seat us from the wait list. The food was pretty good outside of the lack of gravy on the chicken and bland potato side. But the wait time and overall experience to actually dine really took away from the overall experience. The seating is pretty limited to 2 seat tables and bigger groups would take up conjoined tables, which I believe is why the wait was so long. I think we would have had better luck with timing to going our food as so many people were picking up to go orders. The hostess also kept coming to our table to take the menu qr sign and would say sorry and interrupt our meal and then bring it back to interrupt again. She did this twice. The strange thing was that every table had one and we were seated furthest from where she was standing at the front door. I didn't understand why she couldn't have taken it from a closer table or why they didn't have a copy up front. It was disruptive. Overall, the potential for all of our dishes to be really good was definitely there. Some stuff was forgotten on our plates and the long wait really took away from the experience unfortunately.

The Second Level / Upper Floor is reserved for if you are going to be ordering/dining in for the pastas and/or savory foods. I only tried their coffee today on the first level. I did go upstairs to check it out and did see a bunch of people upstairs just sitting and chilling on their laptops with their coffees/drinks; so they may not really enforce their "reserved for pasta dining only" rule. Not sure. Ambiance (First Level / First Floor) - clean, nice, laid-back, chill, cool environment. Casual setting. Cool architecture, design, layout, and decor. Can get loud inside as ceilings are high and can get echo-y, especially if there are alot of people. Also, there is music constantly playing in background. Service (First Level / First Floor) - customer service was quick and straightforward. They were nice and polite. A+. No complaints here. Coffee (First Level / First Floor) - tried their "Korean Iced Coffee" for $7.25. It was one size only and one price at $7.25. It was delicious. Almost similar tasting to a Vietnamese coffee in my opinion (both are delicious). That strong, brewed coffee flavor with this delicious milky, sweetened condensed milk taste. I am not exactly sure if they used sweetened condensed milk in the Korean iced coffee, but it sure does taste similar to it. It's quite good. Also had a "Large Hazelnut Hot Coffee" with creamer for $5.95. It was okay. Total with tax for the two drinks was $13.99. Keep in mind that the WiFi is on your receipt as a QR Code at the bottom. So if you want to use the WiFi, ask for the receipt and/or keep the receipt so that you can scan the QR Code in order to use the WiFi. I ordered a large and there was at least 1.5 inches of space between the fill line and the rim of the cup. Why pay extra for a large if I'm getting served a small? Given that the drink was prepared by the cafe owner herself, I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer such a drink. My other complaint is that I'd visited 3 times in the past two weeks, sat in the cafe for at 3+ hours each time, and was in a rush to attend a important zoom meeting, and planned to order after my meeting was over. 30 mins in, I was actively speaking on the video call when the cafe owner interrupted me to say that I couldn't sit without ordering a drink. So many parts of me want to justify her behavior, maybe she's anxious about the cafe not making enough money - but given that she has seen me before and I was actively speaking - that rubbed me the wrong way. I was beginning to feel comfortable at the cafe but that moment made me hesitant to return. If this hadn't happened, I would have considered this a 5/5 star establishment and found a go-to study spot.
