Found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. The place is very nice and inviting. Warm colors and decor. Perfect to chill on a Sunday afternoon with a book or do some work. There is so much to pick from on coffees. I recommend cafe Saigon if you like sweet drinks. Delicious coffee and condensed milk. They have waffles and sweet breads and fruit. Might have to come back for brunch, overall so glad I found this little gem in Suwannee. read more

This place is SO cute, I'm surprised I did not find out about this place sooner. My friend and I came here on a whim after dinner when she wanted some coffee. Both our coffees were tasty and fairly priced. She ordered a hot coffee and was a little disappointed when she received it in a to-go cup instead of a mug because she wanted to get a drink with a design in the foam. She decided to take the lid off and check underneath anyway, and was very pleasantly surprised to find a heart waiting for her. The cafe is nicely decorated and the seats are comfortable - but there are no super comfy couches that invite you to stay for hours and hours. I have yet to try their desserts, but I will be back. The only reason why I didn't order more was because they do not take American Express and didn't want my friend to pay so much for me. read more

The place has amazing seating! Super big and and the light isn't too bright. Everything is either wood or concrete. My Iced Coffee was just ok, but I more so go just to have a place to work where I can be around people. The people serving me were very polite. First off, I love that there is plenty of space for parking. Second, the ambiance of this place is great! Although a little low, the chairs and tables were very comfortable. Third, their presentation is absolutely amazing! We ordered a Triple Choco Honey Bread, chocolate gelato & waffle, and a caramel macchiato. All were definitely delicious. The only con was that the employee assumed our order incorrectly and by that I mean that I asked for chocolate gelato & waffle and he assumed I meant chocolate strawberry waffle since it was a picture on the menu. First time visiting the Caffe Bene and it was wonderful, deserts were well described with their models on display and drinks were tasty.

Been there four times and have to say it's disappointing. Two of the times they wouldn't serve me because they stop serving at 9 but open till 10, but the times we did order it was nothing special. The decor was the only highlight and also for a starting business you would think that turning away customers so early would be pretty bad business. read more

I had the strawberry waffle and was REALLY good. The waffle was crispy and the strawberries were fresh.

The gelato is okay. But it tastes as if it's store bought and has a very icy texture. Unless thats their recipe.... I also tried their waffles. I would not recommend that at all. Its was so hard. Felt as if I was eating a rock that had a custard tasting fried cheese in the center. (You'll know what i mean if you've tried it.) The flavored lattes taste like cake mix and steamed milk but its probably the best thing there. read more

They were cleaning the sewer line while we were there - didn't even warn or tell us. Trying to enjoy the coffee with that horrible smell. I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. Coffee and tea were okay - the portobello sandwich was terrible. We will not be back. Way too over priced for the quality of their product. $2.75 for a medium black coffee...when you can go to QT and get better coffee for a third of the price. $6 for a small waffle with whipped cream and strawberries. All I ordered here was a peppermint mocha hot chocolate. It was fine. Cute spot. Can't help but liken it to Starbucks. My problem was more with the service. The cashier kept having problems with the register. It appeared to be new system they were using and he just didn't know how to work it. He had to keep waiting on someone to come help him with each transaction. I seriously waited in line at least 20 minutes just to order a small drink. The people behind me waited at least 30 minutes. I am typically a coffe lover who is from Chicago tried intelligentsia, metropolis, and many other coffee. I also traveled Newyork and tasted all the most famous coffee in U.S. They just changed their coffee beans to Stumptown coffee roasting company which is top roasting company. The hair bender which is espresso taste like your tasting water in the forest. It sounds very awful but it really does taste woody and fresh. The sad thing about coffee environment in today, is that many people are used to starbucks coffee which is really bitter. The bitterness comes from the old beans and over roasting beans but the hair bender is perfectly balanced out of the sourness and bitterness together. It gives out nice and sweet tangy flavor. Caffebene is a cafe that serves desserts and savory but seems like they manily focus on The coffee. I love how the baristas are well trained and they make perfect latte and other drinks. If you are a coffee lover, this place is the best coffee shop in the area. read more

NO OUTLETS. No drip coffee. If you want to hang out at a coffee house and do some work, this is not the place. If you want to have coffee with friends, this place is great. This is a Korean coffee shop, and it's designed with Korean customers in mind, which I mean it's not bad. But for me, as a freelancer, not ideal. I mean I was gonna spend some $ on some honey bread and probably some serious food while I hang out there all day doing work. The chocolate ice cream was awful! They said its Italian jelly or something like that. For one scoop we paid almost 4 bucks. Very small cup but we didn't even ate half of that. Oh my my! 27 minutes exactly to serve me my two lattes , a slice of cake and an affogato. I could have all of those things served in less than 5 minutes. The coffee shop is very pretty and well decorated. The coffee and drinks were ok but the service is subpar. My husband spilled a drink on accident before he was able to try it and they refused to give him another drink and he had to buy and pay for a new drink. Another time their chip reader wasn't working and unable to process a payment(this was on their end), instead of offering to have the order on the house (which was one small coffee) they made me keep trying my card about 7-9 times before "their WiFi" was finally able to connect and process a payment, which took about 10-15 minutes, I was with 2 small children at the time ( a toddler and 9 month old) which made It even more frustrating. Also their "rewards" stamp card is ridiculous, I got one stamp when I went in with my family and ordered over $30 worth of food and drinks and got 1 stamp because it's. "Per order" even though their card says per drink. Anyway gave this place multiple chances to redeem themselves and they keep falling short. Love their coffee and shaved ice but I find myself staying away from there because of several reasons... the chairs are really uncomfortable and low to the ground for most of their tables, some of the items are a little pricy and the noise level is sometimes crazy bad. Coffee prices are not friendly but at least it tastes good. I don't like the lukewarm temperature of some of the espresso drinks like cappuccino. read more

This place was wonderful. I liked that we were able to visit with friends in a happy, inviting, but quiet atmosphere. The seating was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and coffee was wonderful as well. We had a sandwich, dessert, and several coffee drinks--all served in a timely manner and tasted better than expected. We order our dessert and drinks.. we get situated and sit down at our table and start eating our waffle.. then some dude comes by and asks what we ordered.. as if he is blaming us for taking something we did not order.. we give him our receipt which isn't even itemized.. he goes back and says the calculations were not correct on their end.. dude.. that's your fault.. I don't care.. we're here enjoying our dessert and our coffee/tea.. don't come to our table and blame us for taking something that we did not order or blame us for not paying enough for one or the drinks... you don't do that... we finish, leave our things on the table and then a workers chases us and says we need to clean the table, that it's "self service". First of all. I didn't see any signs asking to clear off our tables and the cashier didn't even mention it.. plus we get horrible service. Sorry. I'm not clearing off the table. Call the police..
