The truck was unavailable but Sam was great and set up 2 chefs to come to my home and prepare everything in my kitchen. We had several guests with food allergies to deal with so the menu was: Rosemary Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables for appetizers. The Entrees were: 1) Cafe Rouge Grilled Crab Cakes, Served with Sweet Potato Fries and Remoulade Sauce. 2)New Zealand Lamb Lollipops, Seared and Finished With a Mint Shallot Butter, over Arugula. 3)The Ribeye and French Brie on gluten free Flat Bread with Sweet Onion Confiture, finished with Spring Greens. 4)Halibut Filet : Pan Seared Halibut ( Salt, pepper and Butter ) Incredible service and the most delicious food. & Very underrated. Tonight was food truck night in the Milk District 12/15/2020. There was a lot of people out and plenty of options to choose from. Some of the trucks had long lines and I'm glad they did. There was no one in line at CRE.and that's why I chose them. Really glad I did! There are several components that stood out to me. LAMB BURGER A+ ~ Lamb Patty was very tasty and if I'm not mistaken, it was 100% lamb. I loved the goat cheese which I would say, they did not skimp on. Fresh Cut homemade FF?!! And again, they do not skimp on the fries, as no one should in Foodservice. Crab Cakes A+ Super good and tasty. Perfectly grilled with just the right amount of caramelization to give is that perfect crispness that I like. Another words, if I were cooking it for myself, it's exactly how I would prepare it. The sauce they make for the crab cakes was pretty damn delicious too. What I didn't use on my crab cakes I used to dip the again, generous portion of homemade hand cut French fries. Such a wonderful experience! Went to the Seafood festival yesterday in DT Sanford to explore the food trucks. Went to a few that weren't bad but didn't satisfy. We ordered the crab cakes and po boy. Crab cakes were the perfect amount for the price and drizzled with balsamic reduction that honestly makes my mouth water thinking about it. My fiancé got the po boy and the shrimp were cooked perfectly! No greasy fried items at all and the sauce was amazing! We asked about the poutine but decided against it just to keep our spending down. To our delight, they gave us an order for free and OMG THEY WERE SO WORTH IT! My dad, who is a very picky eater, said their poutine was the best thing he ate all day! I wish I wasn't so full so I could've tried their fish n chips because they were going like crazy and definitely got the most bang for your buck. Would definitely eat here again! read more

4 stars for quality food truck fare prepared fresh to order! My family and I got Fish n' Chips from this food truck while attending the Scottish Highland Games in Winter Springs. The lines weren't that long, but the food did take a decent amount of time to make. However, they make everything fresh to order, so this should be expected. The fish and chips were really tasty. They were made with cod and weren't overly breaded. The fries were also good. The food options at the truck were really creative. It seems like they put a lot of thought into the menu options. Options ranged from fish and chips to sushi-grade tuna and Canadian poutine fries. The prices were a tad bit higher than many food trucks. However, I think the quality of their food is higher than a standard food truck, so it evens out. Overall, this was a great food truck experience and I encourage you to give them a try. read more

While at Milk Bar/Tasty Tuesdays last night, I tried a piece of this truck's escargot. It was my first time eating escargot, so I have no other escargot to compare this to, but what I had last night was really, really good. I at first was apprehensive to try it since I was told, before eating it, that it was a little mushroom-y ... but I tried it, anyway, and am glad that I did. I've heard that the truck's fish and chips are very good, though I've yet to try them. Last night's bite of escargot was the only thing I've ever tried from this truck ... which is strange, since I've seen this truck at least a half a dozen times. I ought to give it a chance the next time I see it. For now, this is all I have ... but I hope to try some more food from here soon and provide a proper review. Until then, I recommend it - I checked out its menu and it looks like there's a lot of good stuff on it, and it seems that people enjoy going to it. read more

At DeLand on Saturday for fireworks, music, and food. Had the Haddock and fries and they definitely lived up to the best of Orlando title! The fish had the crispest crust, a very satisfying crunch. The fish was mild. Loved the vinegar, too. If you get a chance, check these guys out. Also, the order taker was hilarious! Very entertaining while waiting for hot, fresh, fish. read more

I have only had half a sandwich from here. It was the pulled pork mac n cheese. My friend couldn't finish it, so I reaped the benefits! It was AMAZING! So good that I tried a different truck the following week at Tasty Tuesdays(because Cage Rouge wasn't available), but failed miserably at my attempt to mirror the goodness this sandwich offered. If you like pulled pork, and like mac n cheese, this is the King of the castle in O town. I'll post an updated review next time I try something else from here. read more

After two tries I finally got to try their fish and chips and their beer battered onion rings. If you're going to be bad, you might as well go all in. The fish and chips did live up to my expectations. It was a big piece of fried haddock on top of some fries, along with some tartar sauce. Everything was a crispy, flavorful, greasy hot mess. In a definite good way. The tartar sauce tasted homemade. The onion rings- there weren't a lot of them, but they were lightly battered and came with a delicious remoulade sauce. If you see them at a food truck event, definitely check them out.
