I remember this place being around since I was in high school, so clearly they've been doing something right to stick around for this long. That being said, I'm only reviewing the breakfast burrito here, not any of their other food. And honestly, it was kind of just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. The burrito was pretty simple, just eggs, cheese, and bacon. Looking at it, it honestly reminded me of something I could make at home. The salsa and pico de gallo didn't really do much for me either. They were fine, but nothing that made the burrito stand out or added a whole lot of extra flavor. I will say, the staff and the people eating there were extremely friendly, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable. I can see why a local spot like this has been around for so long, especially when you have that kind of welcoming atmosphere and a loyal customer base. But if I'm specifically in the mood for a breakfast burrito, based on this experience, I'd probably go somewhere else. There are just too many breakfast burritos around OC that I enjoy more. Again, this review is only about the breakfast burrito, so I'm definitely not saying the rest of their menu isn't worth trying. I may have just picked the wrong thing. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing that made me want to come back specifically for the breakfast burrito. The friendly people were probably my favorite part of the experience.
