Cafe Los Suenos is a no frills coffee shop located in Remington. The shop itself consists of a long bar with a handful of stools and a bathroom with a roasting area in back. The menu includes four espresso drinks, three cold drinks and four hot drinks. During my multiple visits I've sampled Cafe Los Suenos cold brew, latte with oat milk and the Americano. All of which have been excellent cups of coffee. My wife had a tea, they serve Wight's brand, which she said was "good". Cafe Los Suenos offers a small selection of pastries, none of which appear to be vegan. Great coffee, competitive prices and no frills are what stand out at Cafe Los Suenos.

A cute little cafe serving some good coffee. My friend and I got the Horchata. It was quite good and had great flavor. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Would visit again.

I've been meaning to hit Cafe Los Suenos for a long time! It's very conveniently located right off 83 which makes it easy to pop in and out for a quick brekkie on the go. The horchata latte is a MUST have. Perfectly sweet and seasoned. They get their baked goods from Ovenbird Bakery, one of my faves. The decor is so adorable and classy. We love supporting small businesses, esp immigrant owned living the American dream! There is some seating inside and outside. Overall, a can't miss spot!

No frills coffee shop - very charming. Seating in a bar style, one barista, a couple of pastries. Coffee was made quickly and was tasty. Barista recommended the blueberry scone but I found it dry and lacking. Maybe the other pastries would be better! I just think for a small coffee shop with extremeley limited offerings, the ones they have should be good :/ Would come back here for coffee nonetheless.

If you want to know what HOME feels like this place is it. Literally I felt so at peace from the moment I stepped in to the love that not only the customers gave to each other but the staff as well. This is a place of true acceptance, love, and friendship and to be I was shedding a few tears just because of how beautiful this family is overall. Now to what you came for the coffee absolutely delicious I ordered a caramel latte with oat milk. They also offered pastries there as well. The counter for seating brings in the community energy . Come here for the coffee leave with love and good vibes everyone needs. Seriously go love on this beautiful coffee shop.

Cafe Los Suenos is a cozy hidden gem with delicious baked goods and premium coffee. The atmosphere has a bar area with stools to see all the action when your beverage is made. The flavored syrups are house-made, and the baked goods are from Oven Bird. The owner gave a welcoming vibe and was personable. I enjoyed my pumpkin spice latte because it was well-balanced and did not have too much sweetness. There is street parking and a garage as well. Though it is a drive for me from home, and the coffee here is worth the commute!!

Have heard great things about Cafe Los Suenos and it did not disappoint! I stopped by in the afternoon to get an iced cold brew. The iced cold brew was smooth and really gave me that burst of energy. I wanted to try a pastry but alas almost everything was sold out. Next time, I'll definitely have to swing by earlier! Service was friendly and fast. There are a couple of seats around the shop. Small neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There are more than 3 stools but no tables. It's easily a great spot to grab a cup of joe and conversation. They even offer a spot to attach your dog right outside. Oh yeah! A gentleman came in who was offered doggie treats and he left his fur babies home. He graciously let me have the last delicious almond croissant. I am not a super big coffee drinker but i decided to try this place out none the less. The service was great; my barista was knowledgeable about the different beans they had available and made me a cup of pour over coffee. It was an entirely new experience for me. The coffee I had was the perfect temperature and pleasant to drink, not hard to get down at all. I also got the last chocolate chip cookie they had in their display and it was, no joke ,one of the best cookies I've had in my life. It was dense and tasted the most cookie-y of any other cookie I've tried. If you imagine a flavor called "fresh-baked cookie", it tasted like that. They sprinkled some sea salt and brown sugar on top which complemented the rich taste of the chocolate inside. I'll definitely be visiting again, it was a great experience. I just wish we got there earlier to see some of the other pastries they offered. read more

You wouldn't be able to guess how snug Cafe Los Sueños is just from walking by. There's only enough room inside for a bar with several stools, but because there is nothing heavier than a pastry or cookie to eat, you should be able to snag a spot fairly quickly. Probably not a place to study or work. I got the Horchata Latte and a normal latte with oat. The horchata was cinnamon-y and divine (although note that it contains dairy) and the regular latte had a phenomenal amount of foam. However, the prices put this cafe out of my regular rotation -- not including the surcharge for a milk alternative, the holiday flavors cost $6.50 and the normal latte $4.50. I also wish there were a more expansive menu. I'd recommend this place for a quick catch-up and if you've got the money to splurge on good coffee. (On a side note, the brick facade is absolutely stunning!) read more

We stopped in here and were warmly welcomed by the barista. I ordered a latte which was tasty, but I was missing a syrup flavor. It was very good coffee though! My husband got a hot chocolate which was more like a Mexican hot chocolate - just a bit too heavy on the cinnamon. We were also looking for a pastry or two but they didn't have much. Best latte I've had in Baltimore. The baristas take their time with each and every drinks - so maybe skip if you are in a rush. That being said, if you have 5 min, it's 100% worth the wait. Another good things to know - there is no store Wi-Fi, so people use their own hot spot or personal Xfinity login. read more

This is a neighborhood, fantastic coffee/pastry shop. A warm, sincere smile meets you at the door. I wish this Cafe was in the Lauraville neighborhood where I live, but I will definitely go there since I love the ambiance and the welcoming attitude I have always encountered there. Yesterday all the counter stools were taken (good sign) and several people were sipping and reading (real books, no less!). So I should also add "literate", reader-friendly to my adjectives ;-) I will get my cappuccino and bombolone there any time I'm in that neighborhood! Thank you CLS! read more

I needed an afternoon wake up and found this excellent neighborhood coffee shop while visiting Mount Royal Soapary next door. A very friendly and helpful man gave me the run down of the current coffees served and I opted for the light roast from Nicaragua. Fantastic flavor! They buy and serve varying, unique coffees from Central and South America. A nice place to get something different than the mainstream. I hope to get back soon. read more

Cafe Los Suenos was just named Best New Java Joint in Baltimore Magazine. I can't say I disagree. We live in Hampden, so we just walked over one morning to try their coffee. We tried a cappuccino and an iced coffee, and both were really great. The service was lovely - everyone was so kind and helpful and happy and generally wonderful. And the inside of the shop is so charming (those old bar stools!!!) and simple. There's some outside seating as well. (They have a few pastries, but it's definitely a place for coffee!) Cafe Los Suenos is definitely on the smaller side, so this probably isn't a place you'll want to sit and work or study for hours (post COVID even), but it's a great place to order a coffee and then enjoy while you read a book on a bar stool. The owner Carlos Payes is from El Salvador, and he and his wife have created a special little coffee shop in Remington. I'm sure we'll back to have more of their great coffee soon. read more

Discovered this over east both intentionally and accidentally. Got there early providing opportunity to chop it up with the owner. Great guy! John the barista was amazing as well. Feeling of the place was comfy and vibrant. Bring your laptop grab a cup prpepare to stay no longer than 45 mins as there is a nice rotation of locals popping up throughout the day. read more

It was the best cup of coffee I've had in a long time. It was from Nicaragua and I purchased a 12 ounce bag. The space is a little tight consisting of a counter with about a dozen stools. Amazing coffee!! everyone is so amazingly kind. The pastries were absolutely delicious. Paid about $18 for a latte, a drip coffee and a pastry. Also has a nice patio section and it's easy to find parking. I wish it had wifi tho. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Cafe Los Sueños has excellent coffee and great service! I've visited twice. Carlos makes great choices in coffee for the house selections brewed daily. There's usually one dark and one lighter roast. I've tried both and not been disappointed. I can recommend the Ocaña region dark roast. They have good taste in music too. read more

I honestly would have preferred a simpler or smaller menu, or paying a little more, if it meant it was done really well. I would still return for the space and coffee, and I genuinely hope they refine things a bit because the foundation is solid.

We had the matcha latte, and a menu special: solar eclipse which was chai with expresso macadamia nut milk and lavender syrup. Matcha was good flavor and quality. The drink special I pass, I gave it a fair try but it didn't taste good- there was a very acidic taste at the end. My first time in was after calling to see if they had gift cards, went without an answer . So I went there and nope. Waisted my time going there.

After I had paid and returned to the table, my wife told me the server was walking around with a check, likely had forgot which table had asked for it. Ambiance: This was the best part. We sat outside, beautiful day. If you want to come to sit down outside on a nice day and have a drink, it would probably be enjoyable.

There are lots of fun drink options ranging from smoothies, your typical coffee drinks, and frozen coffee drinks. I saw some other customers order food and I'll have to try that next because it looked nice and fresh. The baristas were so friendly too. There are two floors to the cafe. The second floor seemed to be the "work" floor when I was there. There were plenty of people doing work on their laptops and hanging out. I can see myself coming here to work a lot in the future :)

It was a community dinner party with Chef Char. You had a choice of a ticket with or without wine pairing. Me and my friend chose the ticket with wine pairing. The ticket included two glasses of wine. The menu was not printed online so we went in kinda blind on what was served. The first course was a roasted vegetable dish which consisted of broccoli, fingerling potatoes and pears with a Greek yogurt sauce. The second course was chicken thighs with risotto in a tomato sauce and the third course was a granola strudel with pears. There was also an arugula salad with grapefruit segments and parmesan cheese. I can be brutally honest, none of the courses were seasoned well. The first course was cold, the vegetables were wilted and did not mesh well. Was not expecting pears to be with my roasted vegetables. The second course was underwhelming as well. The food did not have any flavor and the dessert was not my favorite at all. I only ate the fruit out of the dessert. The chef did come out and let us know what each course was, however I felt that she really wasn't too personable with the guests. A few of the guests at the table were her friends so she only engaged with them, and of course they hyped her up, however the food was bland and underwhelming and the majority of the guests including myself did not finish their plates. If there is another community dinner, I hope it will be with a different chef in mind As I stated before my review is of the event, not the business as a whole.

The atmosphere was great and relaxing at the place. I went here for a coffee before heading off to work. I adore the coffee around here. It tastes lovely and delectable.
