Went on a Monday at lunch hour and it was surprisingly lonely in there. It does look like this place is short staffed or not staffed at all. One person took my order, made it and served it. All in a very decent time. So I ordered the chicken sandwich and it comes with taters, as I ordered I saw you can add to the sandwich. Extra for avocado, cheddar cheese or bacon from $1.50 to $3.00. You can sub the taters for sweet potato fries for $1.50 more. I tried but was told they were out of fries.... On a Monday??? I guess... Anyway, the taters were ok they were soft not crispy felt fresh, not much flavor other than the oil and they're served with ketchup, I prefer bbq, but that's me. The sandwich is big enough it's crispy and soft on the inside. The flavor was good it had a hint of greatness but it was too brief, there was a sweetness to it for a moment that went great with the slaw I wish I had more of that and if anything a little spice would have been awesome. Long story coming to an end for a one man operation I think he's doing better than other places fully staffed. Price a bit high when you include tax and tip but it is what it is.
