Our child has an egg allergy so we were first drawn to this place because they have egg free donuts which taste amazing. We have also tried the breakfast sandwiches and the freshly squeezed orange juice, everything tasted great. Really confused with their reviews - this place is the best Donuts in the North Valley. They make their donuts in house and are always incredibly light and tasty. The only downfall is they close at 6pm, so if you need a dessert donut you will have venture elsewhere. read more

I went in here the other day to get a dozen donuts as a surprise for my kiddos. When I walked in,(there were no other customers in the store) the girls in the back were chatting with each other. While I stood there waiting, 2 men walked in. One girl came out, greeted the first man and began to pour him coffee! I stood there a bit perplexed and said something to the effect of "What am I? Invisible?" to which she replied in a rude tone, "well I didn't know who was next". She didn't bother to ASK who was next. The rude man didn't bother to volunteer that he was NOT next. Clearly, they knew each other. The problem here is customer service. Mistakes happen, but when you make one, a simple "I am sorry, I will be right with you" will make things so much better! Instead she treated me like I was the one in the wrong. This store has subsequently lost a customer forever. Earls Donuts on Devonshire makes great donuts...I will just go there. read more

One of the cleanest donut spots in porter ranch. I love clean things and I've become very OCD about clean window cases, tidy coffee stations and tables free of tagging and graffiti. They actually have a nice menu display. It's a chalk board display and looks very professional and easy to read. Props to this place for having a passion and not just throwing it away to the wind like other donut spots. Good donuts that I can trust feeding to my kids on those rare occasions. read more

Owner is nice but they have to get nicer employees. The young woman working on saturday mornings is a real bitch no smile talks with no class and so rude. She told me that a croissant with turkey and cheese was $3 then I said remove the turkey and just put lettuce when finished she charged $4 . She also didn't heat up my food well. Tasted terrible waste of money. Didn't even tell me charging more when it's just fuckin lettuce no meat. I told her I am never going back there again. Please hire some nicer smarter people read more

Got a strawberry smoothie there and all I can say is it was disgusting. It's powder and ice and I regret the $5 I bought it with. Literally had to toss it within two sips. While waiting for my father to pick up his dry cleaners next door, I decided to go in and pick up couple cups of coffee and some donut. As i was pouring my cream in the coffee, I accidentally spilt one of the coffee cups and created a mess. I must have apologized a million times and offered to clean it up myself, but the staff was extremely rude and harsh. They began saying stuff in their own gibberish language, making it obvious that they were cussing me out. I didn't say anything, but felt so embarrassed in front of the other customers. Then, what was even more rude was that the guy working there called me over, gave me another cup of coffee and yelled "$2 Daaallors" lol I mean I'm sorry for the accident and I truly feel bad, but who charges for an accidentally spilt over coffee?! I don't know too many places in America that do- maybe in .........! In any case, I would not go back! Strange ambiance! read more

I would avoid this place if you are looking to get donuts. I've been to this place 3 times and each time i have arrived (morning times) they dont have any donuts or they only have 2 or 3 different kinds ONLY, im not kidding. They never have donuts or they only have a few (2 or 3 kinds). Another time i went they had fully ran out of donuts....they were turning people away because they didnt have any donuts to sell.....they said in 30-45mins......so we drove back about 45mins later still no donuts....waited another 10mins they finally had some ready but again were only able to make about 3 or 4 different kinds. Ive never been to a donut shop thats been this bad.....im never coming here again. Its not like they are the best donut shop in town that they run out, i think they do it on purpose so they dont make to many of them and worry about not selling them, that's what i truly believe in. I always eat someplace 2-3 times at least before writing a review. So you know this place is legit. They have amazing donuts, ham & egg sandwhiches & the best Boba ice tea in the entire valley. They have honeydew, strawberry, watermelon, coconut, pineapple flavored bobas. I've tried all flavors & their all amazing. You get a huge ham, lettuce, tomato, cheese sandwhich with a boba for $8.50, that's better than the junk they sell at Jack in the box across it. I love this place & will stop here anytime for their grub & bobas!! read more
