We both got the ube latte and loved it. We appreciated that they were able to customize drinks and asked questions to ensure the drinks were to our liking. I assumed that they didn't know and asked another staff member only to get the exact same reaction and still not receive a clear answer. You can look them up online though. They market their bowls as a "meal replacement" and "all-natural" but these bowls have more of a sorbet consistency as opposed to the fresh made-to-order smoothie bowls you can usually expect. They also taste a bit sweeter than other bowls I've had before. This doesn't automatically mean that they don't have health benefits or nutrients, but it makes me curious as to how their bases are prepared. This is a minor thing for me, I do go to this chain very regularly so take it with a grain of salt!

This is the first place (in 11 years of being a boba tea fan), that said 50% sweetness is full sweetness so I was confused. 50% (full sweetness) was way too sweet for me. Aside from that, the prices were higher than other places for the same product but I will say the boba pearls here are cooked the best and tasted better than anywhere else, hence the 4 star review. I hope they do well overall and I appreciate their helpfulness despite my own confusion of the structure.
