There is only street parking, but we did not have any issues finding a spot. The interior is very basic, with ample seating. When we went on a Sunday around 10am it was very busy, but we were able to find a table for three with no problem. I ordered the seasonal cold press flight which includes four flavors. AH is a complete hidden gem in quaint downtown Osseo, with excellent street parking options and that true "local coffee shop feel". Tons of coffee and food options with excellent seating. Adorable little coffee shop found by accident. While waiting for a vehicle repair at C&J automotive next door I took a stroll with my husband and went into one of the only storefronts that was open. I have had so many people recommend this coffee shop and I am so happy I finally had the chance to come here! The shop was packed, but we managed to find a spot to sit and enjoy a Christmas coffee flight. They have new coffee flights each month, which is so fun and I would love to come back and try more because the one I had was delicious! I tried this for the first time and it's worth the drive for me. I was initially drawn to the coffee flights, but they also have an extensive menu with regular coffee, specialty coffees, lemonades, and so much more. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't feel like the staff was very welcoming and inviting like other local coffee shops. Annabelle House is a cute local small-town coffee shop in Osseo, MN. In a world full of coffee shops, Annabelle House really stands out because of their coffee flights. It's such an amazing idea that I wish more places would adopt. The flights change monthly and typically consist of a mix of hot drinks and cold drinks, usually with at least one "refresher" style drink that isn't coffee-based. I love the fun themes the staff come up with and I have yet to be disappointed in any flight I've had. Even when it's something I usually don't go for, like pumpkin spice or lavender, I have been surprised to find myself enjoying the flavor profile! The one downside to Annabelle House is that it's almost a little too small for its popularity. If you go at a busy time, expect a 20-minute wait and good luck finding a place to sit. The staff works as efficiently as they can though and everyone has always been super kind. I got lucky, and by the time I ordered, a small table in front had opened up. The flight had a summery theme with 2 cold options and 2 warm. The 2 warm were Campfire, a s'mores coffee, and Apple Pie. The cold options were Summer Nights which was a coffee/lemonade mix (not a great combo) and Fireworks which was delightfully fruity. I also ordered a Squirrel sandwich. No squirrels involved. Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, with chipotle mayo--so tasty. I would get it again, but want to try the pesto sandwich next time. I went with a few friends to check it out and it's essentially Main Street Osseo so plenty of street parking and some lots close by. Inside is about what you'd expect, ample two seaters, one or two larger seats, and a bar facing the store front. There's also several small tables out front (we sat out front). We each did flights and a sandwich and were all thrilled with the results! I had the Nate on Focaccia bread, which is a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It normally comes with waffle as the bread but they were out so I went with the Focaccia which was perfect. Nice flavor and crispness it added. Coffee wise I did the Fall Flight (Warm Apple, Pumpkin Pie, Sweater Weather, Brown Butter). Indeed Fall in each glass. Loved it. Personal favorite was the Warm Apple. Amazing! Overall experience rocked! I can easily imagine this place being a zoo at peak time as they were moderately busy and took a few to get everything, but fantastic experience and we're all talking about coming back asap! read more

They have a small amount of seating outside on the sidewalk; this location has free parking as it's in downtown Osseo. * Came back at 10 am on a Tuesday and it was very quiet/mellow. The food was subpar; limited sandwich options and basic grilled cheeses. However, I didn't come here for the food so take that with a grain of salt. * Went back and tried the bakery items and they were pretty good. Coffee was DELICIOUS. I'll be coming back for this coconut dreammmmmmm when I need a pick-me up. I paid $15 for all items. (order the Snodas) Wi-Fi is free but very slow. To be honest, it's not worth the wait, crowd, lack of seating, and overall hype. The flights are fun, but the syrup settles to the bottom of the glasses so some at table mixing is needed. After a couple different times getting flights, it is unlikely someone is going to like all four. They are also very sugary so it's difficult for me to drink all four. I also had an iced mocha. It was okay. It didn't really taste like chocolate at all, but upon drinking, I realized it had all settled to the bottom. I would recommend getting hot beverages only so that the "real" syrups can melt and mix better. There was nowhere to sit down which was super disappointing considering I wanted to try their best of 2023 flight of coffee and my friend ordered food. I felt like they should have started to ask people that had been there for a while to give someone else their table especially when its impossible to hold a paddle with 4 drinks and drink them at the same time. The flight also had maybe 2 oz of coffee in each cup because of the ice and or whip cream taking up half the 5 oz cup. Not impressed.
