Service was very bad today. The food is good. Our young kids wanted pasta with butter. We had two orders and then ordered another one. When we got the bill, waiter said extra pasta was for my wife and charged double for the pasta. I asked if the pizza could have half the side pepperoni and he no. We should have walked out. I did not care for the food here at all but the service is so nice and it's in a good location. We just got two margarita pizzas and the bottom was soggy yet the pizza was dry? Not enough sauce and I can't believe I'm saying this but way too much cheese with so little sauce and a soggy bottom! But it is convenient and the service is nice! Good outside seating. read more

The chicken cutlet was so delicious it was cooked perfectly and was crispy, I know I'm going to be thinking about this when I get hungry again. My pizza was also so good. It was not the spot I initially intended to go but the other spot was closed and I came by around 11:30 at night on a Wednesday and was happy to see the kitchen was still open. I ordered a margarita pizza (which is basically a plain cheese pie for the Americans and not the margarita we are used to). It came out quickly, and was very hot. There was a lot of cheese and the nice crust. I will say the sauce was a little too much on the sweet side for my personal taste but not bad. Stopped here for a quick lunch as we were tired with an entire day of walking and shopping at the La Valle village. Since this was close to our hotel, we just walked in and were assuming it to be a very passable fast food type of place. Surprisingly, the pasta chicken with penne white sauce, and L'Orientale Pizza was surprisingly good. Café Di aroma was okay. The service was very nice but the food was pretty standard. I enjoyed the salmon tagliatelle simply because the salmon was so delicious. The salmon literally melted in my mouth. Other than that, the sauce was extra cheesy, the french fries were pretty standard, and the marinara pasta had little flavor. The pizza isn't bad but it's not great either but when on the Champs Élysée the shopping tends to be better than the quality of food. When I arrived, I was seated within a matter of minutes but the waiter didn't seem too eager to assist. I was pleasant, spoke French but he must've been having a bad day because he really didn't care one way or another. He also didn't check on me which was strange because he helped others...??? I finally finished my diner, went to him to pay because he was too busy to check on me. He still had nor parting words or a thank you. Needless to say that I was unimpressed with Cafe di Roma and recommended only if you fit a certain profile. I don't like saying that yet I noticed a pattern. read more

A decently adequate Italian meal in Paris. We had a craving for pasta, and this establishment is right on the Champs Elysee only a short walk from the hotel. It was around 6pm, and there was no wait. It's fairly small inside, and the tables were a bit cramped with minimal elbow room. The staff who welcomed and seated us was quite friendly with good English. Our server was a bit more gruff but seemed to speak decent English as well. We had some fried mozzarella to start which was decently adequate. We then tried a pasta and a ham pizza both of which were again perfectly decent. The pizza was better with a pleasant crunchy bubbly crust. When in Paris one must try wine which was also perfectly decent considering we are not exactly quite wine experts. It was ask basically the same price as a soft drink, so why not? Overall this was a perfectly adequate Italian meal and reasonably priced considering its prime real estate. read more

The pizza was excellent! Not sure why this doesn't have higher ratings. Stopped with a couple hungry teenagers and it was fantastic. Couldn't get full photo before plating sorry. I am a pizza snob. Crust is nice and flavorful and has that nice chewy finish!! read more

Food Was "OK" and the price was reasonable. This is certainly a tourist spot as evidenced that the waiter brought a carafe of tap water to the table. Descent pizza and a great view. We took a quick break from the hop on bus tour to hang out on Champs-Élysées. We ordered pizza and wine and chatted about the days adventures. We were greeted well and seated quickly... Decided on the top floor but it got very hot and stuffy as more costumers filled the tables. Service was quick and friendly, however, we never received our water nor a bread basket. We ordered pizza and the salmon fettuccine, which was excellent. The champagne was about 60cents less than other places, so I guess that was cool. Don't think we'd return, but if it's nearby your place and you're hungry, give it shot. read more

We made it a point to go to a restaurant in Paris that wasn't an American chain since we had McDonald's for dinner the night before. Sometimes you get hungry and a lot of restaurants aren't open yet for dinner. We came at a good time since there was no wait. The seating area is fairly cramped. Our server was on the quiet side and I felt a bit uncomfortable especially when he silently stared at me expecting me to order. I enjoyed the bolognese pasta and pizze regina but it wasn't anything too spectacular. I tried the bordeaux wine but later it had a cigarette/tobacco after taste that I didn't care for. Ironically, we went to McDonald's again afterwards for diet sodas and dessert/ice cream sundaes. Given it's location (tourist trap), and it's pricing, I could easily say this was a great experience. We got a very nice table by the window, on the second floor, despite the place being pretty busy, and the food was alright, with good, quick service. Of course there are plenty of places to choose from, even in the same area, but I certainly feel like I've gotten great value for money, and I may definitely repeat, if I'm having dinner in the same area. read more

We happened to be on the Champs with friends who were in "hangry" mode so this was the closest place to stop. Will do the job if you are also with hangry friends, but if you're willing to walk for 5 minutes away from the Champs you will save at minimum 10%. Walk 15 minutes and you'll save 25%, and probably have a better food experience than average pizza. read more

I've never had pizza this good...omg. I'm pretty sure the crust was handmade and tossed up into the air about fitty nine feet. The sauce had to made from San Marzano tomatoes bc ut was seriously perfect. Coupled with fresh mozzarella, everything was so juicy and the flavors were well rounded with just right amount of acidity to give it that punch once you've exhausted every taste bud in your mouth. read more

Food was decent pizza and cost was expected for the area, but the service wasn't too great. They gave the bottle of water, but no glasses for us to pour the water. We rarely saw our server. We had to ask a different server for the glass cups, and she was able to help us. We needed to pay, but since we didn't see our original server for nearly 30 minutes, we got up to look for him. Another late one. Ate here on August 31, 2014 and the food was Delish! Service was subpar and typical of Paris but none the less it was a great café experience in Paris very touristy but we knew what we were doing so that's on us. If you don't want to be around all of the tourists stay away from this place as it is riddle with tourists lol. Overall we ordered the salmon fettuccine and a creamy type of lasagna and we were satisfied however....... What takes the cake with this whole thing was their fresh pressed orange juice....OMG, to die for. We can't seem to find that taste anywhere in The states short of purchasing an expensive juicer. Went here New Years day. Still pretty busy. Downstairs was full but upstairs was empty. Seated 11 of us upstairs. We ordered pizzas and were served in less than 10 minutes. In and out just like that. After walking around the Louvre we were hungry and tired and Cafe di Roma seemed perfect for our large family. They quickly got tables together so we could all sit and service was friendly but while all the tables around us got bread, we didn't. My children ordered the Margherita pizza, pasta with shrimp, and tortellini. The food was average but my kids liked it and it was quick. I am baffled by the definition of Margherita in France; it's a regular cheese pizza--no fresh basil, fresh tomatoes or fresh mozzarella (we ordered it for my youngest at several places and it was always the same). My husband ordered the burrata pizza--it tasted good but the crust was soggy. I ordered the lasagna. They took forever to bring it out, everybody was well done with their food when it finally arrived and it was just average. read more

Had a wonderful lunch here today. The penne with chicken and mushrooms in a cream sauce was delicious. Combined with a nice green salad, this was a very shareable lunch for 2. Our server, Katherine, was attentive, friendly and very helpful. She brought us some extra bread to take with us, as well as running to bring me the sunglasses I had left on the table. Prices were reasonable, and although we didn't have it this time, pizza has always been quite good here. We WILL GO BACK! read more

I should've wrote a review about this place years ago, I had lunch here multiple times and every time I was amazed and had great time. Sitting in outside patio was a great choice to watch the sites while enjoying a great meal on Champs-Elysee! The service here is great. The pizza crust is delightfully thin. The Margherita pizza was sooooo delicious. Will need to come back for more when we return to Paris. read more

The pizza here won't knock your socks off but I think it's definitely the best for the area. It's quick and convenient for the area as well. I had the La Parma pizza here and from another place and definitely here was the best. The service could definitely be slow sometimes and once on the 2nd floor we were seated and forgotten and had to go back downstairs to find a waiter that would serve and not forget we were there. That was irritating honestly. How do you seat someone and forget. I looked around and quickly saw my table wasn't the only one and two other tables did exactly like I did and left the 2nd floor to find service. The food however does come out quickly and tastes fresh. I'm huge on service and the service and my experience definitely hurts this place. Location. EXCELLENT! Food. Fantastic! We stopped here on our way to do some shopping on champs elysees. It's right on champs elysees as you leave Nouvelle France Garden. So a quick stop here after walking all morning is a perfect idea! Enjoy and have some yummy pizza! read more
