Honestly felt like I was back in New York. Everything was fresh, balanced, and just done right. I also grabbed an iced cold brew and it was exactly what I needed to start the morning. No ambiance, It's definitely more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, but they do have a standing bar if you want to stay and eat without heading back to your car. Nice option if you've got a few minutes. The staff were hustling the whole time, keeping up with both in-person and online orders, which was impressive to watch. Parking is pretty manageable with paid street parking and nearby public lots. Pay your staff more or hire more so that everyone's job can be done properly and mistakes like egg shells won't happen.
