We then waited a long time to be served, not by her, but after requesting assistance from another gentleman nearby, who also did not seem inclined to provide proper service. I find it hard to believe he did not recognize us as the regular customers we are. I am seriously questioning whether I should continue coming to your restaurant. After this experience, or rather, because we have never been treated as regular customers, it is impossible that the staff, who are always the same, do not recognize us visually. We continue to come and have recommended your restaurant to friends because the food is excellent and reasonably priced.
