    Almond Croissant

What a cute little cafe tucked away in Suwannee Town Center! I came here with a friend and lucked out on finding a table since there is limited seating. I went with the Thai tea and almond croissant, and my friend got the latte and pumpkin cheesecake. Overall, I really enjoyed the almond croissant which was crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside with plenty of almonds and an almond paste on the inside. The Thai tea blue ocean was also super pretty and quite good. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet but wished I could taste the Thai tea a bit more. I tried a bite of the pumpkin cheesecake which was tasty but dense. There's plenty of parking at the town center and love that there is a cafe to stop by and grab a drink!

Cute coffee shop with a friendly staff located in Suwannee Town Center. I tried the chocolate hazelnut latte and it was yummy! There is a $0.45 charge for iced drinks. I'm looking forward to trying the Thai Tea Ocean Blue next time.

We came in because it's one of the only cafes open on Sundays in this area and it has better reviews... Unfortunately, this was one of the worst meals we've had in all the places we've eaten in Georgia. The baristas were lacking in cleanliness, customer service, and skills. There was no sense of urgency, they didn't have friendly demeanors and really seemed like they hated working there. The bathroom was very dirty, there was no toilet paper, and besides the front counter, the rest of the cafe was extremely dirty as well. None of the tables were clean, and the grime and crumbs were layered on thick. The lights and fixtures were coated in dust and from what we could see, the back kitchen was cluttered and disorganized. We worried about the state of our food, as it seemed the tools and workers did not practice general safety habits. The drinks were nothing special- the Georgia latte tasted like leftover cereal milk and the matcha latte had no flavor. We waited a while inside to be able to grab our food as it came out, but decided to wait outside as it wasn't ready. We asked for the tables to be wiped down, and the staff argued with us, saying they didn't need to be wiped down because it was "going to rain." And then we noticed our food was sitting out on the counter, and they were just hovering over the plates. We tried to grab our food so we could eat and they were adamant that we not grab them on the basis "the plates were heavy" and they "just wanted to bring them out to us." Okay, that's fine if they actually brought out our food as it was ready. And then we actually ate and it was the most underwhelming, bland, dry, barely edible food. Comparable to cafeteria food, or like a sandwich you made after digging through a pantry and finding week old bagels and a forgotten croissant. It starts from the top, the managers/owners need to do better in training their employees and then following through with standards.

Food is delicious. The portion is very generous considering the price, and the drinks are equally delicious. Parking is a little bit limited due to it being street parking, and the facility is a little bit cramped. There is only a few tables inside that can accommodate parties larger than 4, but this location does offer out door seats. Overall, Cafe Amico in Suwanee is a beautiful place to visit and have brunch at. Will visit again!

What a cute little brunch place in Suwanee Town Center! There aren't a lot of seating so be aware especially if you're coming with a large group or a popular brunch time (e.g. 10am on a Saturday). All of the employees were very friendly and quick with the drinks. We ordered the avocado toast and bruschetta toast. Both different from what we had expected, but the plating was so pretty! Taste was very good too! I loved it since you don't get the heavy feeling you normally get from brunch. I'm glad I discovered this place near our house. Seems like a great place to grab coffee and food while visiting the town center.

Very fair prices, nice people, and great morning vibes. I got the dirty masala chai iced, it was great!

Perfect little cafe coffee shop!!! Their food is delicious and the coffee I had was so good too!! They have breakfast sandwiches and lunch but I get the amici special which is your choice of meat, 2 runny eggs on a toasted croissant and a side salad w balsamic glaze for around $8. I paid it w an iced mocha latte and I'm set !!! Service is friendly and fast !! It's located in a shopping center of a downtown park area in suwanee so parking can be hard but ive never had any issues or have gotten lucky each time. It's not for big groups of people but there is seating at 3 tables for around 5-6. Other than that it's 2 top tables and some outside seating.

I wish they had more menu options. I had a lemon berry drink and it was yummy. I also had a chicken pesto sandwich, which was good. Definitely plan to come back.

After a long week I really wanted a drink. I ordered a coffee and it came out in a black mug with visible dust/lint all around the rim. I pointed it out to the waitress and she took it back, then came back and said "oh the dust is from the rags we use to dry them" like that was supposed to make it better. I sent it back completely. I ordered the Fruity Pebble French Toast and my friend ordered the steak and eggs. My food came out a full 15 minutes before hers. It was a Tuesday around 1pm and not even busy, so it was super awkward to just pick at my food while she waited. When her food finally came, it wasn't right either. She ordered her steak well done and it definitely was not well done. Our waitress mentioned it was her third day, and you could tell. Overall slow service, cleanliness issue, and food timing was way off. Wouldn't recommend.

Originally…read morewanted to go somewhere else in Johns Creek across from St. Ives, but ended up at Jam and Toast instead. Easily one of the most disappointing brunch experiences I've had in Georgia. They both had a 96-100 minutes wait time at 8am while this place was 15. The place was packed, but packed doesn't equal good. The table to my left had 6 people and barely anyone finished more than 30% of their food. The table to my right, another group of 4, also left most of their plates untouched and didn't even bother asking for to-go boxes. That honestly should've been my warning sign. Both were Korean customers which I suspect is also the owners and hostess. The 6 people left $5 cash tip. I ordered the "English Breakfast," which didn't feel authentic at all. The jam tasted off, and the pancake was bland and forgettable. My mom ordered the salmon eggs Benedict, and she almost never leaves food unfinished, but she couldn't even finish the two Benedicts. She's a pretty frugal person. The coffee was another disappointment -- almost $9 for two drip coffees that tasted like gas station coffee. Service was also painfully slow from start to finish. I can name several brunch spots in Georgia that are miles better: Hen Mother Cookhouse, Egg Harbor Cafe both in JC, Buttermilk Kitchen, The Select in Atlanta , and Mama's Boy in Athens ga . All of them have better food, better consistency, and are actually worth waiting for or even driving there. I believe the all star breakfast at Waffle House tasted better.

Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. I was served scrambled eggs, and just as I was about to eat a piece, I noticed several short hairs embedded in the eggs. I was extremely disgusted and almost vomited. I immediately called my server, who went to speak with the manager. The manager came over, apologized, and told me that they would remove my meal from the bill. While I appreciate the apology and the gesture, I was much more concerned about how something like this could happen in the kitchen in the first place. I asked the manager to speak with the kitchen staff because this is a serious food-safety and hygiene issue. What made this even more disappointing is that I have trusted this restaurant for years. I used to feel comfortable bringing my family here, and there was a person who always made sure everything was served properly and that customers were taken care of. It also seems that there has been a change in management, as I no longer see the same manager I used to. After today's experience, I no longer feel comfortable eating food prepared in this kitchen. Finding multiple hairs embedded in my food is unacceptable and extremely disturbing. I don't plan to return for at least a year, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this restaurant to others. I sincerely hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses the hygiene and food-handling practices in the kitchen. This was a very disappointing and disgusting experience after five years of being a loyal customer.
