After finishing an intensive surgical case, it's so nice to have a place that is opened early and late. My go-to is the coffee in the big carafe. I am able to control the action on how I want to enrich my coffee. This place can get busy because of patrons wanting fancy blended drinks topped w/whipped cream. Those drinks are so delish. There is donuts, snacks and sandwiches. CC accepted.

Been working overtime quite a bit at Queens hospital, sometimes even late at night doing double shift. Finding out this place opens until 1AM makes me happy that I can still buy coffee and other items to keep me up lol. Their menu is small, but it does the job. Like any other food places at hospitals, it's gonna be a bit more expensive. The only negative thing is that there's only 1 worker and sometimes the line can get ridiculously long especially if people are ordering fresh food. I always get either the iced Chai or the vanilla latte. The staff are friendly and there's a lot of areas to sit at. If you park in the parking structure, be sure to get your card stamped by Queens Security at the ER located just above the lobby area.

Friday February 3, 2023 at 2:30pm. I went with a coworker that wanted to get a Strawberry Smoothie from the Cafe Aloha that's located left of the front entrance inside the lobby of the Queen's Hospital. I never ordered a smoothie from here before. But, in the past I used to buy premade wrapped sandwiches and drinks when my sister was here in the hospital for a while. Or I would go to the Harkness dining room to get food for the family as my sister had food for her already as a patient. A good place to grab something and go. A lot of workers and visitors frequent this cafe while it is open. I work for Diagnostic Laboratory Services which is a subsidy of Queen's. So, I am here a lot during work time and I buy from the Harkness Cafeteria and Dining Room more than the Cafe Aloha as it is in the front entrance lobby area of the hospital. I just need more time and to walk more to get here. Exercise not Extra Fries!

This little cafe is perfect when you want to grab a quick drink or bite to eat. It is conveniently located right inside the main hospital entrance. They offer a variety of coffee beverages, smoothies and many other beverage choices. They also offer limited food choices. On this particular visit, I had a 3 hour wait for my bone scan so I came back here to eat lunch before my test. I spent about $18 on a large hot mocha coffee, regular mango smoothie, egg/rice/sausage breakfast, banana and a danish. I don't normally consume so much at one meal but I am marathon training and need extra calories. Café Aloha is fast and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick treat if you are in the hospital.

Had a chicken salad sandwich and a salad and both were great. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. Selection is limited but food was great.

Hot grilled cheese sandwich, perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside as a weekend breakfast offering. Yum!

Known for its smooth, light, and mildly acidic flavor profile with notes of chocolate and nuts, it is highly prized and regulated by the state to combat food fraud. True Kona coffee is only grown on the slopes of Hualālai and Mauna Loa volcanoes. We had been told to check out Kona Coffee Purveyors at International Marketplace by a good handful of Honolulu friends and I'm glad I heeded their advice. The best coffee on our trip was had here and I wish I had more time to grab another cuppa! I ordered a black sesame latte for myself, shared an affogato, and tried a Konawaena pour over (Kiwae honey, roasted macadamia, and milk chocolate) pourover. The latte was sip after sip of balanced coffee with a hint of black sesame. The pour over is where you truly get the caffeine. As for the affogato, easily the best affogato had on the trip (and I had plenty~). I highly recommend Kona Coffee Purveyors if you're in the Waikiki area. The ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly!

I ordered cortado with their signature pastries. Cortado came with carbonated water and I have to say it paired pretty good. Ambiance was modern and clean. Expect long lines here lol We did a huge order for coffee and breakfast menu items. The wait to order may be long, but luckily it didn't take too long for them to prepare the drinks and sandwiches. The drinks were faster but the sandwiches did take some time. I mainly had the Kai Latte, which was the macadamia nut latte. I would say it's pretty sweet, but the macadamia nut flavor wasn't really that prominent. It was just sweet. I wish the coffee was also stronger, but it was pretty light. The sandwiches here were pretty good too. I tried the veggie breakfast sandwich which only had some greens and eggs. I tried a bite of the protein breakfast sandwich and I think I probably like that one better haha. Although, the veggie one was definitely a lot more lighter and easy to consume. The protein one probably would have been a lot more heavier for me, but a lot more flavorful. Otherwise, food and coffee are pretty solid. There are a few tables outside the coffee shop, very limited. Love the atmosphere around here!
