I didn't even know about blonde shots until they introduced to. Today 10/25/22 I was invited to participate in a coffee tasting with my coworkers and it was beyond the coffee experience! Starbucks has detailed was to sample coffee.... Like it was wine! We are all amazed to experience coffee at this level. It was a great environment to be in and took us away from a small quaint town to a coffee house in wonderland. Great great great customer service. I can not express it enough how welcoming everyone is and suggestions make you feel like a valued customer. Stop by and get you jolt of caffeine here!

It feels like our home away from home as we go back and forth from Northern California and to visit our family in Orange County. We always LOVED seeing the store and its unique gifts that filled the entire place. For some time, there looks to be maybe a quarter of what they used to have. So sad... I used to come and find a lot of my Christmas gifts for people during the holidays. This past Christmas, I went in and the place looked desolate. I was confused and wondered if I missed it all? I don't know if Harris Ranch is not doing well, but it really looks like they're struggling if you look at the empty feel of the store. We just left the shop now on our way back down to Southern California and once again shocked and highly disappointment. It was bad.. I really hope that whatever happening there gets better so that the store can return to the gorgeous shop that it once was.

Also, I hopped out of the car to run inside to use the restroom and there was hardly anyone inside either. Well, we were wrong. Same story. Went through the drive-thru and were told to wait at spot number 1 for our order. After 10 minutes, and after 2 other cars parked next to us got their orders and left, we figured we should go ask for an update on our order. They claimed they had already given us our order already, which was curious since we didn't have it. They gave our order to another car parked in a different numbered spot. They didn't apologize at any point for the mistake. We asked for a refund and left. It's really unfortunate because McDonald's breakfast might be the only fast food indulgence I'll allow myself while on a roadtrip.Their fresh hot hashbrown are my favorite but after experiences like this, it's highly unlikely I'll return.
