I stopped by here to order wings a day before the Super Bowl. They assured me the 50 wings would be ready by 2:30 just before game time. I haven't been here in a few years but they now have a brand new menu and it looks a lot nicer. They have different deals on chicken and sides. This restaurant has been in Hayward for many years so it's good to see they're still serving the community.

Food was great, and still is. Came at the right time so got my order in like 5mins! I wish they have some sauce collection though like spicy, soy or something

Spaghetti was so yummy!

The food here is really good and flavorful. I was not disappointed. If you are ever in Hayward and want a quick delicious lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend this place.

The service was great very friendly and helpful as soon as I entered .. the place is clean but small .. need a bit of an upgrade as far as the table and chairs but more of a Togo place and this is Basotho waiting area.. the food is good and juicy but the chicken wings are a bit small .. the fries needed some seasoning and they only have salt and no pepper but hey hopefully they understand fries need seasoning as soon as you take them out .. but I would go back and recommend

Generous portions of delicious chicken, the best ever

Old school famous been around forever is well with getting the best authentic chicken made with superb seasoning , homemade dressing and bread. Far superior than any chicken places out there. I got a door dash delivery and everything was fresh and hot. Bon appétit

3 Pieces Movie Box (chicken, bread, fries)

It's a quiet and small business right across from Kennedy park. Today was my first time ordering from here and the staff behind the counter were friendly. Seems like it's mostly a takeout business since there aren't many chairs and tables. Anyways, service was fast as I got my food a few minutes after ordering. The chicken was really delicious, and it's not super salty compared to other places like KFC which is good. The fries and bread were okay though, but that's alright because I came for the chicken.

"Caesar's Chicken" is a fried chicken restaurant at Hesperian Blvd & Bartlett Ave in Hayward, very close to San Lorenzo. It's located directly across the street from Kennedy Park. Yes, there's a Popeyes and a KFC just down the street. But Caesar's Chicken serves something different.....fried chicken and spaghetti. The last time I was at Caesar's Chicken, it was a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the 4-pc meal with spaghetti, coleslaw, and french bread. Total was around $15.40. Later I added a piece of carrot cake. While I was waiting for my order, I asked about how the food is prepared. The young man helping me said the chicken is fried "on order" if it's slow. When I got my food, the chicken was fresh, hot and crispy. But the chicken lacked flavor and seasoning. Seemed like it could use some salt. The spaghetti was good, and the french bread was fresh. The coleslaw was so-so. Would I return? Yes! Caesar's Chicken is an alternative to Popeye's and KFC. I like the idea of having fried chicken and spaghetti or ravioli. Hot and crispy fried chicken that's under-seasoned is better than salty or hot spicy chicken. It depends on how you like it. I think they read all the reviews complaining about salty chicken, so now the chicken has not enough salt. I suggest you grab some salt and pepper packets before you leave. Open for takeout or delivery. Limited indoor dining area, no tables. No drive-thru. Free private parking lot.

THIS CHEESECAKE IS PERFECT BEST CHEESECAKE EVER ARGUE WITH A WALL

Best fried chicken in the Bay Area. Been here for decades and still standing. Food spots come and go but this chicken tastes the same and the smell of it from the bag reminds me of the 90s which is sentimental to me personally. I grew up eating this chicken, and I wanna personally thank the new ownership for keeping the original menu and taste of everything, even the spaghetti Best spaghetti I've ever had a lot of memories here, some of them wild and crazy, most of them are good though. Right across the street is Kennedy park, this area alone is in my heart rent free Best chicken ever. 5 stars. Argue with a wall.

Great chicken, my family has been eating her for 30+ years. Their online menu is a lie! Expect to pay double the amount you see on Google menus!

I don't know who would care. The boys at the register don't give a hoot about orders OR making sure you get what you pay for. They must be family.

This tiny spot does one thing -- and they do it incredibly well. Their menu is simple: crispy, juicy fried chicken paired with rice and a side of tangy, refreshing coleslaw. But don't let the simplicity fool you; each bite is packed with flavor! The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside while staying tender and juicy on the inside. You can tell they've mastered the art of frying. And with the price being so reasonable, you'll definitely feel like you're getting more than your money's worth. The rice and slaw balance out the heat and richness of the chicken beautifully, making for a well-rounded meal that leaves you craving more. My fave flavors are spicy Medium and sweet and sour! This hole-in-the-wall spot might not have all the bells and whistles, but it has heart, great food, and a welcoming vibe. If you're in the Castro valley area, I highly recommend!

Since we got it to go, I can't speak to the location nor its vibe. The order: Soy Garlic chicken wings -These wings are currently the Standard Bar which other Soy Garlic Korean Fried Chicken Wings are compared to. It has a well seasoned batter that is not too thick, has crunch and flavor even with the soy garlic sauce. The soy garlic sauce is Garlic forward with a nice amount of sweetness. Medium Spicy Chicken Wings -The batter was well seasoned, and the spice takes a second or two to kick in. The spice level of medium is probably as hot as I would enjoy (normal enjoyable max spice level is hot Cheetos). To me, it is soy garlic with a kick up underlying spice. Sweet Potato Fries -A nice toasted sweetness on the outside and a very soft sweet potato inside. Goes great with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Onion Rings -The batter on these were surprisingly tasty with a nice crunch to them. They weren't soggy and they had a delicious like taste to them (maybe corn batter). If you like onion rings, then these are worth a taste. Rice -Their rice was as perfect as rice can be. I always enjoy eating some rice with my chicken. The rice also came in handy to cool things down when eating the spicier wings.

I ordered a spicy chicken sando with Mac and Cheese and the side and the sando was EXCELLENT. Chicken Sando 10/10: Bread was soft and sweet, chicken was cooked perfectly all throughout which made it super soft and easy to eat. Wasn't messy at all. Definitely would order again Mac & Cheese 2/10: The seasoning on the Mac wasn't really good or there, it tasted almost watered down if I could put it into words? but the noodles were pretty good nevertheless. Wouldn't order it again unless it was cheesier and less bland? I'm sure it was just a one time thing though maybe with this batch. Sheesh, scary stuff and that was it for da ohana. My work team, on the other hand, still likes to go. Love the fries, that spice they use is kickin' and the sando is mouth watering. My big complaint is consistency. Order the medium every time and getting the right heat experience is almost like going fishing. Sometimes it's mild and chill, other times it's a scorcher, and once in a while, you smile and feel they got it right. For me that is key, I need to know what I am getting and they get it right maybe 30 percent of the time. For baseball, that is a decent ERA, but for food, nah that's not right. And then, every now and then, someone else gets there first and picks up our order. Not real big on the apologies or making sure peeps picking up the right bags. Cool lookin' truck, good food, when they get it right, and when our order is actually there for pick up, but miss the mark a bit too often.

The cheese is rich, smooth, and perfectly melted, coating every piece of pasta without being too heavy or greasy. It's that balance a lot of places miss: creamy without feeling overwhelming. The texture is where it really stands out. The noodles are cooked just right not too soft, not too firm so every bite has that perfect consistency. And if there's a baked top layer, it adds that slight crisp that contrasts the creaminess underneath, making it even better. Flavor-wise, it's deep. You can taste the blend of cheeses instead of just one basic note. It's savory, slightly sharp, and comforting at the same time. It's the kind of dish that doesn't need extras to prove itself it already stands strong on its own. What really makes it memorable though is how it feels like more than just food. It's the type of mac and cheese that reminds you why simple dishes matter when they're done right. It's warm, satisfying, and leaves you thinking about it even after you're done. I…read morelove teriyaki in general and usually order it at Japanese restaurants, so I have a certain flavor and look I expect, especially when it comes to the chicken. I remembered they have a happy hour deal from 2 PM to 5 PM for $9.95, which is a really good value. When I went in, there were a lot of employees working, but it took a while for someone to acknowledge me even though I was the only customer. Some were wiping tables, others were in the kitchen, and a few looked at me, but no one said hello or even that someone would be right with me. That kind of acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I eventually realized they wanted customers to order through the touchscreen kiosks. Even so, it would have been nice if someone had said something instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own. I ordered a spicy teriyaki bowl. There is no note section on the screen, so after placing my order I asked if they could make my chicken extra crispy or charred. Based on Yelp photos, the chicken usually does not have much char, which I prefer for both flavor and appearance. When my food was ready, the woman who handed it to me was the only person who was genuinely nice. The napkins were out and she noticed and immediately offered to grab some for me, which I appreciated. When I got home and opened my bowl, the chicken still was not as charred as I had requested. There were only a few light grill marks. The biggest disappointment was the sauce. Even though they say it is made in house, it was missing something and lacked that umami depth. Honestly, it was one of the worst teriyaki sauces I have had. The rice and steamed vegetables were fine, but the chicken and sauce are the main focus of a teriyaki bowl, and that is where this really fell short. If you put a bowl from Teriyaki City Grill next to one from Teriyaki Madness, just by looks alone, Teriyaki Madness is much more appetizing. Because of the service and the food, I do not think I will be coming here again.
