Drinks only but top shelf service. Very fair pours and attentive staff. Should have come here for dinner. Benihana was very disappointing. read more

I enjoyed the atmosphere. My server was great!! He helped me decide on my dish. I enjoyed the Cajun pasta. The spinach dip was ok. It was missing spinach . Overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5. read more

Cadillac Ranch - Cajun Chicken pasta was really good!! - Bars Near Me - Bloomington, Minnesota

Grabbed some food before my flight. It was not great food. Mass produced, nothing special. Our server had to be reminded a few times about other condiments that we asked for. Truthfully, this is not a place you go to get really well made food. You go here to grab a couple of beers and a burger on your way out or because you're so hungry you can't stand it. read more

I don't know what it is about this place, but it's kind of a must when I'm sick of walking around MOA. There happy hour is one of the longest at the mall and it also has pretty great deals. From 3-7 you can get half off rails (which according to my bill yesterday put a tasty G&T at $2.75!) Deals! On top of that they have their own beers which were pretty tasty at $3, a list of like 6 martini's for $5, and some pretty good food options. Yesterday the boy and I each had a drink and decided to try the Truffle fries (only food item that I wouldn't recommend, but I don't like fries), Edamame, Pretzel sticks, and buffalo chicken flat bread. All super yummy except the fries, which I really should admit aren't bad! And all for $22! We were filled and didn't need to eat dinner. The place always seems really packed but there is usually a spot at the bar, the bartenders are solid, and there is a TV easy to see if the game is on. I'm not sure about all the food here and service and all that jazz, but this is a great happy hour spot if you are looking to relax. read more

When researching my then upcoming visit to MOA, this restaurant got rave reviews for their happy hours, food and ambiance. With that said, we were super excited to try it upon our arrival. Their happy hour is from 3pm - 7pm and they offer half off rails and other drinks and great specials on their food ranging from $3 - $5. We ordered the pretzels, a flatbread, a meal and various drinks and settled in from our long day of travel and mall walking to enjoy the food and the live music. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, giving us the information us out of town folk would need for our weekend. The place did get packed, but he was still very attentive. While there was live music, there are plenty of tvs that were showcasing the college hockey tournaments that were going on. I wish there were one in St. Louis but I do know that if we do go to an area that has one, we will certainly stop by again! read more

Trevor and Sierra are the best bartenders/ waitstaff! So fun and personable! Prices are great but cannot say enough about Trevor and Sierra! They give you such an incredible experience, not to mention that the food is awesome! read more

5 Star hands down. We had the Juicy lucy, Bison burger, Kettle Chips, and the trio of their desserts with coffee. Service was great, and food was even better. read more

CHEESE CURDS! Definitely order some, so yummy. We ordered a juicy Lucy, steak tacos and a chicken kids meal in addition to the curds. All the food was pretty good for a chain. It was a little busy but then again it's in mall of America. I wouldn't venture into the mall just to eat here but if I found myself brave enough to go to the mall again I would definitely visit Cadillac Ranch again. read more

IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY DO NOT GO HERE! I am allergic to gluten and dairy and made that very clear to my waiter. I asked for a plain hamburger on a gluten free bun with a side of steamed green beans, which the waiter assured me would be prepared without butter. What I received, though, was a cheeseburger on a normal bun and green beans covered in butter. I sent the meal back to be fixed to what I had ordered and our server could not have cared less. Upon bringing a now gf/df dish to me for dinner, the waiter asked if this type of error happened to me often. I told him no, as most restaurants care for diner's allergies. He didn't apologize or take my dish off the bill. I will never be coming back and would strongly advise you dine elsewhere. read more

Big swing and a miss. When I first walked in I thought the decor was "interesting". However once I adjusted to the look it comes across as tacky. (FYI I did enjoy bubba gumps decor). Restaurant was 3/4 full. Staff seemed very disorganized. 3 hosts and it took them awhile to figure out what table to seat us at even thought there was no wait and plenty of open tables. Took several minutes for waitress to acknowledge us. And several more before she returned for drink order. Food took a long time given the restaurant wasn't full. Couldn't eat the nachos... the chili they have has a really off putting taste. Sent it back and asked what would be quick for replacement. Was told kitchen really backed up and it would take a while. Decided not to get anything. 2 others had chicken dishes that were ok nothing stands out. Manager never stopped by. Marginal food and service. No need to go back. read more

Overall I enjoyed my meal here. My burger came out exactly the way I ordered, was juicy and delicious. I will come back again to try other things. read more

Kris was our server and he was extremely nice and helpful! I actually don't think the current rating of this place does it justice. My husband and I dined here last night (Tuesday evening) after doing some quick Mall shopping, because I really wanted steak. It was quiet and relaxed, the service was very good and so was the food/drinks. I had the Rib-eye and my husband had the New York Strip steak. My steak was very tender and delicious - the green beans were nicely done and the mashed potatoes were totally mashed. My husband really enjoyed his dinner, too. Only drawback? I think the sauteed mushrooms on the steak were canned mushrooms. Fresh mushrooms would have been SO much better. We had their brownie for dessert and it was amazing! They clearly bake them when you order and it was GIANT. And delicious. read more

Two Stars because we had a gift card and ate for nearly nothing! My wife and I arrived here at about seven. The MOA was packed, and we figured we would get our gift card picked up and leave. The hostess told us that she didn't know about cards, but the wait was only twenty minutes. With a newborn, that's a long time. But we decided to wait it out. We told the hostess its two people and a car carrier. She asked if we needed a high chair. We said no, and sat to wait. Thirty minutes later, we asked why it was taking so long. The hostess said, "We need a place to put your high chair." When for the third time we said we didn't need one, they took us back to our table. Strike one.... They sat us down right at 7:30. Six minutes later, we were still staring at an empty table. We'd decided on all our courses and waited more. Two minutes after that, our server came by to tell us she'd be right over. That was another four minute wait. When she came back, she immediately asked if we were ready. No pleasantries or introduction or anything. I was and occasionally am still a server, and she broke every single rule about connecting with your tables. We ordered, and she ran off. Our soups were delivered by a manager, and then a few minutes later, our drinks finally arrived. Strike two.... The cheese curds were actually REALLY good. Which was the lone bright spot. My wife and I ordered medium rare steaks. Hers was closer to rare, and mine was a very solid medium. My broccoli was perfect, but my six dollar mash potatoes were cold and straight out of a box. Her asparagus was so horrible, she barely touched them. The butter the restaurant places on top of the steaks? Yeah, I held my daughter for about five minutes while my wife ate and sliced up her food. The butter never melted. That's not a good thing. I would have been more than happy with it melted all over my steak and broccoli. Instead, it stayed in a massive, lumpy heart attack inducing mass. Strike three.... Did I mention that we had a gift card? Yeah, the highlight of the experience was realizing that I didn't pay for the food myself. You would think it would be the leaving, but even after we were leaving, this place has struck back. Three hours later, my wife has downed a third quart of water. The salt is still kicking her system a new one.... Yeah, not going back.... read more

Their bartender Paul is a complete jerk. He even talks about all his customers in front of other customers. He pours horrible drinks and his customer service is lacking. This 49 year old male likes to discriminate as well. While at the bar i heard him over sharing his stories about his patrons and how he can't stand people. His timing on getting drinks out was horrible. He probably should lay off the gossip and take care of his customers. For women that have RBF. PAUL has RBF and that doesn't seem so pleasant for a person trying to order their food or drinks from him. I'll be honest the bar and restaurant were super nice but their staff is lacking and i don't feel comfortable when their own staff is out in the open talking about other patrons. What a shame. They need to do some rehire. read more

This place is great! They have lots of Western decorations that create a pretty cool atmosphere. They even have a mechanical bull! I never ended up going on it myself, even though I have always wanted to, but a few people gave it a go while I was there which was neat to see. I sat at the bar which was not too crowded and was served by Trevor. No complaints about the service what so ever. I had the fish tacos which were fantastic. Beer pricing was reasonable for being in the Mall of America. They had music videos playing for every song, I liked that a lot. Overall, I had a great experience here and plan on stopping by for some food and drinks just about every time I visit the mall from now on! read more

This place was just the worst experience all around. I went up to the front counter and put in my name for 2, was told 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and watched a couple of groups go ahead of us that got there after us. I asked what the deal was and they "forgot to put us down." They took us back and sat us down. I ordered a Juicy Lucy and it was honestly comical how horrible this food looked. It looked like high school cafeteria food. They only gave me like 12 fries and the burger was really small. Not to mention it was extremely salty... Not ever coming back. read more

I'm too old to dine here. I'm 42. I felt SO out of place here and I was looking forward to dining at CR. We were there in between lunch and dinner (we typically eat then), and it took forever to even get drinks. Food took even longer and the server never checked on us or refilled us. The manager held a meeting for the staff (presumably the dinner shift?) right in the middle of the restaurant, right next to our table. We were so uncomfortable. I felt strange talking to my dining companion, like we were interrupting the meeting. The food was just ok. Pretty expensive for lunch, frankly. Probably a hoppin place at night if you're under 30. read more

The food was great. Chicken tacos for $5 was plenty. 4 tacos with chicken, chipotle sauce, lettuce, cheese. This was the happy hour menu and the deals were great. The beer was a local brew on tap and a pint was $3. Overall a great place to take a break from the shopping and enjoy food and drink. read more

Cadillac Ranch - Happy hour. $3 Fender Bender Boch pints. Win! - Bars Near Me - Bloomington, Minnesota

Having past server experience I am particular about the job tasks that servers do, like bringing out your food. We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer, good sauce and the batter was good but small curds, server didn't bring the cheese curds out to us though. We also ordered a burger and 1 lb traditional buffalo wings, again our server didn't bring our food to us. The person that did warned us that the burger was hot and we should cut into the burger first to let the cheese that was inside cool off first. So we did, it wasn't hot, it was barely warm. The wings were very good though. Our server came back one once to check on us. I was not impressed with her ability. I normally always leave 20% tip for effort, but I could only bring myself to leave 15% and that was being generous. Bringing your own tables food out is a must do. She wasn't busy, she maybe had 2 other tables. read more

Stopped in to watch the game and have a couple of beers. Crankiest bartenders ever!! Literally. Won't be back with so many other options.

Been here twice now and have been very impressed both times. The Mac and cheese pasta was delicious and plated very well. I tried the sriracha buffalo wings. Lots of kick to them but terrific. The have a bit of a sweeter taste but I highly recommend as an app if you like the heat. The four alarm burger was good but not exactly for me. Looking forward to heading back to continue to try new things on the menu. They have a bit of everything with good service read more

My sister and I were in town for a weekend of retail therapy and dropped by to have an early dinner. Instead of having full dinners, we decided to share the spinach/artichoke dip, cheese curds and Asian Chicken Salad. The spinach artichoke dip was a little runnier than we've had elsewhere, but the flavor was fine. The cheese curds were delicious. We asked for both regular ranch dressing as well as their chipotle ranch that comes with the dish. Both were good. The Asian Chicken salad was the best we've had!!! Seriously! We nearly moaned as we ate it. The server asked if we wanted the chicken cold or hot. Standard comes cold and we asked for it cold. It was delicious and would not have wanted it hot. Server was friendly and provided great recommendations. read more

Liked the service at the bar. My 2 apple spinach salad was very yummy))) Cosmo tasted great

My first experience here was very good, no complaints! Server was great-overall great experience! The second time however we had a server who was not so respectful. He saw we were sat and he kept looking over at me, then after about 5 minutes he finally decided to come over and take our drink order. Got our drinks, then we ordered the 2 appetizer chicken tenders (which should be considered a meal itself!) and that's when our server seemed annoyed with us. He kept trying to add on things to make our tab run higher and to me that's just rude (excluding dessert offering) I'm a server myself and I know how it is, but I never try to make people order more just so the tab can be higher! We got our meal-tenders were awesome! The fries were soggy though! It seemed like he just wanted us out the door-not cool on the service part CR! read more

Food here is so good we have an annual family trip to the MOA just to eat here! I love the food. Shrimp tacos are delicious and burgers too. Get the loaded fries :) Update March 2017 - had our annual visit here over Spring Break again and it was as always DELICIOUS :) the sweet waitress we had even overheard that it was my son's 18th birthday in 2 days and she sent over a brownie with ice cream and a candle in it for him, no charge! I came in. I was excited to order drinks and i knew what to order. Me and my girlfriend waited 20 minutes and had 3 people walk by and not even acknowledge that we were there. If I could give 0 stars I would, looked on a few restaurants websites as we were in the area from out of town. Checked online for specials and saw that they had appetizers and drinks. Upon being seated I asked to ensure they had the happy hour specials going on. The waitress said "yes, the drinks you ordered and our tacos, flatbread, and items like the guacamole are on there." Myself and my friend then ordered from the menu that I had in my phone for the specials. Upon finishing our meal and receiving our bills, we both had full price items. We asked our waitress and she replied with the items were not on happy hour. The manager then came to speak with us as he could tell we were upset. I told him what happened and even showed him the restaurants website with the happy hour items and prices. He said that because it's the holidays we do not do the happy hour promotion and your server told you that. After a few moments of arguing that she did not tell us that, he concluded that if we had ordered the "happy hour" items our portions would not have been the sizes that we received. He said he would fix it but we needed to know in the future that the happy hour did not exist during the holidays, which was not noted or said anywhere on the website or in person. Not only was this a awful experience, the customer service with the manager was awful in itself. My friend then got charged on her credit card the full amount and the waitress said it'll be fixed tonight and she can notice it on her bank statement tomorrow. It is not ok to not only take car if this but then to blame the portion sizes that we were given on the customer. Will not be returning. read more

Chicken tacos were fantastic! Chili was great as well as well. Very good service. Will definitely come back in.

Came here on a busy Friday evening for dinner. Save yourself some time and book a reservation on Open Table first. We did it about 40 minutes in advance and were seated right away. We had a table of 7, including one child and was promptly greeted by a friendly server. The real reason I'm only giving it three stars is because it really was just "A-OK" - it wasn't anything to rave about but we didn't find anything wrong with the meal either. The food was good. My wife had the Salmon Salad and I had the Margarita Flatbread. Again, it was good just nothing to write home to mom about. If you're looking to escape the madness of the Mall of America, this little respite might be a bit more raucous than you might think. Bull riding, live music and TVs everywhere. Though it had many distractions for the 2-year old and everyone left pleasantly stuffed. In short: You won't be disappointed if you visit here, you'll get fed, you'll be full and you'll walk back into the mall a little heavier than before. read more

Excellent dinning experience! We stumbled upon this gem while in the Mall of America. HUGE variety of food and drink options. The atmosphere is FANTASTIC. Specifically, we enjoyed how much space there was between you and the next table. (Seems weird, I know, but it made the experience much more intimate and waitress/ers were not bumping into you.) Doesn't matter if you get the shrimp tacos, a Juicy Lucy with loaded kettle chips, or a huge bone in ribeye(only $37!) the food will be great.
