Fun Minnesota staples for food if you don't want to leave the mall and have some good food. Great beer selection at the mall. Enjoyed the walleye sandwich. There's also a bull to ride in the restaurant so it's dinner and show for your whole crew who don't want to drive somewhere else. read more

My only complaint about Cadillac Ranch is there's only one! Food is always great, their BBQ chicken salad is my favorite hands down. They also have a fantastic happy hour food & drink menu. They also have a mechanical bull which I've never been on but it made for some pretty cute photo ops with my 6 year old. Small dessert menu is awesome as well! If you're at he MOA you need to check this place out. read more

The food is normally good. They have decent sweet tea. But, they removed my friend's (a man wit Aspergers) favorite item from their adult menu. And wouldn't sell us the one from the kids menu. We would have gladly paid the adult price. We took our business elsewhere. We might be back if they remedy this issue. read more

The food was decent, but the atmosphere was a bit strange. It felt as if they couldn't decide on the decor theme, and the lights were too bright where we were seated. But it was quick, friendly service so I'd probably go back. read more

My daughter and I ducked in here when the hostess told us they DID have mac n cheese that was not Kraft. And oh.my.lanta. We had an excellent lunch. Me? A glass of Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio and the appetizer Fish Tacos - they were EXCELLENT, nice grill marks and flavor on the fish, great corn tortillas, nice salsa on the side...I was told they are new - order them they rock! My child? Side order of macncheese as the kids menu is KRAFT, yuck. Only ask to not put the parsley on top if your child is averse to green stuff on her mac. At $3.99 it was a bargain over the overly calorie laden kids meal of kraft and FRIES! Excellent service and will be back. read more

I've been there a couple of times and I liked their food - mostly because I like their kettle chips. But let me tell you about my 2015 Valentine's Day. My boyfriend and I decided to go there because that's where we went for our first date. V-day was on a Friday, which CR does not take reservations on Fridays and Saturdays. But I called weeks in advance to ask about it. "I understand that you don't usually take reservations on Fridays, but are you making exceptions because it's Valentine's Day?" They said yes and made reservations for me. On the day of, I called to confirm the reservations. Yes, everything was good. We got there at 7pm and sure enough the hostesses says, "We don't take reservations on Fridays." So I explained to her that I spoke to multiple people and even confirmed that the reservations were good on the day of, Hostess # 1 checked their reservation book. Yes, we were on there. Hostess #2, turns to us and says, "You are in our reservation book, but because we don't take reservations, you'll have to wait." So my BF and I walked out. And I emailed management, in which he apologized for the misunderstanding because, yes, we should have gotten our table easily. To make it up, he'll send me gift card to go back to CR. No gift card. Not ever going back because they obviously suck. read more

WOW WOW WOW!!! Amazing!!!! The food was phenomenal and the staff was incredible! If you are going to go try to go on the weekend when Edgar is working. He is the best waiter I have ever had. We never went without a drink and he always had a smile on his face!!!! The food was wonderful and priced well for the proportions. Also you must save room for dessert! They have a wonderful dessert sampler for $5.95... Again wow!!! read more

when my friend and i came here our server had such a disgusting attitude. we then ordered a dutch pretzel from here and it came out burnt asf. we told our server and she gave us such an attitude and then as we were paying she was so beyond rude to us. do not recommend this place because all the workers were so crabby. never had such poor service at at restaurant. read more

I made a reservation for two for my boyfriend and I. It was our first time in and we were excited to try the place. We got there on time and they seated us within minutes. However, we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We had multiple people pass us. Even had a server wrapping napkins behind us. I went to the front to talk to the manager but all she could offer for us was to take our order. Worst experience I've had in a long time. read more

The Cadillac Steak burger is exactly what a prime burger should be!! Lean, but juicy and FULL of flavor! Sweet potato fries were the perfect compliment! Great selection if bottled and draught beer, too. Nice ambiance. Casual yet classy. Thanks for a great dining experience during this trying time! read more

What a great experience! We started with a Cheese Curd appetizer and wow! Those things are addicting - we almost ordered a second helping! They have a little spicy kick which was great. The burgers looked good but we ended up going with ribery steaks and couldn't have been happier we did. Great food, great service, can't wait to come back! read more

We had excellent service, clean environment, fun atmosphere and fantastically delicious food! The guys got burgers and both loved them. I ordered the crab and shrimp pasta and it was to die for!! Amazing! Would definitely return for seconds!! read more

Drinks took 30 min to come out. No apologies. Got order wrong and was informed we have a rude table???? Never will come back!!!

Excellent customer service and food was good. Our server John was very knowledgeable and attentive. Will diffidently come back!!!!

Tried them for the first time last night. Wide selection of food to choose from. I had the pulled pork and my boyfriend had a chicken sandwich. Both were very good. Staff was very friendly. Reaponable prices and nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back. read more

Grab your chaps, sharpen your spurs, and get ready to hold on tight at the Cadillac Ranch. Now, tourists can snap a few photos while the bribed or the adventurer of the group ropes and rides on the new feature of the MOA -- A mechanical bull! Cadillac Ranch is located outside Macy's (across from Crave) on the 3rd floor of the MOA. It features a patio area to watch the wall walkers pass by. The decor is pretty sweet - a tough decision between Cowboy and Athlete. Lots of fancy TVs airing mainly sports amongst a pretty large and fairly open dining area and several bars. They brag about fireplaces on the website, but it's only one fireplace - no fire pits. (Hello - inside a mall versus some of their other locations.) The service on opening night was hectic, but not too bad considering it was opening night. Nothing is going to be perfect or fast. It took a while to get a "Pink Cadillac Cosmo". Which was yummy, but I would never pay the full price of $10. Hit up a Happy Hour from 3-6 M-F or 9-Cl M-Sat. I heard good things about the Cadillac Ale, their own brew. Pricing is a bit crazy for what it's worth, but it is the MOA. It's a smaller, compact menu with a bit of everything. We tried the Spinach, Artichoke, & Jumbo Lump Crab Dip for $11.95. It was alright, a decent portion and you could taste the crab. The teriyaki wings for $9.95 were crispy and just enough sauce. We didn't hit up the entrees, but look to spend around $10 - $20 for burgers, salads, steaks, chicken and fish. I wouldn't walk in with my cowboy hat, but it looks like a good place to take a break or send the guys while the women shop. read more

These guys thought that just because they have a great location, with a ton of foot traffic, they will make lots of money. Someone forgot to tell them that many of us shoppers LIVE here, and if you have crappy food and crappy service, we won't be back. Not only that, but we'll give you a bad Yelp review so the tourists will also avoid you. We visited on Black Friday. The restaurant wasn't all that busy, which should have been our first clue. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before our server stopped by. She was pleasant enough, but after dropping off our drinks she never came back to take our order. We flagged down another server who went to find her. I ordered fish tacos, my daughter ordered soup and a salad. 45 MINUTES LATER, our food arrived. In that time, no one stopped to see how things were going; no one offered a refill. A management-looking person walked through the restaurant a couple of times but never actually made eye contact with anyone. The food arrived and was mediocre at best. Once again, we had to flag down our server for the bill. Thank god we had cash so we didn't have to wait for a credit card. There are many, many choices at MOA. Don't waste your time and money on this one. read more

One of my favorite places in the mall. They never cease to impress me. Between riding the bull (which I last 12 seconds on) and my local favorite juicy Lucy, I had a blast. Can't wait til the next time I need to come to the Mall of America so I can stop in again. read more

Excellent service and great food. Live music some nights and a magician as well. If your looking for a Jucy Lucy in the mall this is the place to go! All around a great experience! read more

Loved the food, did not like the fact the bus boy cleaned one side of the table and then placed the dirty bus bin on the side he just cleaned. Also no cleaning of chairs and horrible job at social distance for tables. read more

Stopped here for lunch with the family on two different visits to the Mall of America. It's a great, laid back place to have a drink and get some quality food. It has a bit of a rock n' roll/western theme with pictures of famous musicians and guitars on the walls along with a mechanical bull in the back of the restaurant. All in all, it's a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We sat at the bar and were happy with our choice of seating since the bartenders were incredibly friendly, funny, and attentive. Nice selection of beers and specialty cocktails including a few beers they brew in house. We split the Cadillac Ranch Kettle Chips and they were delicious, definitely a must get when you come here. I got the spicy shrimp tacos and was not disappointed, they were everything that I hoped they would be. This is definitely somewhere I will come back to if I find myself at the Mall of America. Highly recommended. read more

My friend and I have eaten here several times and have always found something excellent. The food is well prepared, and the service is top notch. I really like the layout and decor. You feel like it is a smaller place, although it is quite large. This is because you can talk over your meal without having to speak loudly, even when it is somewhat full. read more

The food here was average. My wife had a steak which was good, however the sides were cold and lacked any real flavor. I had the pasta which was pretty good. Service was somewhat slow considering it wasn't very busy. I would skip this place if at the mall. read more

Perfect for a single business traveler. I was staying near the MOA and was able to take a shuttle there for dinner a couple nights. The deals at happy hour cannot be beat. I think rail drinks were like $2.75, and there was a pretty extensive bar menu for happy hour as well. One night I ordered the buffalo chicken flat bread and the fish tacos. The buffalo chicken flat bread was a winner. Another night I ordered a "juicy lucy" and I enjoyed it. There was quite a bit of American cheese that oozed out of the burger, but I used my fries to dip and make sure that nothing went to waste. My service was friendly and helpful both nights. Overall, if you are there alone for business, check out the happy hour and go catch a movie at the theaters. Bar specials are what make this place worth a stop. read more

I was hoping that Cadillac Ranch would offer a good steak at a reasonable price along the lines of some of the other big steak chains like Texas Roadhouse or Lonestar Steakhouse. I was disappointed. I ordered the New York Strip medium rare but it arrived medium and the green beans served with it were chewy, however the mashed potatoes were good. My buddy ordered salmon and thought it was pretty good but the beans and broccoli were fairly unexciting. We both ordered the cherry cobbler and were underwhelmed by it as well. The cobbler filling was closer to a cheap pie filling than cherries and the tart one wants with cherries was non-existent. The bill was a whopping $75 which was unbelievably high for a dinner that included only one glass of wine and a low quality cut of beef. Addi to all of this disappointment was the indifferent service from our server and Cadillac Ranch isn't a place I'm rushing to go back and visit. read more

This was an incredible experience! Food was cooked to perfection both sirloin and Lucy burger. Waiter was fantastic with a great attitude and was on it with whatever we needed! Mini desserts were perfect size both brownie actually baked fresh and apple cobbler. This is a great choice! read more

This restaurant has been here for years, but I'd never eaten there. I'd never heard any rave reviews from anyone, but thought the chopped in half Cadillac out front was pretty awesome. Friend and I decided to give it a try the other night. It wasn't very busy, but it was a weeknight. Seems like more of a weekend, bar-scene kind of place. Food seemed like that, too. It wasn't even hot when it came out. It seemed like it had sat in the kitchen for more than five minutes. Our server was friendly, but she was difficult to keep track of. Like I said, it wasn't busy, so that was a little strange. It's a bummer that we were there for dinner, and no drinks, cause the bar area seemed great. read more

The steak is prime, and the waiter was hilarious! I would definitely go back, and sure will. Next time, with a cocktail---if it's good, I'll make it five stars ;) read more

The service was real good, well it was also Sunday about 11:45 AM, so there were not too many people there yet. The food was horrible! The wife had a bowl of French Onion soup, way too salty and had some bazaar taste that wasn't onion. The youngest had a plain hamburger, it was cooked to order, but the meat tasted very odd. I had the Smokehouse Chicken sandwich, even with the BBQ sauce and bacon, it was the most bland, tasteless thing I have eaten. Bad over priced food, I will never go there again. I would rather take my chances at the food court. read more

We stopped in from out of town after spending a good amount of the day at Mall of America for dinner. We were promptly seated and immediately got fantastic service. My family and I were very happy with the food, which I must say came out quick. We ordered drinks that unfortunately were no longer available, but our server did a great job explaining the situation and offered an alternative we went with and were happy with. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and were extremely satisfied with the service, would come back on our next time visiting. read more

This is my second time to CR restaurant and once again the service was great and the food was also amazingly flavorful. I had the fish tacos and the Juicy Lucy both were up to par and the bartender was very good at his job...Will definitely plan on visiting once more before leaving town. read more

Very average. Nothing special. I had the steak tacos and they were just meh. In fact , I don't really remember anything else. After all it was a mall restaurant so my expectations were not sky high. It's fine if there is a wait in the other mall restaurants. Two stars for good and fast service and ok food. read more

Dude. Worse food I've had in a long time. Sitting here staring at a $20 medium sirloin that I can't seem to chew enough to swallow. When you go out for a meal it should be as good as what you can make at home at the very least. And I'm no world class cook. Potatoes are a "just add water" not so hot mess. Green beans are chewy and waxy. My five year old won't eat the Mac and cheese and my 8 yr old wouldn't finish her two chicken strips as they are unchewable also. This is gross and I will never come back. Our server was awesome so I did not complain. I can tell she knows We think it's gross, but that's not her fault. Got the kids to the car and asked if they were full not that we've spent $90. She said "My Mac and cheese tasted like nothing." That's saying a lot coming from a kid... read more

Love this place so much to do as you eat. Tons of tv for football games. And the bull riding is the best ever. It's a must go

My friends and I wanted to try this place out during a recent trip to the Mall of America, here is what we found: Around 11 am they were very accommodating at getting us a large table and even better it was right next to a comfy leather couch. They were also pretty helpful in getting the correct football game on the TV screen nearest to us. With those two facts, I would give the atmosphere and service a 4 star rating. But then came the food experience. It took about 10 minutes each time a new drink was ordered and even longer for a server to come back to help out when ordering food. The Teriyaki chicken wings were the best thing we got. The soups were very disappointing and the flatbread was more like a cheap frozen pizza. Go at your own risk! read more
