Richard Gurney, the owner, came by prior to the install and performed an inspection. He thoroughly went over all of the details on what to expect. On installation day, his office sent us a very professional text, with his picture, telling us that he and his team were on the way. He and his team members laid out tarps on the floor and they wore booties. something that my wife very much appreciated! Having spent a career in the military, I am no stranger to various work ethics and sound leadership principles. I was thoroughly impressed with Richard--He is competent and professional. He involves all of his people in every step of the process and constantly mentors them. I had opportunity to talk with everyone who was on his team and they have nothing but praise for Richard and his leadership style. Joe and Richard came by after I had three different HVAC companies come by to figure out why I wasn't receiving enough air out of my vents. I was informed by previous HVAC companies my a/c unit was to small for my house and that I should replace it. so i called around had had other technicians say almost the same exact thing, when Cactus Valley HVAC showed up they were very friendly and easy to talk to.
