The first time this happened at this property, I told the guy who was standing at his truck checking his phone that he was blocking the entire sidewalk and I could not get by walking my dogs. He did not move and instead doubled down the next time he was out and used both trucks to block the sidewalk. No considerate of others. In response to the company's reasoning, I disagree, I have lived in this community since April 2000 in 3 different homes including on that street and it is first of all is not a thoroughfare and has very little traffic but regardless is wide enough for him to park on the roll up curb or even park 1 car length further up to allow pedestrians and vehicles to both pass safely. There are work trucks parking on that street everyday and none of them were parked so far onto the sidewalk that they impede pedestrians walking by safely. There was also ample room in the homeowners driveway to park further back and not block the sidewalk. Obviously, you're more interested in arguing with me on a public forum than the neighbors you serve. But I have 2 small dogs on a walk and it was already 95 degrees at 9am - the asphalt is 20+ degrees hotter than the sidewalk and it was burning their feet. I'm sorry your tech is too lazy to walk 10 addl feet than inconvenience the neighbors. The bottom line is sidewalks are for people not for vehicles.

Even had his supervisor come out when he needed help. This is the kind of tech I hope shows every time. I'd rather have someone that will ask for help rather than close it up and say it's good. They made sense but I thought the pricing was way more than I would expect. I then called EZ Flow Plumbing who originally installed the water heaters for comparison. They needed to come out before quoting but there was no charge. Spencer came out and looked over the equipment and agreed with the suggestions but the cost was $1000 less. He would be able to return the next day, Saturday, to do the work at no additional weekend charge. I got discounts because I was a senior citizen and for the multiple items I needed. He showed up right about the time he had estimated the day before and got right to work. He was able to get everything done without completely shutting off our water. Spencer has a great personality, was efficient and the work looked great. Now I remember why I used them initially to install the water heaters.

Buck the owner came out to check out the units that I needed and within a couple hrs he had me a quote. He provided me options to get my units swapped out, and was honest about his pricing. The nest part he could get it done within a couple days. 1 unit went out but figured we would get both changed out to avoid future problems. Buck showed up morning of install before quoted start time (which almost never happens). They got right to work. They quickly got my AC changed out and got me up and running. They did a great job, aside form that, Buck is a very honest guy that cares about taking care of his clients and getting the job done right. Its hard to find a AC guy you can trust, until now. However, they recommended that we replace the entire unit for $8500. We live in a 55+ community and this is the HVAC company our friends and neighbors use. We wanted a second opinion, so we waited for Burgos Air, which was the company sent by our home warranty. So happy we did-- Jacob found some loose wires and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes. We are so happy to find an honest and reliable HVAC company. We really couldn't afford a replacement unit at this time. Now we are recommending Burgos Air to all our neighbors.

Instead, we got poor workmanship and real damage. During the maintenance visit, they said our system needed a new capacitor. We trusted them and paid for the replacement. Just two weeks later, we had to call them back for a clogged drain, something that should have been caught during proper preventive maintenance. That incorrect installation of the capacitor led to the drip pan overflowing, causing water to leak into our ceiling and flood. After spending about fifteen hundred dollars with this company, we still didn't have a working system we could rely on. We finally called Scottsdale AC Pros, and they immediately identified that the capacitor had been installed incorrectly. They corrected it. That is not preventative maintenance. That's negligence.
