EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley!…read more I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

This company was exceptional. I spoke with their Salesmanager manager. I think his name was Jamison. He was seriously patient walked me through the whole process the education about what the system would do and their price was by far the best not even close. One guy quoted me $11,000 and I got this project done for around $2500.. These guys are really seriously fair. They price correctly and they did a great job the plumber that came over to install it Jacob seriously friendly looked at a couple of other issues I had. I'm just really thankful now that I have a plumber that I can add to my list of trusted vendors. I don't know why Yelp doesn't have more of their reviews. If you look on Google they have tons of five star reviews. This is absolutely the company anybody should use if they have plumbing issues and especially if they need a water filtration system. A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

I called Froggy Fix out for a clogged toilet that couldn't easily be cleared. I was out of town…read morebut someone was able to be there when they arrived. They claimed that they augered it multiple times with no success and their recommendation was a new toilet based upon age and condition. It is less than 10 years old and not even a ring in the toilet, almost perfect condition. $150 later. I called my regular plumber and within 5 minutes he augered and pulled scissors and paper towels out. He replaced the toilet filler and on his way. When I called to let them know I felt their technician was dishonest, Froggy Fix said thanks for letting them know. Don't call this company. They will just want to replace your item for 10 times more instead of take care of the problem. I gave them 2 opportunities to take responsibility. They couldn't be bothered.

We were excited to find a reputable plumber, so we hired him for some oddball plumbing jobs around our home. Andy was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. TWO days ago. We juggled some things around so we could be home. When we didn't hear from him by 4:00 p.m., we called. He never returned our call or showed up. If he could not or did not want to perform these odd jobs, all he had to do was say so. Although disappointed, we would have completely understood and moved on. Ignoring and "ghosting" customers is definitely not good business practice, no matter how many 5-star reviews one has.
