They have awesome stores and the deals are decent. However, running from AC cooled store to AC cooled store just to prevent cooking from the inside out is not my idea of a good time. They need a shuttle for parking because my shoes were sticking to the lava hot pavement as I walked to/from the stores. When I finally made it back to the parking lot I swear my car was starting to melt. If you do go to the Cabazon outlets make sure you protect your steering wheel, seat belt buckles, & car seats with a towel or a window screen. You could end up with serious burns. read more

Combined with Desert Hills, is a huge outlet center! Gucci, Uggs, La Coste, and other brands I've never seen in an outlet mall before. Minus one star because they simply don't have enough parking. A multi level parking garage is what they need! And a train circling the place! read more

I love coming out here to shop. A nice place out in the middle of nowhere. The outlets are in groups under different outlet names, but most people just refer to them as "Cabazon" which is how I'll write this review. They have tons of shops including designer outlet stores! Among them: D&G, Prada, Gucci, Tod's, etc. They also have some less expensive stores Charlotte Rousse, Papaya, Converse, Zumiez, etc. And many athletic stores! My favorite being Puma! The parking lot can be monstrous. I would recommend parking near McDonalds, and walking the length of the entire mall! Avoid weekends! This place gets SLAMMED. read more

Be sure to check in! They give a small coupon book as well as a gift (water bottle or cosmetic bag). Water bottle for me, cosmetic bag (with mirror) for my girlfriend. Be sure to not confuse this with the Desert Hills Premium Outlets next door. This is a smaller area with stores like Puma, Brighton Collectibles, Auntie Anne's, Starbucks, Columbia, and Le Creuset. This is the smaller outlet mall next to the big Desert Hills one (they are not under the same management; this is under Craig Realty Group and Desert Hills is under Simon Property Group). There are only about 20 stores here that include Adidas, Crate & Barrel, and Oakley. So much fun shopping here, bought some great bikini's at Guess and they were on sale $20/each, so I bought two sets. I also got this great white dress which is perfect for the beach or summer wear. The weather was terribly windy the first day we went and on the way back it was perfect 90's and no wind at all, just right for shopping. This is an average fashion outlet. There is only a limited number of stores, and most of them are not ones that I usually shop at. There's Adidas, Guess, Puma, Ripcurl, etc. I think this is the smallest outlet that I've ever been to. Every summer growing up I would come to these outlets. They were part of my summer routine just like going to the beach and camping. I've been to other outlets and by far this outlet center has a better selection then most. They have shops like Nike, Polo, guess, bose etc. They have a variety of different shops to chose from. They have clothing stores, toy stores, shoe stores, home accessories and many more. They also have electronic stores also for the tech people. Is it any wonder that my wife's favorite place to go is my least favorite place to go? It had been a couple of years since I acquiesced to my wife's demand to hit the Cabazon Outlets, but I caved in last Saturday and decided that I would surprise her with a trip to her favorite shopping spot. This would make her very happy and allow me to look for a good deal on a birthday gift for her. As soon as we arrived I remembered the main reason why I do not enjoy the Cabazon Outlets - the unbelievably inadequate amount of parking. There has to be a couple of hundred, if not thousand square miles of vacant desert space around the shopping center that could be used for parking spaces, but I guess that I am the only one who realizes this fact. I finally found an open parking spot and was relieved when I got of my car that the temperature there was in the 60's, which is a hell of lot better than being in the 100's. We (my wife), spent several hours shopping and decided to skip lunch so we could hit the buffet later at the Morongo Casino. I was able to find a nice Gucci handbag (at half-price), for my wife's birthday present, and found some really good hot sauce at some gourmet store. My wife ended up with several bags of things from various stores so it turned out to be a successful visit. read more

I LOVE THIS OUTLET. I live on the Westside, so generally it's easier to get to Camarillo. But whenever I have an excuse or time to make the drive east, I take it. And it's always worth it. My favorites are Saks, BCBG, Seven, Hugo Boss, Barneys, Burberry, and Prada. I also appreciate Dior, YSL, Gucci, and DVF though I rarely find stuff there (still quite expensive). Banana, Theory, Kenneth Cole, Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Jcrew are the staples - can't go wrong there. There used to be a Club Monaco way back when - I miss it. I've been to other outlets at Camarillo, Primm, Carlsbad, and Citadel. This is by far the best. Just make sure you go early to avoid the crazy crowds. read more

One of my FAVORITE outlets.. Being a 20-something year old.. here are a few stores that I always go to when im here: -Rag & Bone -Nike -All Saints -Adidas -Marc Jacobs.......if im feelin gucci ;) haha But if you REALLY GUCCI, this outlet mall probably has the most wide selection of all the stores as "outlets" - Tory Burch, Armani, Gucci, Prada, D&G, Fendi, Versaci, Burberry, Coach, Alexander McQueen.. ETC. (look at their directory) Overall though, its a great mall.. I always normally leave with nothing, but its a nice place to walk around and find gems when youre in a mood to splurge. They do have a food court, but I like to eat at Blaze Pizza, which is on the other side of the mall. P.s. if you see that they have a check-in offer here on yelp for a free VIP booklet and gift... not worth it. went there and it was closed, but they had the VIP booklets next to some fliers and it didnt have any good deals at all, not even on Wetzels. =( read more

Awesome. A great place to go for designer goodies- I highly recommend the Gucci store, I found it to be every bit as nice as the actual mainline store in Beverly Hills, but with better service, and as an outlet store slightly better pricing. The associate on the sales floor that assisted me was very helpful and very friendly, I cannot say the same for the cashier that checked me out, he seemed bored and interested nonetheless I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely be back. These stores are quite big with lots of inventory. We went and it was raining and a holiday weekend so it was very busy. Parking was busy but not impossible. Check in and get the coupon book for sure! I'd recommend driving once around to see where your favorite stores are if you don't want to be walking. The prices might be less but I didn't noticed it to be amazing. But I'm sure you'll find something to buy! Close to Morongo if you are staying there also. read more

What people fail to realize is that for the most part, outlets prices aren't really deals. The majority of stores have outlet lines of clothing/attire specifically made with sub-brand name quality materials. Totally love the cabazon outlet, and they just add additional parking garage. All the shops have exfremely awesome price and great selection. You will have to arrive early, since you can spend your entire day shopping here. As long as you can handle with the heat and palm spring is just 30 minutes away. read more

Random shopping day after new years. The outlet is outdoors and has a wide variety of stores. During holidays they always have deals going on which are pretty good. I bought myself a Kate Spade purse which was 60% off with an additional 10% off after that. The total came out to be less than $100 so, I left satisfied. If you're bored from shopping or the outlet has closed already, Morongo Casino & Resort is right next door at your convenience ! Don't go after Thanksgiving because everyone else has the same idea. Even in the summer you'll be surrounded by a crowd. Go in the morning or you will have trouble getting parking. Came here on Sunday 4/27/2014. By far one of the best outlet centers around. I live in OC and for me to drive 80miles it has to be worth it. This place has a very nice variety of stores...from the high end stores to the low end stores. I always find what i'm looking for here. Last time I was here was in 2011...the place have changed, they remodeled. The once parking lot in the middle are now more stores. They built the parking lot in the back with also a parking structure. They also have added food trucks, bands and "circus" type performers. Bathrooms are well kept. Is there an outlet that has good parking anywhere in the world? It's one of those things that you have to bite the bullet on if you open one of these outlets. Build a smart and huge parking area and even though it might not be busy every day of the year, it will help people who hate dumb drivers from avoiding these places during the holidays and weekends. Hahahaha....seriously though. Better parking people. Lots of shops and with each shop comes different levels of service. I seriously do not understand hiring random kids to be the face of your shop especially during the holiday season. I walk into a few shops and they are just giggling with each other while texting on their phones as customers come in and out of their shop. I, for one, do not feel it is a privilege for me to be shopping in any particular shop. No store is worth that much clout. So why have your customers feel that way when your workers can't even greet or smile to their patrons who are paying their hard earned money in their store? I just don't understand especially in this economy. I would suggest sucking it up and getting out there early when it opens. Even during the busy season, you can still get 2 to 3 hours of semi-stress-free shopping in without busting a vein trying to find parking or navigating the narrow walkways. This review might sound negative but that's just because I like to criticize good businesses and hopefully enlighten someone who is reading to go that extra mile to improve it even more. 4 stars could be 5 stars on my review but the overall rating of outlets are pretty mediocre in general. I believe it's due to the issues I have stated but that could be just my POV. I'm sure owners of these establishments think that if you're here, you're looking for a deal. If you're looking for a deal, then you have to deal with the environment. Sad but probably true. Anyway, I'm too depressed to continue. Dropped by the outlet yesterday on the way home from Palm Springs and was pleasantly surprised by three stores - Neimans, Saks and Barneys! I cringe when I think about how much I spend at non-outlet stores. I picked up four James Pearse shirts at the Saks outlet. These shirts are normally $145 but at Saks outlet they were were $70 and then an additional 40% off the sale price. Super great deal! I've seen some of the same merchandise at non-outlet stores and the prices are usually full price. Even the sales don't beat these prices. Also, Barneys has some Celine bags that are significantly reduced. Too bad this outlet is a bit out of the way for me... Overall, some great finds. The only downside is the crowds! read more

Cabi at Cabazon! I've been to Desert Hills before but this was my first visit to Cabazon. Like other reviews have said, it is a lot smaller in scope and parking isn't so abundant. But I still like the retail offerings, which included Adidas and Le Crueset. I specifically came to check out the Cabi Outlet because I like the collection a lot but can't afford many pieces. The store has a descent selection and I recognized a lot of pieces from the Spring 2015 line and earlier. Nothing from Spring 2016. Size availability was good but I couldn't find my size in some pieces that I really liked. Prices are good to very good. On the day I went (end of July), it was 40% off entire store and 50% on items marked with .99 on tag. Most items were already marked down by about 20-30%. I saw the Provence sweater, zip-line jacket and Madeline top. I bought the Ryder jacket (fall 2014/regular $128) for $37.20, the Absolute blazer (fall 2014/regular $138) for $27.50, and black business blouse (fall 2014?/regular $62) for $27.00. Prices I paid include the 40% discount offered that day. Final sale so no turning back! They took my email address and said they'd keep me posted of upcoming sales. I hope they do!!! read more

I went to this place for the first time last week and overall had a really great experience. I'm a fan of great deals especially for designer stores. I love shopping at Saks, Juicy Couture, Burberry and Coach to name a few. I do have to say that the Coach store was a bit overwhelming, there was tons of people in this store because on top of the already marked down prices they were having a 30% off deal going on.
