I needed to buy some athletic shoes because it sneakers were worn out so Cabazon was a great place to visit - especially for Memorial Day weekend! They had some great deals and it surprisingly was not too crowded when I visited. Obviously, an outlet always offers discounted prices but this weekend was special (at least that's what they told me). Adidas had a many of their clothes and shoes for 50% off and also offered an additional 20% off for healthcare workers. Under armour offered BOGO 50% off AND offered 40% additional for healthcare workers. Puma offered 10% off for healthcare workers but didn't have as many exciting items. Nevertheless, I was able to get some good shoes for exercise/hiking. I spent all my time here and did not make it to Desert Hills Premium outlet. You could dedicate a day to shopping at both of these outlets but I didn't want to spend more than a couple of hours. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for shoes or making a stop on the way to Arizona! read more

I really enjoy these outlets! They've got a lot of really great stores my favorites being agent provocateur and the Nike store! I've also got some really good deals at Steve Madden! Great Stores, Clean and Nice, Lots Of Parking There are now around 180 stores or so in this outlet complex overall along about 1/2 miles of I-10 frontage road. So there is something here for literally everyone! It's a great spot to stop and stretch your legs out after a long drive from arizona though the vast nothing that is the desert between Phoenix and Los Angeles. You can use a 3.5/5 for cleanliness bathroom here too... So many people imagine trying to keep the bathrooms clean here!!! Yikes! There are spots to get snacks and treats too... Cabazon Outlets is smaller than Desert Hills and it is a great way to spend an afternoon shopping the outlets. They have a great selection of outlet stores and parking is pretty easy. They need to add more seating, but you will be okay. You can get through most of the stores in a few hours and there is some seating for a break with some coffee or a snack. Bathrooms are easy to find and they have a nice map of where all the stores are. Because of the heat in the summer, I would try this outlet in the winter. Have a great time. read more

Nice and clean place. The restrooms were super clean. This outlet mall has stores that I don't typically shop. I came here with a friend for the Brighton store. We got here super early, so we got parking very easily. By the time we left the parking lot was full and people were driving up and down the lot waiting for someone to leave. There was not a large selection of food places here. The customer service area was nice and we received good service. I really don't have any complaints other than the parking and the fact that there are stores here that I'm just not into. read more

Visited the Cabazon outlets today, I checked in for my free savings card and my gift was a mini lip balm. Great sales today I stepped into adidas and bought a pair of shoes for myself. The sale today was an additional 40% off shoes what a deal. I got a pair of NMD for $41 bucks, not to shabby! ***Pre/During COVID-19 Visit*** I've been meaning to write a review since we've been coming here for years now. There's a lot of high end stores such as Gucci, Michael Kors, Burberry, etc. We love visiting during the hot summer months and it's a great place to walk around and get some exercise. Parking can get crowded during the holiday season so definitely arrive early. Lines can get pretty long depending on the store so it's best to prepare, especially if you're visiting during the weekend. Our favorite stores are always Under Armour, Quiksilver and Oakley. Did a chunk of my holiday shopping here in early December. EASY. CONVENIENT. FRIENDLY BEYOND. DEALS. I could not be happier. The deals were endless. The service was friendly beyond belief. And it's one stop shopping. We had our best luck at UGG, Nike, Saks, Cole Haan .... we tried to not shop for ourselves but it was a challenge! We went back another day just to treat ourselves! I will go again and again. TIP: get there early for easy parking and before crowds come in. Stop by the admin office to get coupons if you're a AAA member. Stay calm and SHOP ON. read more

If I could give this mall zero stars I would. First and foremost, as an employee and a customer the entire work ethic in this mall is trash. I've been treated poorly as an employee and shopping as a customer. Today, I was in the bathroom stall, and I was literally in their five minutes, until I was rushed out by this janitor who kept banging on my stall door so he could clean the stall, he then followed me to the sink and as I was getting paper towels from the dispenser, he unlocked it and just took the paper towels out to restock them, in the middle of me getting paper towels, lovely! Also parking, ridiculous. We go from not charging to "let's charge to make more money" and then kick the employees to either park on the street, the fourth level parking structure or all the way by McDonald's because we don't want employees parking on the same levels as customers. But, the fourth floor is also open to customers so its not exclusively for employees, so if it's full as an employee you have to park somewhere else, do they care? No. You would think as employees you'd be treated the same as customers because the customers wouldn't be able to shop without us working, but no. Like most companies we get put at the bottom. This mall has no desire in caring about the employees or their customers. It's all money. read more

So far, this is the best outlet when wanting to buy good name brand items. If u hit it at the right time, they have great sales, on top of their already discounted pricing. I want to make something very clear. My rating for here is only based on my own experience here and not the conditions of this place. It's beautiful, and there's a lot you can find here. It's just not for me. There are some high-end stores here, but I'm simply a Ross/Marshall's kind of guy. I have similar feelings here as I do at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets next door. There are a bunch of high-end stores, most of which I could honestly care less about. Makes complete sense, as the name brand doesn't really matter much to me. But I'll give them credit. It's clean, smells nice, easy to map my way around here, and everything is accessible. If I had a passion for shopping, of course I'd give this review more stars. So, if you have more fun shopping than I do, these 3 stars can easily equate to 4 or 5 stars. read more

If you can make it two hours without asking that burning question that starts bubbling up from deep within after the first 15 minutes, the question that after the 60 minute mark becomes the soundtrack playing over and over in your brain, "Are we ready to go?" Holy mother of...what happened to this place! This place is the closest example of a $%&^ing zombie apocalypse! Pardon my language. Avoid this place during the holiday(s) or crazy sales at all cost if you value your own life! I've never seen so many rude and ruthless people all in one place. You know what I am talking about. I'm talking about that gentleman who casually cut in front of me at the ice cream stand in the food court as I was holding my child. I'm talking about that lady in red who nearly ran me over as I was walking back to my car. I'm talking about that father pushing his stroller towards Gucci and nearly running into mine for no apparent reason. Must I say more? I really miss Cabazon Outlet when it wasn't so popular. In fact, I'm not even sure why I even bother coming here anymore. Parking is a mission and people just look ridiculous waiting there for a parking spot and holding up the traffic in the parking lot. Just pay the $10-15 vip parking at the parking structure and avoid the parking madness. Jeez! Oh btw, since when did you still need to wait in line to get into a store? There's about 180 stores. So there are actually two outlets in the Cabazon area. This one would be the original. However, since Cabazon and Desert Hills are across the street from each other it would just be easier to call it the Cabazon outlets. Do not forget to check in here for yelp and visit the Customer service area behind Starbucks! They give you a free yelp check in gift as well as a coupon book with some discounts. There are still some pretty good stores and the outlet prices are still great. If you are lookin for parking there is a valet area at the end. I would recommend starting here so you can walk both outlets. You might not save the money in your wallet... but you might even lose some calories in the process. ;-) read more

Right now would be a good time to go because it has reopened and there aren't a lot of people there. The sales are still good. The let only a certain number of people in stores at a time so there might be a line depending on the time and what day you go. The victoria secrets is now open there too so that's a plus. I used to have to go to the Americana Outlets for VS but its closed there now but Cabazon is a lot closer. There are food vendors in the center as well. read more

This outlet is right next to Desert Hills Premium outlets, which is much better than this one. This outlet is much smaller. The stores here do not really interest me, the only one I really go to is the Columbia store. This outlet is also really really close to Morongo Casino. Parking is free and if you check in on Yelp, go to the information center where you will get a coupon flyer and little gift. I've redeemed it twice. Both time I was given a plastic water bottle. The first time it came with chapstick also, but both bottles look different. So I think they change it from time to time. I have stopped here on the way to Palm Springs, but there's nothing too special about this outlet. I do like that the bathrooms have automatic seat covers! read more

Cabazon is directly next to (east of) the Desert Hills Premium Outlets. It doesn't compare to its neighbor in that the number of stores is tripled - and almost quadrupled with the construction - over there. For checking in on yelp, you get a small gift (I got a small tube of chapstick) and a VIP card. They have something for almost every store there. The customer service office is behind Starbucks, but it closes early! I barely got there at 5:30 pm, and they were closed already on a Saturday. There's not much here, but you'll get your sporty shops here: Adidas, Oakley, Puma, Reebok, Rip Curl, Under Armour, and Columbia. I'm happy they have an Auntie Anne's - I love their pretzels! Wish it was over at Desert Hills though.. Oh, the Guess accessories is on this side (Guess is over at Desert Hills). At Adidas, they were having a buy 2 get 1 free sale for many many items - even the clearance! The CAbi store was pretty empty..but the Starbucks was VERY crowded. Maybe they need to add more stores here? There's so much parking, but just not the stores that I would shop at. read more

Visited 1/1/2016 Love coming to this outlet when I am in the area! Many stores to choose from. You can spend a whole day here!! Some stores have better sales than others. A lot of the high brands are here like Coach, Kate Spade, and so on. Prices for the purses here are great! Eating area kind of small, especially today. A long line at Five Guys and the other eateries. Restrooms pretty clean which is impressive. Large parking structure which is free. Valet parking available. read more

My favorite store is Vans and I always walk out of there with several bags full of shoes and clothes. The weather has just been so beautiful in Southern California, so I wanted to take a road trip with the bf and we decided on the Cabazon Outlets for some retail therapy and some gambling at Morongo afterwards. Cabazon is really in the boonies. Besides this little community and Morongo, there really isn't much that is around. So, if you want a little getaway and don't want to drive as far as Vegas, I suppose this is the next best thing. SHOPPING EXPERIENCE: Last Saturday was the first time I've come back here since 3 years ago. I feel like this place was much more crowded than I remember. Prices are also not that cheap either. So, I don't understand why all of these people are crowded in these shops?? Please explain! Coach and Armani Exchange are the 2 stores that seem to be consistently busy!! Some cheap finds- Andrew D. got 2 really nice dress shirts at Banana Republic for $15 each. Retail price was: $95. I got some jewelry, a top and tights, but again, still not that cheap! I remember I used to spend the whole day shopping here, but this time around, only 3-4 hours of making my rounds and I was done! FOOD: There really are not a lot of places to eat here. If you are in Cabazon, you have the choice between Food Court #1 and Food Court #2. Both food courts offer the same stores and both don't look THAT appetizing. So, not wanting to leave the outlets for lunch, we settled on some Italian food at the food court. Pizza was bleh, garlic bread was meh and chicken wings were eh. lol! I don't know how else to describe it, but at least it was some sort of food? If you are planning your trip, I would save my stomach and travel over to Morongo and get food there instead. It looks cleaner and more appetizing. You really have to look hard for those cheap deals here. So, if you want to get away from your usual surroundings, Palm Springs Cabazon is a nice little getaway, but don't expect to be leaving here with bags and bags of affordable items. read more

Cabazon is favorite of all the outlets in SoCal. I like the selection of stores over Citadel and Camarillo. Also a plus that it is down the street from Morongo Casino. Only takes about 60-80 minutes to drive here from LA depending on speed and traffic. Parking has usually been pretty easy for me to find, even on a busy weekend. They have Nike, Gucci, Burberry, and much much more. Only negative is that it is broken into three sections and stores are in a straight line in the first and third section. The middle is a circle. Very difficult and tiring to walk the entire outlet. read more

overall, It is a really great outside mall, especially during these times where social distancing is required. However, it can get pretty packed and the freeway exit gets jammed up. There is inside seating in the food court currently, which is due to COVID, however, there are not many sitting areas besides the occasional bench, so watch out for that. This is one of two outlets adjacent to each other. Cabazon has the affordable merchandise. Casual clothing and shoes. Desert Hills Premium Outlets is the next door neighbor. There's a stairway near the public restrooms. Take that and go across the street to the backside of Desert Hills. We did most of our retail therapy at Cabazon. read more

Location: This outlet mall is located in the middle of nowhere but it is so pretty. The view from the mall is gorgeous. This mall is huge this is the biggest outlet mall I've ever been to. Stores: They have outlet stores for Ferragamo, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Furla, Ugg's I never knew they made outlet stores for these brands. It was still pricey but it's good to know they have these stores available. They have your usuals Gap, Bebe, Charlotte Russe, Michael Kors, Coach, True Religion, Kate Spade, Lucky Jeans, Aeropostale & American Eagle to name a few. They are also expanding and adding 45 more stores! My goodness nice ending shopping you could stay there from opening to closing! Parking: There are tons and tons of parking! Ok, I've heard SO much about the Cabazon outlets but when I got here I was shocked at the fact that a) there was NO parking and b) there were like 10 stores...it was so small! We had to park on the street on the other side of the outlets, in a residential area and walk over. The bathrooms are clean at least, hah. They have like Adidas, Puma, Reebok...and other random stores but nothing compared to..DESERT HILLS, right across the street. I think when people talk about "Cabazon" they mean both this outlet and Desert Hills across the street because that outlet is HUGE (review to follow). So maybe stop by here to use the bathroom (and if you check in you get a free coupon book and "gift") and then walk over. read more

Cabazon premium outlet has been around for at least 15 years!!! They recently redeveloped the middle parking lot to add more high end shops and moved the parking spaces to a 5 story level parking structure. They added the light sensor to each space so you can easily see which parking spaces are empty. Tip: either like via fb or check in is help, and you will revive a VIP coupon book with additional savings!!!! Back in the days, Cabazon was a popular outlet stop when there were less outlets .. But now that Carrillo and citadel had opened, I shop less here. I come to Cabazon because I'm also in the mood to gamble at Monrongo!!! Lol. The drive is only 2 hrs instead of Vegas. So I can kill 2 birds with one stone. I shopped in the new section of the outlet. My fav stores are f21, Charlotte rouse, Gucci, Torrey burch, coach, Michael lots, and saks.. Great place to check out for deals and even better deals during Black Friday and christmas shopping. Overall, they have done a good job expanding and renovating the outlet over the years.
