They were very quick to come by the house and provide a quote. When I responded with questions via email and through the phone, it turned to crickets. I got my visit on October 24th, got a quote by the 27th and responded with questions. Haven't heard back. I have sent follow up emails, and called. They called me back saying a project manager will call by end of day. This has happened twice now and I never get that project manager call. In terms of value, I can rate the company besides the fact that I can't even get a follow up to my questions regarding the quote. We lost power in the dining and living room and the associated circuit breaker could not be reset. I called Ca Electrical to explain the situation and they showed empathy but on a more important note, they scheduled a technician to come out within 3 hours of my call which was much appreciated since it was getting dark.
