I had a great experience with Sine D and technician Dmitri. I originally had another electrician scheduled who ended up no-showing, and I needed my flickering kitchen light and buzzing light switch addressed as soon as possible. I found Sine D on Yelp, gave them a call, and they were able to send Dmitri out to me within about an hour. I was initially a little worried that such a fast turnaround might come with a significant upcharge, but that was not the case at all. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, and everything was explained clearly and transparently. There were no surprises or questionable charges, which I really appreciated. Dmitri quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the problematic light switch with an upgraded switch design. He was professional, polite, kind, and even brought and wore shoe covers while working inside the home. He completed the entire repair in less than 30 minutes, and everything is now working properly. Excellent service, responsiveness, honesty, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Sine D and Dmitri to anyone looking for a reliable electrician. read more

Smart but greedy. Paid 69 for a free estimate which I never got. There are free estimates and there are non free estimates. Hard to tell which is which. Had issues with code compliance. Sent a youtube video on EV charging with dynamic load balancing. Completely useless. Looking to sell higher priced services. Beware of anonymous identities; they are usually looking to hide from some past troubles. read more

Reached out for a very simple, but physically tough job of adding constant power to some bathroom fans in a tight attic. Dennis responded and was not only one of the few business that clearly actually read my request (not just a generic "we do service! give phone number!" replies) but also actually looked up my fan model and sent over the wiring diagram to ask more in depth questions. The technician that showed up, Dmitry, did a great job and charged a price right in-line with what Dennis quoted me for. From contact to completion was a very quick 2 day turn around and the service was excellent. read more

My old outside outlet didn't have proper water-proof feature. One day it got shorted and triggered the breaker. Denis is responsive with inquiry and showed up the next morning. After being briefed about the situation, he was able to quickly access the problem methodologically. He confirmed it's only the outlet that got damaged while the wires remain intact. And he proceeded to replace the outlet with details taken care of. The entire experience was smooth and efficient. Not to mention his charge is very reasonable. Dmitrii and SineD did an excellent job with my issue. I had a Tesla EV Charger installed by another company a year and a half ago. It lost power 2 days ago. When I did a quick inspection, I could see there was some fire/heat damage at the junction box and the electrical wires were burnt through. I put a Yelp project request online on a Saturday morning. SinD responded instantly. I sent them a few pictures and they diagnosed the cause of the issue over the phone. The previously electrical company used Blue winged wire nuts which were unsuitable for a 60 amp breaker with a 48 amp car charger. They likely loosened up over time creating resistance and heat causing the damage. This was a very dangerous situation. SineD sent Dmitrii out that same Saturday afternoon and he had the issue repaired in a hour. They replaced the splice with UL-listed mechanical bolt-type splicing connectors rated for #6 AWG copper and 60A continuous load. They correctly used a torque wrench which insured that the connectors wouldn't come loose creating another dangerous situation. This is something the other electrical company should have done in their initial install. SineD took it a step further and opened the EV charger that was in an area away from the danger and torqued down the bolts in the charger according to the manufacture's specs to make sure there there were no resistance issues there. I'm really happy I went with SineD. They fixed my issue quickly, they charged me a really fair price and they knew exactly what the previous electrical company did wrong right away and what to do to repair it correctly. They also did a nice job writing up the details of the issue on their invoice so that I can go back to the original electrical company to get a refund. read more
