Dmitrii and SineD did an excellent job with my issue. I had a Tesla EV Charger installed by another company a year and a half ago. It lost power 2 days ago. When I did a quick inspection, I could see there was some fire/heat damage at the junction box and the electrical wires were burnt through. I put a Yelp project request online on a Saturday morning. SinD responded instantly. I sent them a few pictures and they diagnosed the cause of the issue over the phone. The previously electrical company used Blue winged wire nuts which were unsuitable for a 60 amp breaker with a 48 amp car charger. They likely loosened up over time creating resistance and heat causing the damage. This was a very dangerous situation. SineD sent Dmitrii out that same Saturday afternoon and he had the issue repaired in a hour. They replaced the splice with UL-listed mechanical bolt-type splicing connectors rated for #6 AWG copper and 60A continuous load. They correctly used a torque wrench which insured that the connectors wouldn't come loose creating another dangerous situation. This is something the other electrical company should have done in their initial install. SineD took it a step further and opened the EV charger that was in an area away from the danger and torqued down the bolts in the charger according to the manufacture's specs to make sure there there were no resistance issues there. I'm really happy I went with SineD. They fixed my issue quickly, they charged me a really fair price and they knew exactly what the previous electrical company did wrong right away and what to do to repair it correctly. They also did a nice job writing up the details of the issue on their invoice so that I can go back to the original electrical company to get a refund. read more
