We had them install a camera system for the outside of our house and our workshop which is next door. We also had him install a ring system for my elderly non-technical mother who lives next door. We had to make the ring system fool proof because of her lack of any technical skills - which he did. The cameras were a fairly complicated system including 2 dvrs - one for each property and he set it up so we can simultaneously view them on our phone or desktop. It is very useful since we run our business out of these 2 sites and set up deliveries and pick ups. One site had no wifi and he put a line of sight connection to enable both systems to be linked. They were thorough, professional and clear in their estimates and instructions and always available for questions. We would highly recommend them. read more

I have been a customer of C P Systems since 2010 and recommend them with the highest possible rating. Chris' expertise has saved me from many impossible situations. His knowledge is unbeatable - he has both logical and intuitive understanding of all the things that have needed fixing on my several computers - laptop and desktop. Originally, I lived in the Danbury area, but in the past several years have been living in New York City and Eastern Connecticut and have maintained C P Systems as my "tech guy." Chris has set up new home offices for me in both locations and has made several trips to maintain them. The best news for me, however, is that almost everything that I have needed to have done, he is able to do remotely. An added plus is that he is pleasant to work with. Welcome to a NIGHTMARE! Chis is a personable seemingly knowledgeable man. However, I have had major problems with his solutions to my television component work. He took me from several remotes to just one, which I paid for. He also added a DVD player, which works just fine. There have been numerous problems with television picture and sound. Blank screens, jumping picture, inability to record shows and no sound are just a few. Chris has been to my place many times and I paid for all but one of those. That one he didn't charge me for. My out of pocket has been out of reality. This has cost me plenty. Yet, the problems continued to happen. He claimed it was Charter/Spectrum's fault and I changed their box twice. But the problems from his remote that was to control everything continued. It has been a NIGHTMARE! I finally asked him to come and put my system back to the way it was before he messed with it and he refused to come and do that and said that he had done all he could.
