Amazing service! As good as it gets! Friday night was like…read moreany other night until I decided, hey my screen protector is getting pretty cracked on my phone. I think it's time to change it and put a new one on. As I was sitting there trying to pry what I thought was my old screen protector off, my whole phone screen came peeling up, screen turned a rainbow of colors and stopped working! To my horror, I realized that I did not have a screen protector on and that I had just attempted to rip the actual screen off. I quickly panicked as one would do when ruining their iphone and quickly got in the car to head to the Apple Store at the Danbury Mall. I walked through the door thinking "oh my god, this is going to cost me $500 or possibly a new iphone. I can not afford this right now!" Walking in, I looked up and noticed that there was a Mobile Rescue store in front of me. My fiance suggested we go in and give it a try. I admit that I turned my nose up to the idea at first, but decided to give it a try. The second we walked in, a bright bubbly girl named Olivia welcomed us. I told her what had happened and said "oh no problem! We can have this fixed for you in 15 minutes!" I was shocked and did not know what to say. She said "Yes, we can fix this good as new and it will only cost you $80.00." I said yes, and left the store. We walked a couple laps around the mall, found this new furniture store which has actually been there for the past 5 years, ARHAUS,which I will write a separate review for, walked through there a couple times and headed back to Mobile Rescue. Tuzal, the tech was just finishing my phone repair when we walked in. My phone was better than it was to begin with! He then put an actual screen protector on my phone for free and we went on our merry way. That was such an amazing experience, and I recommend that if you damage your phone in any way, instead of paying an arm and a leg to Apple, to head on over to Mobile Rescue to see Olivia and Tuzal. You will not be disappointed.

Initially, he thought it was the motherboard, which would have been an expensive repair. Instead, he took the computer apart - cleaned it up - did some other magic and bingo - working like new. He could have easily done an expensive repair and I would have been none the wiser. He was super friendly and even lent me a computer to use while mine was being repaired. That's what separates the fly-by-nights from businesses which have been around for 30+ years. I recently damaged my flatscreen 32" LED TV, which is only a year old. Rather than buy another new one, I figured I'd try getting this one repaired. I called Mcvey Electronics twice around lunchtime, got an answering machine both times, and didn't leave a message. He took the initiative to call me back anyway, seeing that I had called, to see if he could help me with anything. Try getting Walmart or another big business to call you back. That shows quality, personable service. I spoke with the gentleman regarding the problem with my TV and explained that there was an impact strike beneath the LED screen. He was honest and up front, explaining that I could buy a new TV for around the same price it'd cost to repair this one. He could've attempted to repair it and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead he chose to give me honest advice - and probably cost himself a repair job in the meantime. I am an electronics and radio enthusiast. I'll use Mcvey Electronics for any repair work that I ever need done, simply because his response time was fast and because he had the integrity to save me from a costly repair.
