In an Amazon - Costco - Best Buy world, it's rare to find an 80-year old local TV store in the same…read morelocation, whose service and installation exceeds the quality of the best TV's; and more amazing that they match the big retailer TV prices. But it's our good fortune to have the multi-generation owned Cos Cob TV & Audio that has been meeting this standard in our area even before my first happy experience with them 30-years ago. The store has expanded from its initial analog TV repair to major home TV theater, security systems and other large smart home projects. They also bring all this to the small residential projects like mine, which is also rare. When I first moved to Cos Cob, the original owner recommended an analog SONY Trinitron VEGA TV whose picture tube still works, but digital has passed it by. I've since bought two smart TVs from them, the latest needing a complex wall installation requiring cable concealment. From setting up the initial site inspection with Joe at the store, to Conner's perfect installation, which is separately charged, they are great to work with. I also wanted to redesign my "too little work space" 4' x 2' home office desk and install Ergotron arms for my computer displays. Their other tech, Jason, expertly took on the home office project, drilling the needed desk grommets, installing the Ergotrons and concealing the cables, giving me needed room to work. I can't recommend them highly enough

Just a fantastic experience working with Marc and Chris. Wanted a complete upgrade to my car stereo…read morespeakers and the addition of a couple subs. Marc walked me through several different options and gave his advice after learning what specifically I was looking to accomplish. I followed his advice and couldn't be happier with the result. He booked the job for only 3 business days later and was able to complete the entire job in just under a full day. Other places I looked into were booking 3-4 weeks out and suggested my install would take at least 2 days. Not only does the system sound incredible, but the price was very fair. Finally, the install itself is flawless. No evidence that any work was done at all and everything works exactly as it did...only the sound is incredible. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be back for all of my future car audio needs. Truly a 5 star experience.

They arrived and assessed the job. I had already installed the wall mount and attached the flat screen TV. All they needed to do was install the soundbar. They contacted us urgently looking for six NetGear access points because they were unable to obtain them through their normal channels. We located and reserved the units for them. They requested a price below our cost, which we declined, and they placed an order for two units. Due to a fulfillment error, we mistakenly shipped six units instead of two. When we discovered the mistake, we immediately requested the return of the four additional units and offered to cover the return shipping. Hudson Home Media refused to return the units and refused to pay for them, stating that they considered them "unsolicited merchandise" rather than a shipment error. They also stated they would not pay because they believed we should have sold the original units at a lower price. Based on our experience, Hudson Valley Home Media can't be trusted.
