Such a great spot in the Battery!! I have been to this spot a couple times- before a Braves game and a weekday lunch (I work in the area)! And after both, I think this is the perfect spot for a nice dinner on a non game-day weekend or quick meal before a game. It is definitely a slower restaurant that expects their guests to enjoy the meal and take their time. We struggled with that, when we had to get back to work and were close on time. The Chicken salad with Cajun seasoning was delicious, and I love their cocktails!! Definitely a great spot to try if you haven't been! In the heart of the Battery.

I had a truly pleasant business lunch here yesterday. We made reservations. The restaurant was not that crowded and everything was so very kind and accommodating from the hostess to the bartender to those providing service. Our waitress, Gabi, was so sweet. She served us with excellence. This spot is in a great location--just near the main entrance of the ballpark and parking in the Red Deck is best. I started with the Crab Rangoons. Honestly, they were not the best I've ever had and they are really the reason I gave the restaurant 4 instead of 5 stars. They were served a little cold and I really didn't like the sauce they came with. I've had better ones at a neighborhood Chinese takeaway. My entree, however, was superb. The salmon was cooked to perfection--I like a more well-done Salmon and this was it. The mashed potatoes were some of the best I've every had. They made them likely my Grandmother used to--they were truly creamed and silky in texture. I like that. They have some the best Brussels I've had in Truist. Yardhouse across the way serves a spicier option that is just a little bit off-putting to me. I like a more savory, soften presentation and consistency of my Brussels, almost like we do cabbage in the South. We didn't have dessert. Great location! I'd like to sample more of their appetizers. It's perfect for a business lunch or date night. C. Ellets is quite elegant in and of itself. They do a great job!

This place is really nice. I came here last night with my husband after a Braves game. It was our first time here. He has been craving oysters and they had some for $5 each, so we ordered a few as an appetizer. He loved them. I was basic and got a shrimp po boy. My husband ordered a steak with spinach. His food was bomb. Mine was good too but his was definitely better. We didn't wait long at all to be seated. I also noticed the manager was really attentive, walking around and checking on tables. Our server was super nice too. I really liked the decor and the overall vibe. We would definitely come back.

If you follow me, you know I need my breakfast (brunch if it's the weekend). I stayed in Battery for all star weekend and wasn't sure I'd find brunch but I did, and it was jazzy!! Indoor and outdoor seating, you can also sit at the bar. They had live jazz playing inside (which i loooove) but it wasn't my vibe at the moment and it was a really nice day, so I opted to site outside which was super shady and cool. My server Chadwick was a pleasure! Brunch is until 3 but they stop allowing you to order brunch items by 1:45. Limited in brunch option but there are a la cart items. I ordered the Wagyu steak and a side of eggs. It was so juicy and just wanted I wanted! Was dying to try their bacon shrimp and grits but they only have one portion size and I just wanted a taste lol. With that a 2 glasses of Prosecco, my bill came out to $80. Note! If you're with a group, they do NOT split the check more than 2 ways. So know who's picking up the check! Definitely not bad for a steak house. I would visit again!

A friend of mine invited me to this restaurant. They ordered oysters and they were $5 each. I had the Grouper and it was crispy ands delicious. The spinach was very well cooked and you could taste the greens. The sauce or the juice was an added bonus. Definitely a great meal. The service and ambiance was very good and very professional. The restaurant was nicely decorated. The only reason I gave it a 4 star it is due to the prices but what can you expect when you are next to the stadium.

The Valentines Day brunch was great. The food never missed at C. Ellet's. I was with a group of 4 including a 4 year old who enjoyed every bite. The portions are well and the wait staff, Hannah, was excellent

We had dinner there New Year's Eve. It was very festive as he had jazz, musicians play, and decorations all around the restaurant. Staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our meal. We shared a Caesar salad dressing very light, lettuce, crisp and fresh. Also grilled oysters had a little bit more breading to my liking, but we're really good overall. I also really enjoyed my filet mignon Oscar style dish asked for it to be medium rare and it was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. We also ordered two sides side of broccoli and a side of mashed potatoes, which were both very well prepared. I would go back.

Apple Cobbler was ok, but I'd try something else next time.

After a year in Atlanta we finally made it to a Braves game (playing my home town Padres) and while I kick myself in the butt for not eating anything at the park, our desire to avoid traffic and my need to eat sent us packing to C. Ellet's for a leisurely dinner. My overall perspective is that our service and food was much better than the reviews would have led me to believe in advance. Started off with cocktails me with a Juno (cachaça, strawberry-mint syrup, benedictine, lime, peychauds) and and my wife a Self Care (rye, matcha, mint, rhubarb, velvet falernum, demerara) and while both were good, my vote goes for the Self Care. Kicked off the food fest with Crab Ragoons that were good and served with a sweet/tangy dipping sauce that found it's way onto just about everything else we ordered at one time or another. We shared the Bevette Black Angus and that was a good call as we had two more items coming our way! We are Onion Ring fanatics and have had more than our share around the country. Yes, the generously sized Vidalia Rings inside a beautifully textured are equally generous crispy breading on the outside, and soft and lusciously delightful inside were to die for! These are not to be missed; if they are on the menu, just get the damn things! We finished things off with the Apple Cobbler and frankly it was average at best. Came with a scoop of nice ice cream but the cobbler was warm at best and the bread/crust was lackluster and uninspiring to me. Unfortunately, I suggest trying something else for a dessert. Overall we had excellent service from everyone we came in contact with and our server (Ilene(?)) was the bomb and certainly a reason to go back. Everything we had was worthy of return trip other than the cobbler (but there are many options left!).

Right in front of the braves sign. Their food is good never misses. They serve the best burger! We sat at the bar and the service was okay nothing too special. Had to ask for my water to be refilled a lot which I personally don't love. Ambiance is great too they had espn playing

Food was fantastic! Oysters were top notch (I recommend the pink moon for they have them) Ribeye steak has great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Staff at the bar were very friendly and everyone works as a team with high energy! Alex at the bar was super nice and on top of everything all with a smile. I didn't drink, but the cocktails looked fun and amazing. Nice all around vibe. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be back.

Ambiance is very clean and refreshing. Almost has an art-deco vibe. Loved the live music Jazz Brunch! My good was amazing. Oysters were flavorfull and the toast was buttered and soft! My steak Benedict stole the show with the creamy haloneise sauce and crispy fried onions brought out a nice flavor! I will definitely be back for jazz brunch on the weekend.

Tried oysters for the first time, yum! The frosè was great. Went for the 16 oz , should have done the 10 oz. I wanted a burger to go but bc it was game day that want an option oh well maybe next time .

Overall, it was a really good experience with plenty of flavorful food and great service. We ordered three different boil bags: one with shrimp, another with Dungeness crab and mussels, and a third with shrimp and lobster tail. On top of that, we also ordered regular calamari, Cajun calamari, fried okra, 12-piece lemon pepper wings, and steamed oysters. Most of the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The boil bags were definitely the highlight. The shrimp, crab, and lobster were cooked well, and the seasoning on the boils was great. The calamari, wings, and fried okra were also solid and perfect for sharing. The only major disappointment was the oysters. Unfortunately, they were some of the worst oysters I've had. They were barely steamed and almost felt raw, and the seasoning mixture on top was not good at all. We ended up sending them back, and they were removed from our bill, which I appreciated. For drinks, I ordered a strawberry cocktail that usually comes with Ketel One vodka, but we asked for Tito's instead. After drinking it, I'm not completely sure the switch was actually made, and it also wasn't listed on the receipt. What really stood out was the service. Our server was very kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. The food came out in a timely manner, and everything was served hot. For all the food we ordered, the total came out to a little over $150, which felt very reasonable considering the amount of food. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. I just won't be ordering the oysters next time, and I wouldn't recommend them. We had to make a fast decision if we would leave or stay, but since it was Friday We honestly considered leaving, but we were starving and didn't feel like going somewhere else, so we stayed. However, after that, we were really surprised that there was very little follow-up from the manager, no effort from management the attempt to recover the experience. Our server, Skye, was very apologetic and did what she could, but overall the customer service from management was extremely disappointing. At Pappadeaux's price point, finding a bug in your food is already unacceptable, but the lack of proper service recovery made it worse. This should have been handled very differently, and quite frankly, the entire meal should have been compensated. What happened to making sure guests actually have a good dining experience? We chose not to escalate things in the moment, but I can say confidently that I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage others to double-check their food.

Unfortunately, the discomfort continued after we were seated, as our table for two was positioned near the entrance, and we were repeatedly subjected to cold drafts throughout our meal. To add insult to injury, I ask the server, a black lady who looked like she was a recovering crack addict, what sides would be a good choice with the lump crab cake? I was simply directed back to the menu. I ordered one lump crab cake with two sides. However, when the plate was delivered, she told me that an extra crab cake had been added. This significantly increased the cost of the dish to nearly $80. I did not request an additional crab cake and was surprised by the charge. 2oz. of red wine served in a Bordeaux glass at a cost of $25.00, LOL. This is to be expected, but not serving an extra crab cake to inflate the bill. Overall, our bill exceeded $200, which was especially disappointing given the service issues and overall experience. I had much higher expectations for a New Year's Eve dinner; however, that extra charge was taken care of in the tip. Thanks Ms. Disingenuous! Maybe your service will be better going forward. We had reservations and were quickly seated after being greeted. The restaurant itself was quite intimate, offering only a few tables that were laid out in a manner that had us all quite close. But it worked! Since we had our son with us, they already had a high chair ready for us but he slept through the entire dinner, which also shows how peaceful it actually was in there. I started with a glass of chianti and it paired perfectly with the complimentary starter bread. That focaccia was so fresh! The crust had a great crunch but it was still soft and fluffy inside. If not for the amazing food, then for the equally amazing hospitality! Thank you Bones for a wonderful birthday! Note: Complimentary valet parking ONLY. We asked the valet person if we could just park the car but we weren't allowed to. Bring some cash for a tip.
