The guys that delivered and set it up were very good, pleasant and efficient. The last time I bought an appliance from a big box store, the man who delivered it gave me a hard time because he had to switch the door of the washer from the right to the left which the store knew it needed to do. Erik, helped get my generator running and hooked up, and an hour after that I had an estimate and repair plan in hand.
