One person set up an appointment and NEVER showed up, never called back or anything until three days later. Another person couldn't because they were leaving for vacation. Growth guru responded in three minutes, came by in twenty minutes. Totally went UP HILL from there... he walked our property, he took pictures and lastly and totally unexpected is that he said he'd email me our quote and it was just done so professionally; company letter head, itemized from tip to tail regarding the work to be completed and cost. When he arrived, he already knew what was the issue and he guessed it was the solenoid that wasn't receiving signal. He switched the solenoid from another station to check if his guess was correct, and it turns out that was the issue. He even went to Home Depot to get all the materials and came the next day to fix the issue. No extra cost for that! I highly recommend him since he is very good at responding to messages and always try to address the issue the same day. When he reached out to my request, I was hesitant since there were no reviews, but you never know unless you give them a chance. There are other businesses which may charge more, but he is very flexible with the price. I didn't negotiate the price since he found the cause of the issue immediately and you should appreciate that first. He said he also does electrical work, so I will reach out to him again for help with some electrical work. Hire him, you won't regret!

Contractor cut our previous installed drip system pipes and not fixed it, new pipes installed are not concealed, concrete has cracks and not sealed. Despite our efforts to contact him, we have not heard back from him for the past three weeks about coming back to finish the pending work.
