It took me forever to find someone to help me troubleshoot and fix our sprinkler system! (I tried really hard and think I made it worse) But I'm glad I was finally able to find Xavier and Maria! They were able to determine the parts and valves needed just by talking on the phone and sending them a few pictures..... I much appreciate their expertise, especially with COVID. Quick response and great communication. Showed up on time and got the job done. MOREOVER, Marie followed up after a few days to make sure everything is working correctly. Happy lawn, happy homeowner. Thank you! read more

They started out like they were the best ever. Then I realized that my front lawn looked beautiful but my back lawn was still not being kept up on. Even though I paid them to clean it up initially. Then I realized that the wife drives by the properties and only looks at the front. After I complained about the weeds, broken sprinklers and over all disarray of my back yard more than once, they never communicated with me again and now I'm left with a mess. I was told someone would be at my house today between 830-930. They never showed, never messaged, never responded to my message. I was clear I had to get this done. My house is on the market and inspectors are coming! Really unkind thing to do read more

We hired them for a commercial building we don't get to see often. They have been charging us for months and not coming to service the property. Beware of this scam!!! read more

We hired them to trim bushes and mow. Pull weeds. They left the weeds, mowed grass too short killing it, butchered the bushes. They mowed weeds in back yard and did not bother to rake up just left them and did not pull weeds in planter boxes. read more

Had them come out and do a initial trim on the yard, completely butchered the the trees and plants. Did not pull weeds or spray for weeds like promised initially. On the follow up visits which I did give them a chance to see how the maintenance goes the guy that came out did nothing in the yard besides blow leaves around and sprayed my rock everywhere with his weed wacker hitting my windows and cars. At that point I was done told the guy to leave and never come back. Tried emailing and calling to cancel the service but could not get a response. They keep sending me invoices for services that they are not performing. read more

It was nice while it lasted. They were consistently coming in bi-weekly to take care of our lawns. They were great and gave excellent business, until they one day stopped. They slowly started to show up less and less or never at all. We had to text them to let then know that they have skipped their service for 3 weeks and then they'll show up. They started showing up bi-weekly once again, until April of this year. They showed up just once and ghosted us once again. We gave them another chance to redeem themselves, but they failed us once again and not show up at all throughout the rest of April. We decided to let them go and look for another business elsewhere as they weren't reliable and the service becomes subpar. We had let them know about this and what we felt about their service and professionalism and all they could afford to say is "ok thank you for letting us know." Glad we had severed ties with this business and looked for much better one that had so far been really awesome. read more

F&M landscaping is amazing! They are always on time, professional and provide quality reliable service

New update........... have a lot I want to say. But let's just say they did 2 jobs for me 2 to many... both jobs the final outcome very amateur and unprofessional. Sorry but the truth.. read more

Very efficient and very professional did a great job and would recommend them to all my friends and family

Found this company thru yelp. Needed a yard cleanup and pruning done. Also inquired about weekly yard service. Maria came out quickly and gave me an estimate. Great communication. Today they pruned and cleanup my front and backyard. It looks fantastic. Did more than expected and made the yards look great. I will be using them for yard service bimonthly. Highly recommended F&M landscaping. read more

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional! They said they would go out to my house and then ghosted me. Not only did they NOT show up, but they didn't even have the decency to respond to my messages! Pick someone else, or you might get stood up too! I'll attach a picture of the conversation for reference. read more

F & M Landscaping - Landscaping Near Me

Great company to work with. I work in Real Estate and one thing people don't typically check is their sprinkler systems. From the start, Marilu was very responsive and had excellent communication. She helped me understand what was wrong or could be optimized with my system. She gave options and helped me understand the costs of doing different things. Xavier and his crew were excellent, they did what the promised, and worked hard until the job was complete. I would highly recommend F&M Landscaping. They also have a bi-monthly service which I was happy to sign up for. Great people, excellent communication and now my preferred landscaping company. =) read more

They never showed up to perform the work! After several communication and a time and date was given they never showed up.

F & M said he'd do the job 3 weeks ago but never set a date and then just dropped me without a professional response. I would have appreciated an honest answer instead of them saying yes they would do the job and then not letting me know. Not professional ! ! ZERO STAR read more

F and M landscaping are really professional. They show up on time and do a great job. We've been using them to help with our yard work and maintenance for about 2 months now. They always clean up really well and do a pristine job. They even helped us with setting the timer on our lawn sprinklers since we didn't know how to use it very well. They are communicative and easy to reach. They even made some recommendations for some broken sprinklers in our yard and offered to fix it for a very reasonable price. They do a professional and great job and don't try to rip you off on price. We are quite happy to have found them and will continue to use them and recommend their services in the future to anyone who needs gardening or landscaping services. read more

Second time I have used this company and they again exceeded my expectations. Their price was fair and they completed all the work in one day...alley clean up, removal of stubborn morning glory overgrowth, prune 4 crepe myrtles, dug up lawn, prepared ground and replaced with river rock, prepared 4 planters with weed control plastic & humus topping, planted beautiful succulents, tapped off irrigation valve, new gate and new fence to hide pool equipment. Did an excellent job! Maria is knowledgeable, organized, professional & kind. The crew was hard working, knowledgeable, organized, respectful & they cleaned up perfectly after the work was complete. Highly recommended! read more

Maria was great and easy to work with. She arrived on time for the estimate and the team showed up on time to start the day. The yard was quite embarrassing and was a lot of work to keep up with the weeds. So we decided to go xeriscape. So much easier for our busy schedules. Thank you Maria and team! read more

Called to have some irrigation issues addressed. The person who came out was very nice and was supposed to get back to me with a quote. Weeks later, I never heard back from them. What frustrating is I rearranged my schedule to meet them and that cost me money. To not ever hear back from them was frustrating. I was forced to go to another company who handled the issue the next day. read more

WOW F&M just finished my yard and WOW they did an amazing job. Maria was very open honest and communicative. She explained everything very well and answered questions before I had a chance to ask. I was told the job would take about 4 hours they were done in 1.5. I was given a very reasonable price whereas others had quoted me upward of 1500 and all I had were bushes that needed to be trimmed down. I would definitely recommend using them. read more

It was a great pleasure to work with Maria, they are very into details starting from offering the quote, with items and stages clearly listed out and always check in with me once they've done one days work before leaving. They did a great job at my back yard, I will definitely recommend them. read more

F & M Landscaping did a great job on my yard it was a complete jungle! I called for a quote and they responded back very quickly, they were able to knock out my 2,000 sq ft+ property in a single day. I look forward to doing business with them again and will be refering them. read more

Found F&M through yelp, made an appointment for a weekday afternoon. Took off work early to meet them there within their hour window (3:30 - 4:30). Waited until 4:45 with no one showing up, or message telling me that they were running late. Called them and was told they would check with the person that was supposed to come out and call me back. No call back, no further communication that day. Messaged them on Yelp, no response. They have great reviews, so maybe I caught them at a bad time, but they didn't work out for me. read more

Was prompt and timely to estimate appointment. Decided to do ourselves. Maria was very kind and thorough with questions.

Maria came out to provide us with a free quote for yard work we needed. She was on time, knowledgeable, and very professional. The quote provided was extremely competitive and included everything we needed. Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts we were unable to take advantage of their services. I will keep them in mind for our next project and look forward to doing business with them. read more

We needed both our front and back yards landscaped as they were a total mess. Maria responded to us quickly and was able to come out and give us a quote. They did an amazing job transforming both our front and back yards. They look so good, I still can't believe it. They took what were literal piles of dirt and made it beautiful. When we had an issue with a sprinkler they installed, they came out to fix it. They keep you up to date on everything they are doing, and make sure you're happy with the progress before the proceed. Very happy with the work they did. read more

Thanks for the hard work and dedication to the job. The crew pulled out old bark, rocks, and layer of dirt. They placed flagstone and a Rosa path find type rock. The yard is clean and kid friendly. Many thanks read more

F & M were admittedly a little late but they get 5 Stars from me anyways for superb work. After showing them my irrigation issues around the property they immediately got to work. After a half hour of diagnosing the issues they showed me each and every problem area, explained what was wrong, and explained how they would fix it. Within a few hours they made problems I'd been dealing with for months go away. I would absolutely hire them again for irrigation/sprinklers/leaks work. Thanks F & M! read more

I reached out to request an estimate for a landscaping project I needed completed. Initially, I was told that an estimator would be coming by and that I was scheduled for 11a. I then reached out to confirm timing the day of the appt and was told someone would come by at 5pm, which was fine. 5pm came and went without any follow up or call to cancel or request a new time. This is very poor customer service. And to still have no follow up after 48hrs of missing a time they set is ridiculous. If this is how the estimating process works, I shudder to think what the actual work quality is. Very disappointing. read more

I needed a clean up of my two patio gardens and F&M did a great job. Maria was very responsive and F&M has great customer service.

I would recommend F&M landscape they did a gras installation for me and its been over 6 months already and the grass still looks amazing i get to enjoy seen my kids play on it and everything thanks F&M landscape read more

Constantly showed up late, and at times, not at all. Forgot to turn off sprinkler system. They set my sprinkler system up for way more water than needed and subsequently caused a huge water bill ($800). Highly unsatisfied and would recommend to stay away. Editing my review to provide a response back to Maria and Xavier. The water is billed bi-monthly, so this is a reflection of their recommendations. A recommendation of watering 45 minutes per day, now that I know, is highly irresponsible and highly costly, and frankly, unnecessary. Certainly not an expert in irrigation. read more

Reached out about a leaky pipe and sprinkler problem have at my house. Set up an appointment for this company to come out. Sent them my address and information at their request. I even tried to confirm the night before the appointment, but no response and no one showed up for the appointment. I'm sure everyone's busy, but I would expect a professional business to show up when a time is agreed-upon or at least be responsive if there is a need to reschedule. Neither happened in my case.
