I ordered a steak tip works sub from Sterling C&M on Friday at around 10:45 and asked for a 12:00 PM delivery. I get a call around 11:20 asking if 12:20 drop off would be ok. I declined, my lunch is 12-12:30. I asked to cancel the order and to refund the money into my account. Here it is, the following Monday. Still no refund. I reached out, and the kid who answered the phone told me the owner would reach out to me. Just heard back from the owner. Solid guy, and took responsibility. I work down the street and came here for the first time today. It's obvious why no one at work mentions this place. I ordered a Tuna Wrap online and got a behemoth of a gross looking large sub. Their debit card reader was down due to a power surge. I called in an order but I was NOT notified that the debit card reader was not working. When I picked up order they could not process card. I had no cash since paying cash at recycling center earlier. Amanda was contacted by cashier. Amanda said that we can not process card "just give her the pizza". I offered to send my hubby back to pay w cash and I was told by BOTH the cashier and pizza chef "don't worry about it, just take the pizza it's ok". So, ok I took the pizza. There not being too much around Sterling this option provides a pretty good place for pizza and American Cuisine. Near downtown Sterling it opens pretty late Sunday too which is good for me since I work near by. Based on my experience, pizza by the slice is not a good option although only 7 bucks 2 slices and a drink of your choice. The chicken parm spaghetti and salad (more salad and less cucumbers and peppers) IMO next time are great and are worth the 7-10 bucks. Having someone answer the phone to say an hour before they close that they are already closed and then being hung up on is a quick way to lose business, especially when there is health concern about an order that was made incorrectly that could have toxic ramifications to a toddler is unacceptable. Do not order from C&M pizza! They do not have enough staff to deliver. When you call, they just say, they only have one driver. Leominster is huge......they charge you for everything. Every little additional thing - money, money, money....but as a customer...you are left waiting for 2 pizza's over 1.5hrs. How do you run a business this way? When this place opened, we were excited to try a new pizza place in town. Unfortunately, I've gotten sick from their food not once, but twice. The last time I ordered a pizza that was half pepper and onion, and half bacon tomato. My husband ate the pepper and onion and had no problems- my sister and I had the bacon tomato pieces. I wake up at 3 am not feeling well only to see my sister is up at the same time with a stomach ache as well. We both felt sick the entire next day. They clearly don't store their food at the right temp or leave pre cooked toppings in the fridge too long. Village pizza is the better option in town. Today stopped in to place an order and literally was treated like a homeless person by the girl with purple hair. Too busy looking at her phone to even bother helping a customer. Service is incredibly slow. They fail to operate their business in a sense that bodes well for call ins. Could be on hold for 1 or 10 minutes. Besides that, the food is good. But If you don't wanna jump through hoops to get some take out just stroll on down to village down the road read more

Our order was delivered in a timely manner (30 min) on a Friday night. The pizzas were delicious and hot, as we've come to experience. I was very dismayed when the delivery person handed me the pizzas and was not wearing a mask. Given the times in which we live currently, I feel STRONGLY that all delivery ppl wear secure- fitting masks, as money is usually exchanged. That process required that we be closer than 6 ft. I also believe that owners/managers must assume the responsibility of directing and guiding all delivery ppl to wear masks while they are standing face-to-face with a customer. Did a delivery order mid-day on a Thursday. Everything was hot and fresh. Very nice delivery guy who tolerated our barking labs. Ordered toasted turkey club. Was great. It didn't have tomato or lettuce because I think I confused order with a very plain ham & chz sub. Anyway, it was good turkey, fresh onion and bacon. With American chz. Their rolls are really good. We tried C&M Pizza for a pick up order yesterday, and were delighted. They don't have a vegetarian pizza, but took my order for tomato, broccoli, and mushroom with extra sauce seriously. They opened a second location in Sterling , which is the location I tried . The fact that they cut the pizza in a square fashion wouldn't matter if it were good , but the fact that the pizza sucked that badly and was cut funny only compounded the fact . A bunch of high school kids making really gross food . A 250 year old building that is 120 degrees or -20 degrees depending on the season . Never again ! read more

A few friends and i stopped in for a late lunch and one of the staff members was quite rude. when we asked to pull a chair over she snapped at us and told us no because she was decorating for christmas and no one was allowed to eat inside, which she easily could've done after hours so no customers we're disturbed and people could actually eat in the restaurant. The Pizza was so friggin good I called back there to see who made it and it was Sarah! Apparently she works the day shift and I was lucky enough to stumble in. We stopped into C & M pizza in Sterling today for the first time on our way home from an appointment. My son had a meatball sub (his "go to" so he knows them all) and he said it was great! I had a roast beef sub and it was made perfectly. Now, some may say how do you screw up a sub. Well, unfortunately many places do. They slather with mayo, don't have fresh veggies, skimpy with the meats and cheeses but not C&M. It was great! The staff was friendly, the place was clean (we ate there).
