Very rude. Would not listen to what I wanted done, dead skin taken off and shape. Told me over and over "I do it". When he went to put the polish on I had dead skin hanging off my cuticles still and shape was not what I asked for so I stopped him from continuing. They drilled the top of our nails, and the bowl I soaked my fingers in didn't have soap, but did have a piece of dead skin floating in it that I'm not sure was mine. read more

I would never go back to this place . He cut them in a shape that I didn't want them said he would fix it but only out packed on acrylic powder to make them look bigger than he cut them . Never washed my fucking hands . He was in a rush even tho I was the only person in the salon . Wouldn't let me have time to pick a color . I went here yesterday and got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. I'm really not that pleased with how they were done. My wait time was not terrible considering how busy they were when I arrived, but my manicure was rushed and sloppy. The tech who filed my nails was very rough with my cuticles and tore them several times. I was literally bleeding within the first 30 seconds of sitting in the chair. Their sanitation practices for their tools seemed subpar to me as well. The tech who finished my nails rushed the job and didn't clean up any of the nail glue or built-up acrylic under and around my nails. The nails themselves look okay (except for underneath), but my cuticles look terrible now and they're very sore. The staff was also not very friendly. Sooo disappointed! In town for business and scheduled pedicure appointments for after work. We were treated as "afterthoughts" and scolded when we asked for our toe polish to be finished properly. We were sent away with "oiled" toes and told to put our socks and shoes on. Concerned about ruining the polish, we were rushed out and assured they were dry. We pulled off our socks and shoes back at the hotel and were met with expensive disappointment. Now we have to pay for a polish change to repair the damage upon our return home. Would NOT advise this place. It was cluttered with stuff, the carpet was dirty, no flip flops provided, the leg massages were rushed - even though we paid for the deluxe spa pedi. He charged me $30 for acrylic nail removal!!!! If i could rate lower i would! This is by far the worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a simple acrylic removal and ended up sitting there for over an hour, while he pried and ripped my nails off. I am never a person to say anything, but i asked him if there was anything we could soak them in, and he told me no unless i was going to pay more that he would not do it. It was a really painful experience, he was super rude and ripped several nails from my nail beds. read more

This is hard for me to write because this is the best nail salon for a gel mani I have ever been to! My nails look the best and last forever. But today I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I had a gift certificate my husband got me for valentines day. I didn't need my nails done around that time so I was going to save it for a bit. Well covid hit and the salon closed for over 3 months. I finally felt safe enough to get my nails done today and they would NOT take my gift certificate because it was expired. I was seriously shocked.... Really? So I was calling around to find a place that had time for a (Fill), I did have a nail broke in half and the rest were a little grown out, after making my appointment and getting there they asked what I was getting and I said a fill and pink I wanted all hot pink & clouds on each nail, he was also doing my nails & a pedicure and another set of nails at the same time, which is fine but 1 I was only there for a fill, and it took over and hour & half just for one of the nails to break within 2 hours, they feel so cheap, even though the guy charged me $75. I finally found a place to get my pedicures!!! I have had great experiences every time I go! They always get me in even when I don't have an appointment. My feet and legs feel like heaven when I leave!!! I love the designs on my toes and the jewels on my big toes stay on until my next appointment. They are very clean and I don't worry about getting any weird fungus. I also love the hot stones and sugar scrub massage. C & K nails is the only place I trust to work with my nails!!!! read more

I no longer live in tri-cities but I was recently in town and had a broken nail and needed a fill so here I went. Walking in I was greeted, everyone that worked there was really friendly. They told me to pick a color so I started scanning the display wall of nail polish then a lady tells me "No pick off of this" she was holding one of those wheel things with all the example polish on. ? OK. I thought maybe the wall of polish was just for display? Anyway there were three people working and one other customer. The man working decided he wanted to do both mine, and the other girls nails at the same time. So he kept going back and forth back and forth while the other two employees sat there. *now I'm annoyed because it's taking twice as long. My husband is doing circles in the parking lot to keeping our twins from crying hahaha* When they go grab the polish I notice it's Gel which at this point I don't care because gel dries faster and I just wanted to get out of there BUT they didn't ask me if I wanted gel for an extra charge so that also annoyed me. I was waiting for one hand to dry so I handed the guy my credit card to run it, when I was all dry I got up to sign for my transaction and $40 FOR A FILL AND ONE BROKEN NAIL. On their board it says $20 for a fill. The man told me I was wrong said it was $35 for a fill and an extra $5 for gel. I didn't argue I just wanted to leave but out of the 100 nail salons in tri-cities, don't go here. Im all about yelp reviews, this place didn't get good reviews to begin with but I was in a hurry and thought what the hell. Bad decision. And. And. And. They made me bleed. Horrible!! I went in for acrylics with friends and she suggested shellac...I asked if she could do french tips and she just went right at it, not bothering to ask what I wanted! Barely spoke any English and couldn't understand what she was saying when she asked if I wanted a design. And then to top it all of I paid $35 to get something that looks like I did it myself!!! I can't belive there service here since the new owner took over this shop had completely gone downhill when it comes to customer service satisfaction. They don't fix or own up to anything they do wrong. I was a customer here for a year befor the new owner and almost 8 months after he took over and wow I will never recommend any person here. They fall off within the first few days, might get a week if your lucky. And if you want some special detail they won't even try unless it's simple. I used to love this place but it's a completely different environment with the new management that took over about 2 yeas ago now. Disappointment . read more

No stars for this place. I went in for a fill, an acrylic fill. They charged me $40 for an acrylic fill. Who charges $40 for an acrylic fill? No one in the 25 years I've had my nails done. I've never paid $40 for a full set. This place seems to be a racket. I would stay away, unless you want to pay $40 for an acrylic fill. There were no customers when I went in. One customer came in while I was there; she would not let them finish her nails as she was not happy with what they were doing. read more

I went in for a toe polish change and handed the guy my polish choice. He decided to switch my choice to gel polish which was much more expensive than the basic toe polish change. I did not appreciate the change without asking me. I had never had gel polish so was not sure what he had done until he told me the cost. They advertise $15 pedicures but there were no pedicures available for that price. My friend and I selected a $25 pedicure that included a hot stone massage. The woman who did my pedicure didn't know how to do the massage, she said the stones were too hot so she couldn't do the massage but still charged me $25. When I first moved back to Tricities I had gone to a few different places and absolutely had the worst luck. I work all the time with my hands and are constantly washing my hands. Other places polish would chip off very quickly and i would pay an arm and leg for just the gel polish! I am soooo happy i found this place! They are absolutely soo friendly and do such an amazing job! I can go a month with my gel on now (obviously grow out is a bit extreme) but my nails always look so amazing! My nails lool terrible, and instead of cutting my nails down and being charged i said i would keep the length. So i then get charged $5 extra dollars to "fix" my nails because they were weak but i had just gotten a full set 2 weeks ago. Over priced for a crappy job. I have nail polish on my hands. They don't deserve one star! STAY AWAY!!!!! I got a pedicure and during the hot stone massage I told the tech the stones felt too hot and he ignored me until him I could not stand it. I didn't notice at first that I had been burned until he started to use a scrub on my leg and peeled the blister that had formed. After I noticed and mentioned it to him he splashed the nasty basin water onto my wound!!! He still charged me the full amount with NO APOLOGY nothing oh maybe a bandaid. The next day I noticed that my toe was infected somehow, It started to puss. I tried to contact the owner on facebook and was unsuccessful. I wrote a review on his facebook page and then the page was deactivated immediately and then my review was deleted and I was blocked as im unable to see their page. With all this the pedicure was still crap itself for $40! There was bubbles in my gel polish and half my nail wasn't painted. Terrible customer service, just got back from a manicure a basic one at that no gel and it was 20 dollars, other places are normally around 12,not one to leave reviews that often but this place sucks. While my sister and I were sitting there we witnessed the owner talking on the phone to I would assume a customer and she had questions about her nails and he said I'm busy come in if you wanna talk and hung up on her. My manicure looks like garbage, I'm going to take off the color and redo them myself. I should have known when I sat down the girl next to me said I've been sitting for a hour and he's helping other people. I really liked the nail tech I had today. She did such a good job and was really patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. I changed what I wanted 3 or 4 times and she was totally on board with it. Everything looked really clean! Even though I walked in with no appt they got me in within 10 minutes (on a weekday morning, idk how it would be on the weekend). I definitely would recommend it! I'll be back to try that sick red gel polish next time :) read more

Since the original owner sold the building. There very slow an over booked. Took 2 hours or more for a pedicure. Only one real toe stylist. After getting my toes done he tells me he cant do style my big toe. That waw the whole point of me getting colored tip. I left very unsatisfied. My third time trying since new owners. This was my favorite salon but I went and had a pedi yesterday , so disappointed ! No foot massage at all and normally you are asked if you want a basic or deluxe pedi . I was never asked and I apparently was given the deluxe , I asked for normal polish and gave her the bottle I wanted , they used gel instead charged me $45 for a pedi that came with no foot massage ! Unbelievable. To top it off she cut my ankle right on the bone with the scraper , still hurts this morning and cut my toe nails way too short . I won't be back . read more

Quality ok (currently 2 hrs post fill). HOWEVER, I was charged for an entire set when all I received was a gel fill on top of my old acrylic. They didn't take off my old nail or put on any new, even though I scheduled my appointment for a new set. They tried to reason the extra cost by saying they filled the entire nail, not just the back. So that made it "a new set". I have been getting acrylics for 16 years. I know what the process is. Don't appreciate being taken like a fool. read more
