Just woah! I have passed by this place several times but finally had a chance to try it! Service was amazing and they made us feel very welcomed! I got my food to go since I was running late but even after letting things sit until lunchtime everything was incredible!! The vegan pozole tasted so traditional and came with all the fixings including tostadas. The torta was soft and very filling as well as very flavorful! This felt like a traditional Mexican place but vegan!! Would 100% come back again. There is plenty of space to sit and a public restroom available! Rating 100/10

Just because I need to try more items, I'll be giving a four and returning back at a later time. Service was patient and kind to me. and the overall restaurant was cute. It's not very busy right now but I'm sure it'll pick up

Decent option for vegan Mexican food in the area! The 3 taco plate is a little over $15. Fairly sodium-forward because it's plant based meat and flavors are all a little similar and one-dimensional, so definitely add the salsas and lime! Rice is pretty good, beans are a little salty too. They have a self-serve free chip station which I've never seen before and thought was very kind of the owners! Very kind owners, if for nothing else, check them out to support them!

After a friend recently texted me a photo of this newly opened plant based Mexican restaurant, I knew I had it visit it immediately. Upon arrived the restaurant, I liked that it had outdoor seating available. Once inside, hubby and I were warmly greeted by one of the restaurant owners and felt relaxed by upbeat and rhythmic music playing in the background. While I looked at the menu, hubby shared with the male restaurant owner that he had a nut allergy and the owner replied only the horchata contains peanuts. Hubby also asked about the sauces for their taquitos and the owner replied that the taquitos come with green sauce, red sauce, or pineapple salsa. After looking at the menu packet available at the restaurant counter, I ordered a vegan chicken quesadilla and a vegan fish taco while hubby ordered a vegan asada burrito. Our food arrive quickly and hubby was surprised by how large and filling the burrito was. Although hubby is vegetarian (and they had traditional cheese available to put in his burrito if he asked,) he said he preferred the BZ vegan asada burrito without any cheese over his regular Chipotle's sofritas burrito. My vegan quesadilla was large and flavorful especially accompanied by salsa, lettuce, guacamole, and vegan creama. The vegan fish taco was perfectly sized and I was surprised that dispute it having house made chipotle sauce, it didn't set my mouth on fire. As we finished our meal at the restaurant we promised to definitely visit again soon since it is conveniently located in the same shopping plaza as Trader Joe's and Vons we either eat a meal at the restaurant first then go grocery shopping or visa versa. It was our first time at this location. It is in a very cute plaza seems like close to downtown Redlands. It was really nice and clean inside, and the owner (I think he was the owner) Carlos was very friendly and welcoming. He was helpful with all questions I had about the menu as a first timer here. The food was amazing. We tried a couple different things and loved all of them so we couldn't pick a favorite lol. The horchata was delicious, followed by fish tacos and those were crisp, fresh, a bit tangy and spicy. The taco plate that comes with beans and rice is also very tasty( I picked asada, guisada, and al pastor). The quesobirria was also to die for, and you can't even tell it was made with jackfruit. The asada burrito was huge and filled with all kinds of goodness. As a vegan for me this was my favorite new place to eat. Thank you guys and we will come back for sure.

I've been eating here for a hot minute but I'm finally able to take a minute to leave a review! The Pozole and the Fish Taco are my fave! But that is not the only thing great on the menu! I'm just a creature of habit and those are what I love and want to order constantly what I've tried has been delicious so far :) The owner is amazing and the first time I came in she and her husband were there and it was slow so we could talk a bit about what inspired the opening of the shop etc. and it was the first time I'd ever been able to try Pozole because I'm vegetarian and it's amazing and now it's a huge comfort craving and this one is amazing highly recommend! And the everyone I've interacted with that works here has been so kind and will explain things if needed and the salsas are incredible as well! I order via DoorDash or come in to the shop :) The shop when I come in is usually quieter but I work remote so I come in at odd hours outside of dinner time. The shop is clean and the decor is warm, bright and beautiful :)

I ordered a burrito with asada meat and it was decent. It was filling, but it tasted a little bland. I will give this place another chance. I think they have quality food. Their service was very friendly and super fast for a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Inside they have a good amount of seating. I wouldn't go with a large party of 10 or more though. You would not be sitting together. It's a small place that has a lot to character. There are many things are their menu that I want to try like pozole and vegan horchata.

Eat Here Now! Wow!!!! New restaurant, 100% plant-based menu, and absolutely the most incredible food! We tried to get a bit of everything and there was not a single item that was not absolutely delicious! And even better was the kindness of the staff. After we ordered all our food, my dad asked us if we wanted chips and guac. The person taking our order (may be the owner) told us he thought we had enough food. In what world is a staff member so kind and honest that they let you know you're over ordering? We got the chips anyways, and ate nearly everything because it was that good, but that's the kind of business I want to come back to time and again to support! Wow is all I can say!

This place is a gem! First, the food: incredible! I've been waiting for a good vegan Mexican restaurant with seating and a bathroom. This place is so legit they even have pickled onions, salsas, and jalapeños that you serve yourself. The nachos are surprisingly good with asada. The tacos are great. And the ultimate challenge: the rice is bomb. Service, you order at the counter and the food comes quick. Very nice folks, family vibes. What else can you ask for?

    chile relleno burrito was delicious.

It's better than Pancho's in Manhattan Beach. I don't understand the reviews giving them a 1 star because of parking? Never had an issue with parking in the big lot. They have a Tesla supercharger in the parking structure just across from the train tracks that is great to use during a meal here. Veggie burrito is phenomenal. Their beans and rice are amazing. Fresh ingredients. Enchiladas are on point. We make it a habit to come here with extended family and everyone is always blown away and can't recall any Mexican restaurant that tops this one in terms of the food itself. Manuel's El Tepeyac in East LA maybe.... For the items we've had and continue to enjoy at Las Fuentes (burritos, enchiladas, combination plates, (kids love their Horchata), this is a win every time. COCKROACH Believe me!…read more Never thought it would happen to me. First, the host took long and never brought the menu. The waiter brought it, okay. The host brought the tortilla chips. I found a hair in the chips. It was underneath some chips and the rest sticking out. Okay, a hair, asked for new chips from the host since he was passing by and brought the first. I asked for some fresh ones and told him there was a hair in it. Didn't say anything but looked at the chips to see what I was talking about. I got through part of my burrito and felt something oddly crunchy. I was like, wtf, I took it out of my mouth and it was dark and flaky. Part of it looked red and part just too dark. Since I saw what was reddish, I thought it was a roasted pepper , that didn't seem right though. I thought I was a pepper, kept eating. Had some a third of the burrito left and was getting ready to ask for a box. As the waiter was passing, I started looking at the crunchy thing I took out of my mouth and took a closer look. It became more apparent that it was a ROACH . Yes, I unfortunately ate part of it if not most of it. I had been there a few times and never had an issue. I was still in disbelief but asked him what it was. I placed it in his hand. He said it looked like shrimp, that it turns dark when it's cooked, but it still shouldn't be there he said. I was just tripping on it and was like, no, but then was like it has to be. What else could it be? There's no way shrimp gets like that, I don't eat shrimp. I don't know what it turns out looking like... They didn't charge me for the meal. Marco's first reaction though when I told him was like ugh, you're going to put me through this and went off looking back at me. Yes, I put him through it. His service was mediocre but still gave him a decent tip. You tell me what it looks like. I was nauseous and disgusted all night and to this day. UNBELIEVABLE!

I had to hunt them down to request the guacamole then when we asked for the check the bus boy brought it.
