I was passed to the manager who handled the situation in the most unprofessional way. I explained the issue to him, and he insisted that my torta today had the same amount of meat, beans, and cheese as always. I disagreed with him, and he responded angrily, "Everybody makes mistakes!" He raised his voice and repeated it a couple of times. It was completely bizarre that he chose to speak to me as if I was the one who'd done something wrong. It's very childish to do a subpar job and then get upset and frustrated when you're called on it. An adult apologizes and pledges to not blow it again. Anyhow, I don't tolerate disrespectful people so I'm done. I won't spend another penny there.

His service was mediocre but still gave him a decent tip. You tell me what it looks like. I was nauseous and disgusted all night and to this day. UNBELIEVABLE!

When we came today, we watched an employee wipe down all of the outside tables using the same rag. At one point she unfolded/extended the rag and it was literally black from how dirty it was. Seeing that same rag being used from table to table honestly made us uncomfortable and didn't seem hygienic at all. We like coming here, so hopefully they can pay a little more attention to cleanliness and consistency with the food because those small things really do make a difference.

An employee eventually came through the back door, looked directly at us, and apparently decided eye contact was sufficient customer service before walking into the dining room. Curious whether anyone actually worked there, I got up and looked around. I didn't find much in the way of staff, but there were plenty of dirty tables, so at least something was plentiful. The best part? The restaurant was practically empty. One couple in the dining room. So this wasn't an overwhelmed staff struggling through a dinner rush. We were apparently just asking too much by expecting someone to acknowledge our existence. We've been coming to Oscar's for years, which makes this even more disappointing. It has gone seriously downhill. After 10 minutes of being ignored, we decided to provide ourselves with the only service available: showing ourselves to the door. Won't be back.

BZ Taco in Redlands is a vegan haven! I was blown away by the amazing flavors and creative dishes. I went all out and got all four of their tacos (carnitas, asada, al pastor, and pollo), and each one was better than the last. The textures were spot-on, and I honestly couldn't believe it was all vegan. But wait, there's more! The EZ Esquite Fries were loaded with delicious toppings and the perfect side to the tacos. And the taquitos? Don't even get me started! Crispy, flavorful, and totally addictive. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was casual and inviting. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend BZ Taco to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Mexican food, whether they're vegan or not. read more

I was so excited to find a fully vegan restaurant like BZ Taco! The staff was super kind, the place was very clean, and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the quesabirria taco with jackfruit (their suggestion of "meat choice")--absolutely delicious--packed with flavor, great texture, and you'd never miss the meat. I really appreciated having the option of plant-based "meat" and loved that they had more than one to choose from. The chips and guac was super fresh and yummy, though the portion felt a bit small for the price. Overall, I'm just really grateful places like this exist. Love this place! I've been vegan for 13 years and this place is legit. I love eating at places where I can order anything on the menu. Food is great, authentic Mexican. I got the taco plate and sampled 3 of the proteins. The Asada was my favorite. The rice and horchata were so good too! Nice, well lit and clean inside. And the staff was super nice.
