I have had accounts with PNC and its predecessor institutions for many years and recently moved back into the area near this location. My primary bank had been Chase, but they closed their Western Springs location (the one in Dominick's), sold the ATM they had in Walgreen's (it's now a Citi ATM) and have obstinately refused to re-open any replacement reasonably convenient to us. PNC will be my go-to bank from now on.

When making a payment on their site, it doesnt give you an option to do that like every other banks sites do. When I called to ask, I was told I would physically have to bring in extra payments to a branch to apply them to the principle of my loan. After this one is paid off, I will likely never do business with them again over this. Life is too busy these days to have to visit a branch every time I want to pay extra towards my loan.
